本发明公开了一种摇臂钻床的辅助立柱,包括底座、立柱、辅助立柱,底两端分别垂直设置有立柱、辅助立柱,辅助立柱顶部设有配重滚轮架,内部设有重锤,底部固定于托架上,托架与底座的连接端设有垫板,立柱、辅助立柱之间设置摇臂,摇臂与辅助立柱通过角尺板、导套固定连接,角尺板与导套的连接处设有带手柄的偏心凸轮,偏心凸轮内设置有T型拉杆,外部设有螺套与螺母,偏心凸轮内设有定位钢球,手柄夹紧松开角度(即偏心凸轮的使用线段)用螺套调整螺母锁固,手柄的90°转动位置由定位钢球定位,角尺板上设置夹紧手柄,导套靠近角尺板侧设有导向键,摇臂上设有主轴箱,本发明结构合理,使用便捷。

本发明涉及一种摇臂钻床的辅助立柱。
背景技术
摇臂钻床是广泛运用的通用机床,它操作方便,使用灵活;加工范围大,但因为它是悬臂梁结构布局,所以当主轴箱处于摇臂末端(右端),摇臂又处于上部升程位置时,这是它刚性最差的部位,在这个区位作切削力不大的加工是机床能保证,当切削力逐渐增加,就会出现机床振动、摇臂末端上抬,主轴中心位移等机床刚性不足现象,不但影响加工质量,也影响机床和刀具的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种摇臂钻床的辅助立柱。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种摇臂钻床的辅助立柱,其特征在于:包括底座、立柱、辅助立柱,所述底两端分别垂直设置有立柱、辅助立柱,所述辅助立柱顶部设有配重滚轮架,内部设有重锤,底部固定于托架上,所述托架与底座的连接端设有垫板,所述立柱、辅助立柱之间设置摇臂,所述摇臂与辅助立柱通过角尺板、导套固定连接,所述角尺板设于摇臂端部,所述导套通过螺钉固定于辅助立柱上,所述角尺板与导套的连接处设有带手柄的偏心凸轮,所述偏心凸轮内设置有T型拉杆,外部设有螺套与螺母,所述偏心凸轮内设有定位钢球,所述角尺板上设置夹紧手柄,所述导套靠近角尺板侧设有导向键,所述摇臂上设有主轴箱。
所述导套上带有保护圈。
所述重锤通过顶部绕于配重滚轮架上的链条与导套连接。
本发明的优点:结构简单可靠,操作方便,使用便捷,拆装方便,增强了摇钻的刚度,可以在摇钻刚度最薄弱的摇臂末端位置进行强力切削,组成龙门框架,为发展简易数控坐标钻床创造了最好的基础条件,本结构可适用于多种规格的大型重型摇钻。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种摇臂钻床的辅助立柱,包括底座1、立柱2,辅助立,3,底两1端分别垂直设置有立柱2、辅助立柱3,辅助立柱3顶部设有配重滚轮架11,内部设有重锤12,底部固定于托架7上,托架7与底座1的连接端设有垫板6,立柱2、辅助立柱3之间设置摇臂4,摇臂4与辅助立柱3通过角尺板10、导套8固定连接,角尺板10设于摇臂4端部,导套8通过螺钉20固定于辅助立柱3上,角尺板10与导套8的连接处设有带手柄17的偏心凸轮16,偏心凸轮16内设置有T型拉杆18,外部设有螺套22与螺母21,偏心凸轮16内设有定位钢球19,手柄17夹紧松开角度(即偏心凸轮的使用线段)用螺套22调整螺母21锁固,手柄17的90°转动位置由定位钢球19定位,角尺板10上设置夹紧手柄9,导套8靠近角尺板10侧设有导向键15,摇臂4上设有主轴箱5,导套8上带有保护圈13,重锤12通过顶部绕于配重滚轮架11上的链条14与导套8连接。
本发明使用时,导套8在辅助立柱3上下滑动、其侧平面与装在摇臂4末端的角尺板10侧面紧贴,并通过两个手柄17带动偏心凸轮16夹紧,达到不影响摇臂4升降又增强机床整体刚性的目的,当手柄17上抬并转动90°,T型拉杆18随之松开并将T型拉紧头转90°与角尺板10的长槽对齐,这时推动摇臂4向前转动使之脱离导套8约束,即可方便的上、下工件或工装。
本发明为了保证导套8在调整高度时方便及不致在脱开角尺板10急速下落,在辅助立柱3内悬挂了重锤12平衡导套重量,导向键15的作用是粗定位导套8的角度位置便于与角尺板10侧面贴合,另一作用是防止导套8在辅助立柱3转动而扭绕链条14,在导套8的上下端面各装有含油毛毡的保护圈13,防止在导套8上下移动时划伤辅助立柱3表面,螺钉20的作用在于调整导套8与辅助立柱3的配合间隙。
本发明结构简单可靠,操作方便,使用便捷,拆装方便,增强了摇钻的刚度,可以在摇钻刚度最薄弱的摇臂末端位置进行强力切削,组成龙门框架,为发展简易数控坐标钻床创造了最好的基础条件,本结构可适用于多种规格的大型重型摇钻。

1.一种摇臂钻床的辅助立柱,其特征在于:包括底座、立柱、辅助立柱,所述底座两端分别垂直设置有立柱、辅助立柱,所述辅助立柱顶部设有配重滚轮架,内部设有重锤,底部固定于托架上,所述托架与底座的连接端设有垫板,所述立柱、辅助立柱之间设置摇臂,所述摇臂与辅助立柱通过角尺板、导套固定连接,所述角尺板设于摇臂端部,所述导套通过螺钉固定于辅助立柱上,所述角尺板与导套的连接处设有带手柄的偏心凸轮,所述偏心凸轮内设置有T型拉杆,外部设有螺套与螺母,所述偏心凸轮内设有定位钢球,所述角尺板上设置夹紧手柄,所述导套靠近角尺板侧设有导向键,所述摇臂上设有主轴箱,所述导套上带有保护圈,所述重锤通过顶部绕于配重滚轮架上的链条与导套连接。
