本发明公开了一种齿条用润滑油,包括以重量份计的α‑烯烃聚合物20‑25份,聚醚10‑12份,石油醚10‑15份,己二醇磷酸酯5‑12份,二乙醇胺硼酸酯4‑9份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3‑5份,石油磺酸钠2‑4份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1‑3.5份,纳米氧化铝2‑6份,氯化石蜡2‑5份,硬脂酸镁1‑3份,抗氧剂2‑8份。本发明的润滑油黏度高,形成润滑膜后能持久作用,节省原料,且较为耐热,具有显著的高适用性和工艺灵活性。

一种齿条用润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及齿轮、齿条领域,尤其涉及一种齿条用润滑油。
背景技术
齿条为具有一系列等距离分布齿的平板或直杆,齿条也分直齿齿条和斜齿齿条,分别与直齿圆柱齿轮和斜齿圆柱齿轮配对使用。经齿轮传动与齿条传动相结合,尤其涉及直线传输时,常采用齿条齿轮的传动方式,具有运输平稳、步距较准、兼具载重的优点。为了防止齿条和齿轮的磨损、点蚀、胶合可提高其使用寿命,对于齿条和齿轮的润滑尤为重要。
现有技术中,为了提高齿轮和齿条的配合传动性能,常直接注入以润滑油或涂覆以润滑脂的方式,效果较好,然而显而易见的缺点是必须在润滑油或润滑脂用完前再次注入或涂覆,以持续润滑性能。润滑油不断地更新发展,润滑油最主要的性能是粘度、氧化安定性和润滑性,它们与润滑油馏分的组成密切相关,粘度指数和减摩散热性能依旧热门,机械工业的高速发展与环保对润滑油性能提出了更加苛刻的要求,齿条润滑油也不例外。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种齿条用润滑油,有效形成持久润滑膜,足够黏度维持润滑状态,且能在高温、高强度作业下使用,克服现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种齿条用润滑油,包含以下重量份的组分:
α-烯烃聚合物 20-25份
聚醚 10-12份
石油醚 10-15份
己二醇磷酸酯 5-12份
二乙醇胺硼酸酯 4-9份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 3-5份
石油磺酸钠 2-4份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 1-3.5份
纳米氧化铝 2-6份
氯化石蜡 2-5份
硬脂酸镁 1-3份
抗氧剂 2-8份。
作为优选,所述α-烯烃聚合物包括碳原子数3~7的直链的α-烯烃的单聚物或共聚物。
作为优选,所述润滑油还包括萜烯共聚物,重量份为5-9.5份。
作为优选,所述聚醚为环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的共聚物,其中单体物质的量之比环氧乙烷:环氧丙烷=2.5~3.6:1。
作为优选,所述纳米氧化铝为γ-氧化铝,粒径45~100nm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明配方简约,润滑高效、粘度高。聚醚、烯烃聚合物和石油醚构成基础油的成分,而磷酸酯、硼酸酯增强润滑油的整体性能,纳米氧化铝的表面效应对于润滑油附着齿条表面具有很大益处,硬脂酸镁和氯化石蜡具备固态性能且调稠度。本发明的润滑油黏度高,形成润滑膜后能持久作用,节省原料,且较为耐热,具有显著的高适用性和工艺灵活性。
