Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型植物复合鞋材,包括植物复合材料和无纺布,其配方比例为:乌拉草粉:3~5份,茶叶粉:3~5份,扁柏叶粉:3~5份,抗菌粉:1~2份,沸石粉:2~4份,负离子粉:2~4份,香粉:1~2份,PVA:2~4份,去离子水:70~90份。采用本方案制作的鞋材,由于使用乌拉草粉、茶叶粉、扁柏树粉等植物,使制做的鞋材具有较强的吸附异味和湿液的功能;另外体系中含有抗菌粉、负离子粉、香粉和沸石粉可以对细菌有强大的灭活能力,以及对恶臭气体的分解能力,净化鞋内环境,用该产品制作的鞋中底和鞋垫,具有极好的鞋内净化功能,达到抗菌除臭的作用,具有工艺简单,成本低,使用方便的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋材料技术领域,尤其是一种新型植物复合鞋材。
背景技术
目前制鞋用的中底和鞋垫材料,一般采用无纺布、纸板、无纺革及多层织布复合而成,虽然纸板类材料是用木浆或再生纸板制作而成,但是在胶体的作用下透气性能、吸水性能并不明显,耐折强度也较低;无纺布和革类材料耐折性能好,但除臭抑菌性能较差。为了解决上述缺陷,本发明人经过多年的研究开发试验,终于设计出一种采用多种植物粉体混合为原料制作的一种新型植物复合鞋材,用以解决背景技术中存在的不足。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种新型植物复合鞋材的技术方案。
本发明的技术任务是按以下方式实现的:
一种新型植物复合鞋材,包括植物复合材料和无纺布,其植物复合材料配方比例为:乌拉草粉:3~5份,茶叶粉:3~5份,扁柏叶粉:3~5份,抗菌粉:1~2份,沸石粉:2~4份,负离子粉:2~4份,香粉:1~2份,PVA:2~4份,去离子水:70~90份。
所述的抗菌粉为纳米二氧化锌1~50nm。
所述的香粉为薰衣草或古龙香粉。
所述的PVA为聚乙烯醇。
所述的无纺布为2~4mm厚度。
植物复合鞋材加工方法步骤如下:
(1)分别将乌拉草、茶叶、扁柏叶烘干、粉碎、过筛制得50~100μm的乌拉草粉、茶叶粉、扁柏叶粉;
(2)将PVA加入盛有去离子水的反应釜中加热80~90℃,边加热边搅拌使得PVA粉体全部溶解、冷却,取出加入搅拌器中;
(3)将制得的乌拉草粉、草叶粉、扁柏叶粉和沸石粉、负离子粉、香粉逐渐加入到搅拌器中混合均匀,取出加入到浸槽中;
(4)将无纺布浸入到盛有上述混合粉的PVA胶液中充分浸泡,使无纺布涂拭均匀烘干,即制得植物复合鞋材。
上述原料的配方比例:
乌拉草粉:3~5份,茶叶粉:3~5份,扁柏叶粉:3~5份,抗菌粉:1~2份,沸石粉:2~4份,负离子粉:2~4份,香粉:1~2份,PVA:2~4份,去离子水:70~90份。
本发明与背景技术比较所具有的优点和积极效果是:采用本方案制作的鞋材,由于使用乌拉草粉、茶叶粉、扁柏叶粉等植物,使制做的鞋材具有较强的吸附异味和湿液的功能;另外体系中含有抗菌粉、负离子粉、香粉和沸石粉可以对细菌有强大的灭活能力,以及对恶臭气体的分解能力,净化鞋内环境,用该产品制作的鞋中底和鞋垫,具有极好的鞋内净化功能,达到抗菌除臭的作用,具有工艺简单,成本低,使用方便的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
植物复合材料制备:
乌拉草粉:3kg,茶叶粉:3kg,扁柏叶粉:3kg,抗菌粉:1kg,沸石粉:2kg,负离子粉:2kg,香粉:1kg,PVA:2kg,去离子水:70kg。
所述的抗菌粉为纳米二氧化锌1nm。
所述的香粉为薰衣草。
所述的PVA为聚乙烯醇。
所述的无纺布为2mm厚度。
植物复合鞋材加工方法步骤如下:
(1)分别将乌拉草、茶叶、扁柏叶烘干、粉碎、过筛制得50μm的乌拉草粉、茶叶粉、扁柏叶粉。

