Abstract

本发明公开了一种T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,包括上槽体、下槽体、滚筒、甩漆辊和刮刀;所述上槽体和下槽体的长度相同且开口相对,上槽体内设置有滚筒,滚筒的筒壁上密集开设有漏孔,下槽体的中心位置设置有通长的隔离槽,T形导轨的竖直部分位于隔离槽内,下槽体内位于隔离槽的两侧对称设置有甩漆辊,下槽体的底部两侧对称开设有油漆出口,油漆出口通过泵机与滚筒的内腔联通;所述上槽体和下槽体内分别设置有上刮刀和下刮刀,上刮刀的刀刃贴合T型导轨的上部非导向面,下刮刀的刀刃贴合T型导辊的下部非导向面。本发明能同时对T型导轨不同方位的非导向面进行涂漆,提高了工作效率。

一种T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及导轨生产,具体是一种T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置。
背景技术
导轨是由金属或其它材料制成的槽或脊,可承受、固定、引导移动装置或设备并减少其摩擦的一种装置。导轨表面上的纵向槽或脊,用于导引、固定机器部件、专用设备、仪器等。导轨又称滑轨、线性导轨、线性滑轨,用于直线往复运动场合。
T型导轨是导轨的一种,T型导轨的外表面分为导向面和非导向面,而在T型导轨生产中一般都是导向面加工完成以后再进行涂漆工序的,故在涂漆的过程中为避免导向面上沾染上油漆需对T型导轨进行多次翻转,这样的涂漆方法效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,包括上槽体、下槽体、滚筒、甩漆辊和刮刀;所述上槽体和下槽体的长度相同且开口相对,上槽体内设置有滚筒,滚筒的筒壁上密集开设有漏孔,滚筒的两端固定有滚筒转轴,滚筒转轴转动连接固定于上槽体内腔侧壁的第一轴承座,下槽体的中心位置设置有通长的隔离槽,T形导轨的导向面位于隔离槽内,下槽体内位于隔离槽的两侧对称设置有甩漆辊,甩漆辊远离隔离槽的一端固定有甩漆辊转轴,甩漆辊转轴转动连接固定于下槽体内腔侧壁的第二轴承座,甩漆辊的下端面位于油漆液面以下,下槽体的底部两侧对称开设有油漆出口,下槽体的外部安装有泵机,泵机的入口端连接油漆出口,泵机的出口端连接主管,主管向上延伸并连接有支管,支管伸入上槽体内并从轴心位置贯穿滚筒转轴与滚筒的内腔联通;所述上槽体的后侧槽体内设置有上刮刀,上刮刀的刀刃贴合T型导轨的上部非导向面,下槽体内对应上刮刀的位置设置有下刮刀,下刮刀位于隔离槽的两侧,下刮刀的刀刃贴合T型导辊的下部非导向面,上刮刀和下刮刀均通过弹性伸缩件分别与上槽体和下槽体连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述隔离槽的上端两侧向外翻。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述弹性伸缩件包括套筒、直杆和弹簧,以上槽体内的弹性伸缩件为例,套筒为上下开口式设计,其中下侧开口与直杆相匹配,套筒固定于上槽体,直杆的一端连接上刮刀,另一端伸入套筒中并连接有限位头,限位头和上槽体内腔顶板之间连接有弹簧。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:限位头与直杆一体成型。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述上槽体和下槽体的前后侧端面分别连接有前盖板和后盖板,前盖板和后盖板上均开设有T型导轨相匹配的导轨通孔。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述上槽体和下槽体的后侧设置有烘干室。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能同时对T型导轨不同方位的非导向面进行涂漆,无需多次翻转导轨,提高了工作效率,同时能有效避免T形导轨的导向面沾染到油漆;设置有刮刀,保证了油漆面的平整性,使油漆面更加美观;刮刀上的弹性伸缩件使得刮刀能够时刻保持与导轨的紧密接触,无需调节,使用更加方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-4,一种T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,包括上槽体1、下槽体2、滚筒3、甩漆辊4和刮刀;所述上槽体1和下槽体2的长度相同且开口相对,上槽体1内设置有滚筒3,滚筒3的筒壁上密集开设有漏孔32,滚筒3的两端固定有滚筒转轴31,滚筒转轴31转动连接固定于上槽体1内腔侧壁的第一轴承座311,下槽体2的中心位置设置有通长的隔离槽21,隔离槽21的上端两侧向外翻,T形导轨的导向面位于隔离槽21内,下槽体2内位于隔离槽21的两侧对称设置有甩漆辊4,甩漆辊4远离隔离槽21的一端固定有甩漆辊转轴41,甩漆辊转轴41转动连接固定于下槽体2内腔侧壁的第二轴承座411,甩漆辊4的下端面位于油漆液面以下,下槽体2的底部两侧对称开设有油漆出口22,下槽体2的外部安装有泵机5,泵机5的入口端连接油漆出口22,泵机5的出口端连接主管51,主管51向上延伸并连接有支管511,支管511伸入上槽体1内并从轴心位置贯穿滚筒转轴31与滚筒3的内腔联通,具体工作时,甩漆辊4滚动,辊面浸润油漆后对T型导轨下部的非导向面进行涂漆,同时泵机5将下槽体2中油漆抽出进过主管51和支管511进入滚筒3中,然后油漆从滚筒3上的漏孔32中漏下对T型导辊上部的非导向面进行涂漆,同时进行多面涂漆,无需转动T型导轨,提高了工作效率;
所述上槽体1的后侧槽体内设置有上刮刀6,上刮刀6的刀刃贴合T型导轨的上部非导向面,下槽体2内对应上刮刀6的位置设置有下刮刀7,下刮刀7位于隔离槽21的两侧,下刮刀7的刀刃贴合T型导辊的下部非导向面,上刮刀6和下刮刀7均通过弹性伸缩件8分别与上槽体1和下槽体2连接,弹性伸缩件8包括套筒81、直杆82和弹簧83,以上槽体1为例,套筒81为上下开口式设计,其中下侧开口与直杆82相匹配,套筒81固定于上槽体1,直杆82的一端连接上刮刀6,另一端伸入套筒81中并连接有限位头821,限位头821与直杆82一体成型,限位头821和上槽体1内腔顶板之间连接有弹簧83,上刮刀6和下刮刀7可将T型导轨上的油漆面刮平,从而确保了油漆面的平整性,由于设有弹性伸缩件8,使得刮刀能够保持与T形导轨的紧密贴合,无需调整,使用更加方便;
所述上槽体1和下槽体2的前后侧端面分别连接有前盖板91和后盖板92,前盖板91和后盖板92上均开设有T型导轨相匹配的导轨通孔(图中未画出),后盖板92的后侧设置有烘干室93,用于油漆的烘干。
本发明的工作原理是:
工作时,下槽体2内设置有一定量的油漆,甩漆辊4滚动,辊面浸润油漆后对T型导轨下部的非导向面进行涂漆,同时泵机5将下槽体2中油漆抽出进过主管51和支管511进入滚筒3中,然后油漆从滚筒3上的漏孔32中漏下对T型导辊上部的非导向面进行涂漆,这样就完成了对不同方位非导向面的同时涂漆,无需转动T型导轨,提高了工作效率,且导向面位于隔离槽中,有效避免沾染油漆;上刮刀6和下刮刀7可将T型导轨上的油漆面刮平,从而确保了油漆面的平整性,使油漆面更加美观,同时由于设有弹性伸缩件8,使得刮刀能够保持与T形导轨的紧密贴合,无需调整,使用更加方便。

