技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨损电缆护套料。
背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展,电线电缆在各个行业、领域中都得到广泛的应用。
电缆,通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的电缆护套。电缆具有内通电,外绝缘的特征。
进入现代社会后,由于城市用地紧张,交通压力大,市容建设等原因,大城市普遍采用地下电缆输电方式。相对于架空电缆,地下电缆具有占地小、输电可靠、抗干扰能力强等优点。
但是现有电缆的耐磨性较差,在运输及铺设过程中经过与地面摩擦容易发生变形和不同程度的损坏,同时,地下电缆经常会受到虫鼠等生物的啃咬,而发生电路故障。为了解决上述现象,提高电缆的耐磨性及防啃咬特性成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种耐磨损电缆护套料,同时具有防啃咬特性,可以大大延长电缆的使用寿命。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种耐磨损电缆护套料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯树脂50-80份,氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物20-40份,聚偏氟乙烯10-15份,天然橡胶10-15份,丁腈橡胶5-10份,丁苯橡胶5-8份,顺丁橡胶3-9份,玻璃纤维10-12份,羧甲基纤维素8-14份,炭黑2-6份,白炭黑1-3份,滑石粉1-3份,氧化锌0.5-2份,氧化镁0.5-2份,硬脂酸4-6份,纳米碳酸钙5-8份,纳米硅粉5-8份,纳米宣城石5-7份,防虫防鼠助剂6-12份。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯树脂70份,氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物25份,聚偏氟乙烯12份,天然橡胶12份,丁腈橡胶5份,丁苯橡胶7份,顺丁橡胶5份,玻璃纤维10份,羧甲基纤维素14份,炭黑4份,白炭黑2份,滑石粉2份,氧化锌1份,氧化镁0.5份,硬脂酸5份,纳米碳酸钙6份,纳米硅粉5份,纳米宣城石7份,防虫防鼠助剂10份。
进一步地,所述防虫防鼠助剂为氨溶烷基铜铵,对二氯苯,大蒜辣素,阿霍烯和辣椒素按3:2:4:2:1的比例混合而成。
进一步地,所述丁腈橡胶为BMI改性丁腈橡胶。
进一步地,所述丁苯橡胶为甲基丙烯酸改性丁苯橡胶。
进一步地,所述顺丁橡胶为聚苯乙烯改性顺丁橡胶。
本发明的耐磨损电缆护套料,可以采用本领域通用的造粒方法制备而成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明以合适配比的聚氯乙烯树脂,氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物,聚偏氟乙烯,天然橡胶,丁腈橡胶,丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶相互配合,再辅以其他各原料,使成品具有较强的耐磨损、防啃咬性能,原料中,防虫防鼠助剂对啮齿类动物、蚁类、鸟类和猫狗有显著的防啃咬效果。

对本发明实施例的电缆护套料进行耐磨性能测试,测试过程为:在规定的压力下和给定的接触面积上,测定样品在一定级别的砂布上进行摩擦而产生的磨耗量,采用实施例1-6相同大小的电缆护套料样品进行测试,相同时间后,磨耗量占初始重量的百分比分别为:
进一步地,在实际使用过程中,采用本发明护套料的电缆具有较强的防啃咬特性,未发现生物啃咬致损的现象发生,电缆的使用寿命明显延长。
本发明以合适配比的聚氯乙烯树脂,氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物,聚偏氟乙烯,天然橡胶,丁腈橡胶,丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶相互配合,再辅以其他各原料,使成品具有较强的耐磨损、防啃咬性能,使用寿命明显延长。
