技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体讲是一种光扩散PC材料。
背景技术
光扩散材料是由于光扩散剂呈球形,均匀分散在基材树脂中,形成海岛结构,由于基材树脂和光扩散剂的折光指数不同,光线在光扩散剂表面类似镜面反射,经过多次反射,达到光扩散效果。现有的光扩散PC材料易出现扩散不均匀,局部亮度过大或过暗的情况。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺点:提供一种光扩散均匀的PC材料。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:一种光扩散PC材料,由以下重量份的各组分制成:
PC 1100 60-70份;
PC 1303-30 30-40份;
光扩散剂90 0.5-1份;
光扩散剂40 0.5-1份;
硅胶 0.2-0.3份;
增白剂 0.01-0.05份;
硅油 0.2-0.5份。
作为优选,所述光扩散剂90为日本信越KMP-590光扩散剂。
作为优选,所述光扩散剂40 为:上海惠源化工有限公司生产的40光扩散剂。
作为优选,所述增白剂为德国BASF公司生产的增白剂OB 。
所述的光扩散PC材料制备方法为:将各组分依次加入到高速混合机中高速预混5-15 分钟,随后在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒即可,其中,双螺杆挤出机的各区间温度分别为:一区间191-195℃,二区间260-275℃,三区间260-275℃,四区间255-270℃,五区间245-260℃,六区间246-263℃,七区间247-262℃,八区间245-257℃,九区间243-253℃,模头温度为256-266℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过合理的配方及制备工艺,制备出光扩散效果好的光扩散PC材料。

下面用具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但本发明不仅局限于以下具体实施例。
实施例一
按照以下重量份配比称取各组分:
PC 1100 70份;
PC 1303-30 40份;
KMP-590光扩散剂 0.5份;
上海惠源化工有限公司生产的40光扩散剂 1份;
硅胶 0.3份;
增白剂OB 0.05份;
硅油 0.5份。
再按照如下制备方法制备所述的光扩散PC材料:将称取的各组分依次加入到高速混合机中高速预混5-15 分钟,随后在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒即可,其中,双螺杆挤出机的各区间温度分别为:一区间191-195℃,二区间260-275℃,三区间260-275℃,四区间255-270℃,五区间245-260℃,六区间246-263℃,七区间247-262℃,八区间245-257℃,九区间243-253℃,模头温度为256-266℃。
实施例二
按照以下重量份配比称取各组分:
韩国乐天 PC 1100 65份;
韩国LG PC 1303-30 35份;
KMP-590光扩散剂 0.5份;
上海惠源化工有限公司生产的40光扩散剂 1份;
道康宁3345硅胶 0.3份;
德国BASF增白剂OB 0.05份;
道康宁硅油100 0.5份。
再按照如下制备方法制备所述的光扩散PC材料:将称取的各组分依次加入到高速混合机中高速预混5-15 分钟,随后在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒即可,其中,双螺杆挤出机的各区间温度分别为:一区间191-195℃,二区间260-275℃,三区间260-275℃,四区间255-270℃,五区间245-260℃,六区间246-263℃,七区间247-262℃,八区间245-257℃,九区间243-253℃,模头温度为256-266℃。
实施例三
按照以下重量份配比称取各组分:

PC 1303-30 35份;
KMP-590光扩散剂 0.5份;
上海惠源化工有限公司生产的40光扩散剂 1份;
硅胶 0.3份;
增白剂OB 0.05份;
硅油 0.3份。
再按照如下制备方法制备所述的光扩散PC材料:将称取的各组分依次加入到高速混合机中高速预混5-15 分钟,随后在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒即可,其中,双螺杆挤出机的各区间温度分别为:一区间191-195℃,二区间260-275℃,三区间260-275℃,四区间255-270℃,五区间245-260℃,六区间246-263℃,七区间247-262℃,八区间245-257℃,九区间243-253℃,模头温度为256-266℃。

PC 1100 60-70份;
PC 1303-30 30-40份;
光扩散剂90 0.5-1份;
光扩散剂40 0.5-1份;
硅胶 0.2-0.3份;
增白剂 0.01-0.05;
硅油 0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光扩散PC材料,其特征在于:所述光扩散剂90为日本信越KMP-590光扩散剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光扩散PC材料,其特征在于:所述光扩散剂40 为:上海惠源化工有限公司生产的40光扩散剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光扩散PC材料,其特征在于:所述增白剂为德国BASF公司生产的增白剂OB 。