Claims (6)

1.一种T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,包括上槽体(1)、下槽体(2)、滚筒(3)、甩漆辊(4)和刮刀;其特征在于,所述上槽体(1)和下槽体(2)的长度相同且开口相对,上槽体(1)内设置有滚筒(3),滚筒(3)的筒壁上密集开设有漏孔(32),滚筒(3)的两端固定有滚筒转轴(31),滚筒转轴(31)转动连接固定于上槽体(1)内腔侧壁的第一轴承座(311),下槽体(2)的中心位置设置有通长的隔离槽(21),T形导轨的导向面位于隔离槽(21)内,下槽体(2)内位于隔离槽(21)的两侧对称设置有甩漆辊(4),甩漆辊(4)远离隔离槽(21)的一端固定有甩漆辊转轴(41),甩漆辊转轴(41)转动连接固定于下槽体(2)内腔侧壁的第二轴承座(411),甩漆辊(4)的下端面位于油漆液面以下,下槽体(2)的底部两侧对称开设有油漆出口(22),下槽体(2)的外部安装有泵机(5),泵机(5)的入口端连接油漆出口(22),泵机(5)的出口端连接主管(51),主管(51)向上延伸并连接有支管(511),支管(511)伸入上槽体(1)内并从轴心位置贯穿滚筒转轴(31)与滚筒(3)的内腔联通;所述上槽体(1)的后侧槽体内设置有上刮刀(6),上刮刀(6)的刀刃贴合T型导轨的上部非导向面,下槽体(2)内对应上刮刀(6)的位置设置有下刮刀(7),下刮刀(7)位于隔离槽(21)的两侧,下刮刀(7)的刀刃贴合T型导辊的下部非导向面,上刮刀(6)和下刮刀(7)均通过弹性伸缩件(8)分别与上槽体(1)和下槽体(2)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,其特征在于,所述隔离槽(21)的上端两侧向外翻。
3.根据权利要求2所述的T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,其特征在于,所述弹性伸缩件(8)包括套筒(81)、直杆(82)和弹簧(83),以上槽体(1)内的弹性伸缩件(8)为例,套筒(81)为上下开口式设计,其中下侧开口与直杆(82)相匹配,套筒(81)固定于上槽体(1),直杆(82)的一端连接上刮刀(6),另一端伸入套筒(81)中并连接有限位头(821),限位头(821)和上槽体(1)内腔顶板之间连接有弹簧(83)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,其特征在于,限位头(821)与直杆(82)一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的T型导轨所用的多面涂漆装置,其特征在于,所述上槽体(1)和下槽体(2)的前后侧端面分别连接有前盖板(91)和后盖板(92),前盖板(91)和后盖板(92)上均开设有T型导轨相匹配的导轨通孔。
