Abstract

本发明的手机壳及其注塑工艺,所述注塑工艺包括如下步骤:S101:首先金属片材干燥至含水率不高于0.02%;S102:将所述步骤S101得到的产物在275℃~300℃温度下进行CNC加工注塑,依次制备出手机壳壳体及所述手机壳壳体上的天线槽、定位孔、美工槽、内腔、耳机孔、USB孔、摄像头和闪光灯孔;S103:采用退火方式进行热处理,得到手机壳;其中,热处理的温度为95℃~125℃。本发明的手机壳的注塑工艺,方法简单,节能环保,缩短了加工时间,大幅度降低了产品的成本,提高了工作效率。

手机壳及其注塑工艺
技术领域
本发明属于材料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种手机壳及其注塑工艺。
背景技术
目前高端手机壳均已铝合金壳体替代之前的塑胶壳,铝合金手机壳外观精致,表面耐磨性好,现有加工工艺主要是:铝板+CNC粗加工+纳米注塑+CNC精加工+后处理+氧化(高光)+CNC落料+镭雕贴辅料包装出货,但是传统工艺加工成本高,没有核心成本市场竞争力。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种手机壳的注塑工艺。
本发明的手机壳的注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:S101:首先金属片材干燥至含水率不高于0.02%;S102:将所述步骤S101得到的产物在275℃~300℃温度下进行CNC加工注塑,依次制备出手机壳壳体及所述手机壳壳体上的天线槽、定位孔、美工槽、内腔、耳机孔、USB孔、摄像头和闪光灯孔;S103:采用退火方式进行热处理,得到手机壳;其中,热处理的温度为95℃~125℃。
本发明的手机壳的注塑工艺,方法简单,节能环保,缩短了加工时间,大幅度降低了产品的成本,提高了工作效率。
另外,本发明上述实施例的手机壳的注塑工艺,还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:
进一步地,在所述步骤S102中,注塑压力为90MPa~110MPa,模具温度为90℃~110℃。
进一步地,在所述步骤S101中,干燥的温度为115℃~125℃,干燥的时间为22h~26h。
进一步地,在所述步骤S101中,所述金属片材为铝片材。
进一步地,在所述步骤S103后,还包括如下步骤:对所述手机壳进行镭雕贴辅料。
进一步地,在所述步骤S103中,退火速率为3℃/min~8℃/min。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出上述注塑工艺得到的手机壳。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1
实施例1提出了一种手机壳的注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先铝片材在115℃温度下干燥26h,直至其至含水率不高于0.02%。
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的产物在275℃温度下进行CNC加工注塑,依次制备出手机壳壳体及所述手机壳壳体上的天线槽、定位孔、美工槽、内腔、耳机孔、USB孔、摄像头和闪光灯孔。其中,注塑压力为90MPa~110MPa,模具温度为110℃。
(3)采用退火方式进行热处理,得到手机壳;其中,退火速率为3℃/min,热处理的温度为125℃。
实施例2
实施例2提出了一种手机壳的注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先铝片材在125℃温度下干燥22h,直至其至含水率不高于0.02%。
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的产物在300℃温度下进行CNC加工注塑,依次制备出手机壳壳体及所述手机壳壳体上的天线槽、定位孔、美工槽、内腔、耳机孔、USB孔、摄像头和闪光灯孔。其中,注塑压力为90MPa,模具温度为110℃。
(3)采用退火方式进行热处理,得到手机壳;其中,退火速率为3℃/min,热处理的温度为125℃。
实施例3
实施例3提出了一种手机壳的注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先铝片材在120℃温度下干燥24h,直至其至含水率不高于0.02%。
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的产物在2850℃温度下进行CNC加工注塑,依次制备出手机壳壳体及所述手机壳壳体上的天线槽、定位孔、美工槽、内腔、耳机孔、USB孔、摄像头和闪光灯孔。其中,注塑压力为90MPa~110MPa,模具温度为100℃。
(3)采用退火方式进行热处理,得到手机壳;其中,退火速率为5℃/min,热处理的温度为105℃。
实施例4
实施例4提出了一种手机壳的注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先铝片材在122℃温度下干燥25h,直至其至含水率不高于0.02%。
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的产物在290℃温度下进行CNC加工注塑,依次制备出手机壳壳体及所述手机壳壳体上的天线槽、定位孔、美工槽、内腔、耳机孔、USB孔、摄像头和闪光灯孔。其中,注塑压力为90MPa~110MPa,模具温度为95℃。
(3)采用退火方式进行热处理,得到手机壳;其中,退火速率为6℃/min,热处理的温度为115℃。
(4)对所述手机壳进行镭雕贴辅料。
综上,本发明的手机壳的注塑工艺,方法简单,节能环保,缩短了加工时间,大幅度降低了产品的成本,提高了工作效率。

Claims (7)

1.一种手机壳的注塑工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S101:首先金属片材干燥至含水率不高于0.02%;
S102:将所述步骤S101得到的产物在275℃~300℃温度下进行CNC加工注塑,依次制备出手机壳壳体及所述手机壳壳体上的天线槽、定位孔、美工槽、内腔、耳机孔、USB孔、摄像头和闪光灯孔;
S103:采用退火方式进行热处理,得到手机壳;其中,热处理的温度为95℃~125℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手机壳的注塑工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S102中,注塑压力为90MPa~110MPa,模具温度为90℃~110℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手机壳的注塑工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S101中,干燥的温度为115℃~125℃,干燥的时间为22h~26h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手机壳的注塑工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S101中,所述金属片材为铝片材。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手机壳的注塑工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S103后,还包括如下步骤:对所述手机壳进行镭雕贴辅料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手机壳的注塑工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S103中,退火速率为3℃/min~8℃/min。
7.权利要求1-6任一项注塑工艺得到的手机壳。
