本发明涉及一种清洗装置，更具体地说是涉及一种管壁清洗装置，包括驱动电机、变速箱、传动轴、转盘、刷杆和刷头，其特征是：所述驱动电机通过变速箱与传动轴相连接，转盘的圆周侧面上径向开有若干均匀分布的空腔，空腔内可伸缩滑动的配合设有刷杆，刷杆的末端设有刷头；所述转盘的上表面设有羊角锁紧螺钉，通过该羊角锁紧螺钉可把刷杆固定在空腔内。本清洗装置在清洗的过程中，清洗刷始终作用在管壁上，清洗效果好，且可以对不同直径大小的管道进行清洗，适用范围大。

本发明涉及一种清洗装置，更具体地说是涉及一种管壁清洗装置。
背景技术
中央空调被广泛应用于工业厂房和楼宇中，中央空调的冷暖风需要借助通风管道送到目的处，不可避免的使用一段时间后，中央空调通风管道中会聚集较多的灰尘等杂质，为了保证清洁必须对中央空调通风管道进行定期清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种管壁清洗装置，该清洗装置能有效地将管状物体或筒状物体的内壁清洗干净。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案是，一种管壁清洗装置，包括驱动电机、变速箱、传动轴、转盘、刷杆和刷头，其特征是：所述驱动电机通过变速箱与传动轴相连接，转盘的圆周侧面上径向开有若干均匀分布的空腔，空腔内可伸缩滑动的配合设有刷杆，刷杆的末端设有刷头；所述转盘的上表面设有羊角锁紧螺钉，通过该羊角锁紧螺钉可把刷杆固定在空腔内。
本发明设计合理，结构简单，使用时先根据清洗物体管口直径调节刷杆的伸缩长度，使在同一条直径上的两刷头紧贴管壁，拧紧羊角锁紧螺钉，把刷杆固定在空腔内，然后启动驱动电机，驱动电机带动刷杆上的刷头在管道内旋转，对管壁进行清洗；当然，本清洗装置也可不用动力驱动装置，直接手持式操作，清洗时操作者只需握住传动轴，来回往复移动、旋转，对管道进行清洗即可。本清洗装置在清洗的过程中，清洗刷始终作用在管壁上，清洗效果好，且可以对不同直径大小的管道进行清洗，适用范围大。

在图1中，本发明提供的一种管壁清洗装置，包括驱动电机（1）、变速箱（2）、传动轴（3）、转盘（4）、刷杆（5）和刷头（6），其特征是：所述驱动电机（1）通过变速箱（2）与传动轴（3）相连接，转盘（4）的圆周侧面上径向开有若干均匀分布的空腔，空腔内可伸缩滑动的配合设有刷杆（5），刷杆（5）的末端设有刷头（6）；所述转盘（4）的上表面设有羊角锁紧螺钉（7），通过该羊角锁紧螺钉（7）可把刷杆（5）固定在空腔内。
