Abstract
本发明公开了一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,包括有海水收集装置,海水收集装置下方设有预处理装置、预处理装置的出口端连接紫外线杀菌装置、紫外线杀菌装置的出口端依次连接高压泵、一级RO装置、二级RO装置、中间水箱、EDI装置、脱氧装置、除TOC用UV装置、超滤装置;本发明通过设置预处理装置去除海水中的大颗粒物,并结合反渗透技术、EDI离子交换技术和超滤膜技术,有效提高了海水中提取超纯水的效率和纯度,且具有很高的安全性,保证了超纯水的质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及海水中提取淡水技术,尤其涉及一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统。
背景技术
超纯水是为了研制超纯材料(半导体原件材料、纳米精细陶瓷材料等)应用蒸馏、去离子化、反渗透技术或其它适当的超临界精细技术生产出来的水,这种水中除了水分子外,几乎没有什么杂质,更没有细菌、病毒、含氯二恶英等有机物,也没有人体所需的矿物质微量元素,被广泛应用于半导体原材料、固态电子器件、印刷电路和真空管等领域。
超纯水的制取比较困难复杂,是一般工艺很难达到的程度,传统超纯水的制备工艺为通过多介质过滤器、活性炭过滤器、一级除盐、混床后制得超纯水,这种制备方法效率低下,且极易造成二次污染,因此,需要一种高效、安全的超纯水制取系统和方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、高效安全、无二次污染的从海水中提取超纯水系统。
本发明技术方案的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,包括有海水收集装置,海水收集装置下方设有预处理装置、预处理装置的出口端连接紫外线杀菌装置、紫外线杀菌装置的出口端依次连接高压泵、一级RO装置、二级RO装置、中间水箱、EDI装置、脱氧装置、除TOC用UV装置、超滤装置。所述超滤装置为卷式膜组件。所述超滤装置卷式膜组件的膜为聚丙烯腈(PAN)材质膜。
作为优选,所述海水收集装置的进水口连接抽液泵,抽液泵进水口设有过滤网。
作为优选,所述预处理装置进口处设有200目不锈钢网,同时内部填充有活性炭。
作为优选,所述一级RO装置、二级RO装置内设有流量计、调节阀、温度计、各类管路。
作为优选,所述超滤装置之前连接有高压泵和流速调节阀。
作为优选,所述超纯水提取系统各装置之间均采用管路连接。
本发明技术有益效果:
本发明的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,结构简单、高效安全,通过设置预处理装置对海水进行大颗粒杂质处理,为后续的RO反渗透减轻了压力。通过采用两次反渗透过滤,去除海水中的大部分盐分、有机物、细菌等杂质,满足了下一步EDI离子交换技术对水质的要求,再使用EDI离子交换技术进行深度脱盐纯化,基本去除了海水中的盐分,最后采用超滤膜技术进一步对海水进行纯化,提高了超纯水的纯度,保证了提纯效果。

具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本发明技术方案,现结合附图对本发明技术方案做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,包括有海水收集装置1,海水收集装置1下方设有预处理装置2、预处理装置2的出口端连接紫外线杀菌装置3、紫外线杀菌装置3的出口端依次连接高压泵4、一级RO装置5、二级RO装置6、中间水箱7、EDI装置8、脱氧装置9、除TOC用UV装置10、超滤装置13。
所述海水收集装置1的进水口连接抽液泵15,抽液泵15进水口设有过滤网,所述预处理装置2进口处设有200目不锈钢网,同时内部填充有活性炭,所述一级RO装置5、二级RO装置6内设有流量计、调节阀、温度计、各类管路,所述超滤装置13之前连接有高压泵11和流速调节阀12,所述超纯水提取系统各装置之间均采用管路连接,所述超滤装置13为卷式膜组件,所述超滤装置13卷式膜组件的膜为聚丙烯腈(PAN)材质膜。
本发明的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,在具体实施时,抽液泵15将海水抽至海水收集装置1,通过预处理装置2进行大颗粒杂质的处理后,使用紫外线杀菌装置3对海水中的细菌进行杀菌处理,杀菌处理后的海水经过高压泵4抽至一级RO装置5和二级RO装置6进行反渗透过滤,去除海水中的大部分盐分和有机物,并进一步除菌后到达中间水箱7进行缓冲,缓冲处理后的海水经过EDI装置8去除阴、阳离子,进一步除盐,然后经过脱氧装置9进行除氧,经过除TOC用UV装置10进一步去除TOC,最后经过超滤装置13其进行进一步超滤处理后,收集到收集装置14中。
本发明技术方案在上面结合附图对发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性改进,或未经改进将发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,其特征在于,包括有海水收集装置,海水收集装置下方设有预处理装置、预处理装置的出口端连接紫外线杀菌装置、紫外线杀菌装置的出口端依次连接高压泵、一级RO装置、二级RO装置、中间水箱、EDI装置、脱氧装置、除TOC用UV装置、超滤装置;所述超滤装置为卷式膜组件,所述超滤装置卷式膜组件的膜为聚丙烯腈材质膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,其特征在于,所述海水收集装置的进水口连接抽液泵,抽液泵进水口设有过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,其特征在于,所述预处理装置进口处设有200目不锈钢网,同时内部填充有活性炭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,其特征在于,所述一级RO装置、二级RO装置内设有流量计、调节阀、温度计、各类管路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,其特征在于,所述超滤装置之前连接有高压泵和流速调节阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用膜法在海水中提取超纯水的系统,其特征在于,所述超纯水提取系统各装置之间均采用管路连接。
