本发明涉及一种焊粉,具体是涉及一种无腐蚀性的铝焊粉。
背景技术
焊粉,是一种利用放热熔剂化学反应作为热源,产生高温并通过熔模而达到焊接目的的焊接方式所用的材料。现有的一些焊粉存在轻微腐蚀性的问题需要解决。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术轻微腐蚀性的缺陷,提供一种无腐蚀性的铝焊粉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种无腐蚀性的铝焊粉,按照重量百分比数计算,包括以下原料制成:HF:10~15%,K2CO3:5~ 10%,V2O5:7~26%,SnO2:0.5~8%,CaF2:2~6.5%,NaNO3:1.5~6.5%, Ni:0.5~3.7%,其余为铝粉。
进一步的,按照重量百分比数计算,包括以下原料制成:HF:15%,K2CO3: 10%,V2O5:25%,SnO2:6.5%,CaF2:5%,NaNO3:4%,Ni:3%,其余为铝粉。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:一种无腐蚀性的铝焊粉,使得铝焊粉无腐蚀性,焊后无需清洗,焊接稳定性好、密封性好、接头牢固、流动性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
生产原料内增加HF和K2CO3,同时增添微量元素,更改配比比例,进而使得铝焊粉无腐蚀性,焊后无需清洗,焊接稳定性好、密封性好、接头牢固、流动性好。

1.一种无腐蚀性的铝焊粉,其特征在于:按照重量百分比数计算,包括以下原料制成:HF:10~15%,K2CO3:5~10%,V2O5:7~26%,SnO2:0.5~8%,CaF2:2~6.5%,NaNO3:1.5~6.5%,Ni:0.5~3.7%,其余为铝粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无腐蚀性的铝焊粉,其特征在于,按照重量百分比数计算,包括以下原料制成:HF:15%,K2CO3:10%,V2O5:25%,SnO2:6.5%,CaF2:5%,NaNO3:4%,Ni:3%,其余为铝粉。
