Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保纸成型工艺,它涉及纸张生产技术领域。本发明将碳酸钙粉、钛白粉、滑石粉等矿物粉体与树脂颗粒、偶联剂、润滑剂等助剂混合,在高温、高压、高剪切力的工艺条件下,使混合料达到熔融状态,再经过4‑6根压延辊的连续剪切碾压、拉伸、冷却定型后,制造出表面平滑度高、强度好的压延环保纸。本发明避免了通过螺杆热塑性挤出再吹塑或通过T型模头流延制备环保纸导致的分散不均、产品厚薄公差大、表面粗糙的缺陷。采用一次成型加工,能耗更低,制造过程无“三废”排放,符合环保要求,产品品质更佳、适用性更广、适合于规模化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是纸张生产技术领域,具体涉及一种环保纸成型工艺。
背景技术
目前国际国内已经发明出多种合成纸、环保纸、钙塑纸等材料,其主要是以单层或多层挤出,再经O型模成型的吹膜法或T型模头成型的流延法进行生产制造,其产品虽然可进行印刷并替代极少部分纸张使用,但还是由于产品厚薄均匀度不好、表面平滑度不高等主要原因,导致产品无法满足高端精致印刷要求,而无法规模化应用。
综上所述,本发明设计了一种能够生产出品质更佳的环保纸成型工艺。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种环保纸成型工艺,避免了通过螺杆热塑性挤出再吹塑或通过T型模头流延制备环保纸导致的分散不均、产品厚薄公差大、表面粗糙的缺陷。采用一次成型加工,能耗更低,制造过程无“三废”排放,符合环保要求,产品品质更佳、适用性更广、适合于规模化生产。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种环保纸,由以下重量配比的原料组成:碳酸钙粉40%-60%,钛白粉2%-4%、氧化锌2%-4%、硫酸钡粉2%-4%,滑石粉2%-4%、硅微粉2%-4%、云母粉2%-4%,PE15%-35%、PP 20%-40%, 偶联剂0.1%-2%、润滑剂0.1%-2%、发泡剂0.1%-2%、抗静电剂0.1%-2%、抗氧剂0.1%-2%。
一种环保纸成型工艺,包括以下步骤:1、将碳酸钙粉、钛白粉、滑石粉等矿物粉体与树脂颗粒、偶联剂、润滑剂等助剂混合,在170-190℃的高温、高压、高剪切力的工艺条件下,使原料充分混合达到熔融状态;2、再经过以逆L型排列的4-6根高精度压延辊的连续剪切碾压,加工温度始终保持在160℃-190℃,然后再经过3-5跟牵引拉伸成型辊拉伸成型,其拉伸速比呈阶梯排列在5%-8%之间;3、最后再经过15-20根冷却轮组进行冷却定型。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的环保纸成型工艺所制造的环保纸,具有厚薄均匀度好、表面平滑度高、强度高、耐酸碱及有机溶剂、无有毒有害物质缓慢释放的特点,适合于胶印、凹印、柔印、烫金、UV等多种印刷方式,同时又具有可吸塑拉伸变形性。
2、本发明的环保纸成型工艺所制造的环保纸,使用完毕后可进行回收并二次使用,若未回收而作为废弃物焚烧处理,燃烧时亦不会产生黑烟和其他有害气体,燃烧后残余物为粉末状无机矿粉,也不会造成环境无污染。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种环保纸,由以下重量配比的原料组成:碳酸钙粉40%-60%,钛白粉2%-4%、氧化锌2%-4%、硫酸钡粉2%-4%,滑石粉2%-4%、硅微粉2%-4%、云母粉2%-4%,PE15%-35%、PP 20%-40%, 偶联剂0.1%-2%、润滑剂0.1%-2%、发泡剂0.1%-2%、抗静电剂0.1%-2%、抗氧剂0.1%-2%。
本工艺包括逆L型4-6根高精度压延辊的连续剪切碾压工艺,其加工温度在160℃-190℃,3-5跟牵引拉伸成型辊成型,其拉伸速比呈阶梯排列在5%-8%之间;该工艺所生产环保纸具有厚薄均匀度好、表面平滑度高、强度高、耐酸碱及有机溶剂、无有毒有害物质缓慢释放的特点,适合于胶印、凹印、柔印、烫金、UV等多种印刷方式,同时又具有可吸塑拉伸变形性。
本发明涉及环保纸的双面平滑度均大于2500s,双向厚薄偏差范围如下:
本具体实施方式的环保纸成型工艺,将碳酸钙粉、钛白粉、滑石粉等矿物粉体与树脂颗粒、偶联剂、润滑剂等助剂混合,在高温、高压、高剪切力的工艺条件下,使混合料达到熔融状态,再经过4-6根压延辊的连续剪切碾压、拉伸、冷却定型后,制造出表面平滑度高、强度好的压延环保纸。

1.一种环保纸,其特征在于,由以下重量配比的原料组成:碳酸钙粉40%-60%,钛白粉2%-4%、氧化锌2%-4%、硫酸钡粉2%-4%,滑石粉2%-4%、硅微粉2%-4%、云母粉2%-4%,PE15%-35%、PP 20%-40%,偶联剂0.1%-2%、润滑剂0.1%-2%、发泡剂0.1%-2%、抗静电剂0.1%-2%、抗氧剂0.1%-2%。
2.一种环保纸成型工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1、将碳酸钙粉、钛白粉、滑石粉等矿物粉体与树脂颗粒、偶联剂、润滑剂等助剂混合,在170-190℃的高温、高压、高剪切力的工艺条件下,使原料充分混合达到熔融状态;2、再经过以逆L型排列的4-6根高精度压延辊的连续剪切碾压,加工温度始终保持在160℃-190℃,然后再经过3-5跟牵引拉伸成型辊拉伸成型,其拉伸速比呈阶梯排列在5%-8%之间;3、最后再经过15-20根冷却轮组进行冷却定型。