实施例2:
植物复合材料制备:
乌拉草粉:4kg,茶叶粉:4kg,扁柏叶粉:4kg,抗菌粉:1.5kg,沸石粉:3kg,负离子粉:3kg,香粉:1.5kg,PVA:3kg,去离子水:80kg。
所述的抗菌粉为纳米二氧化锌10nm。
所述的香粉为古龙香粉。
所述的PVA为聚乙烯醇。
所述的无纺布为3mm厚度。
植物复合鞋材加工方法步骤如下:
(1)分别将乌拉草、茶叶、扁柏叶烘干、粉碎、过筛制得80μm的乌拉草粉、茶叶粉、扁柏叶粉。
(2)将PVA加入盛有去离子水的反应釜中加热85℃,边加热边搅拌使得PVA粉体全部溶解、冷却,取出加入搅拌器中。
(3)将制得的乌拉草粉、草叶粉、扁柏叶粉和沸石粉、负离子粉、香粉逐渐加入到搅拌器中混合均匀,取出加入到浸槽中。
(4)将3mm厚的无纺布浸入到盛有上述混合粉的PVA胶液中充分浸泡,使无纺布涂拭均匀烘干,即制得植物复合鞋材。
实施例3:
植物复合材料制备:
乌拉草粉:5kg,茶叶粉:5kg,扁柏叶粉:5kg,抗菌粉:2kg,沸石粉:4kg,负离子粉:4kg,香粉:2kg,PVA:4kg,去离子水:90kg。
所述的抗菌粉为纳米二氧化锌50nm。
所述的香粉为古龙香粉。
所述的PVA为聚乙烯醇。
所述的无纺布为4mm厚度。
植物复合鞋材加工方法步骤如下:
(1)分别将乌拉草、茶叶、扁柏叶烘干、粉碎、过筛制得100μm的乌拉草粉、茶叶粉、扁柏叶粉。
(2)将PVA加入盛有去离子水的反应釜中加热90℃,边加热边搅拌使得PVA粉体全部溶解、冷却,取出加入搅拌器中。
(3)将制得的乌拉草粉、草叶粉、扁柏叶粉和沸石粉、负离子粉、香粉逐渐加入到搅拌器中混合均匀,取出加入到浸槽中。
(4)将4mm厚的无纺布浸入到盛有上述混合粉的PVA胶液中充分浸泡,使无纺布涂拭均匀烘干,即制得植物复合鞋材。
Claims (6)
1.一种新型植物复合鞋材,包括植物复合材料和无纺布,其特征在于,其植物复合材料配方比例为:乌拉草粉:3~5份,茶叶粉:3~5份,扁柏叶粉:3~5份,抗菌粉:1~2份,沸石粉:2~4份,负离子粉:2~4份,香粉:1~2份,PVA:2~4份,去离子水:70~90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型植物复合鞋材,其特征在于所述的抗菌粉为纳米二氧化锌1~50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型植物复合鞋材,其特征在于所述的香粉为薰衣草或古龙香粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型植物复合鞋材,其特征在于所述的PVA为聚乙烯醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型植物复合鞋材,其特征在于所述的无纺布为2~4mm厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型植物复合鞋材,其特征在于:该植物复合鞋材加工方法步骤如下:
(1)分别将乌拉草、茶叶、扁柏叶烘干、粉碎、过筛制得50~100μm的乌拉草粉、茶叶粉、扁柏叶粉;
(2)将PVA加入盛有去离子水的反应釜中加热80~90℃,边加热边搅拌使得PVA粉体全部溶解、冷却,取出加入搅拌器中;
(3)将制得的乌拉草粉、草叶粉、扁柏叶粉和沸石粉、负离子粉、香粉逐渐加入到搅拌器中混合均匀,取出加入到浸槽中;
(4)将无纺布浸入到盛有上述混合粉的PVA胶液中充分浸泡,使无纺布涂拭均匀烘干,即制得植物复合鞋材。
上述原料的配方比例:
乌拉草粉:3~5份,茶叶粉:3~5份,扁柏叶粉:3~5份,抗菌粉:1~2份,沸石粉:2~4份,负离子粉:2~4份,香粉:1~2份,PVA:2~4份,去离子水:70~90份。
