本发明公开了一种金属矿石粉碎烘干机,包括粉碎仓、水洗槽和烘干室,所述粉碎仓上端设有入料口,所述入料口的下方设有两个一级粉碎辊,所述一级粉碎辊水平架设在所述粉碎仓的内壁之间,其表面设有若干三角形锯齿,所述粉碎仓下端竖立架设有若干二级粉碎辊,所述二级粉碎辊下方设有过滤网层,所述过滤网层下方设有所述水洗槽,所述水洗槽一端设有出料口,所述出料口连接到所述烘干室,所述烘干室内设有传送带,所述传送带上设有物料槽,所述烘干室一端顶壁上设有若干红外线辐射灯,所述烘干室另一端顶壁上设有电磁铁,所述电磁铁位于所述传送带上方。通过上述方式,本发明能够对金属矿石进行粉碎水洗,然后烘干脱水,最后进行杂质分离。

技术领域
本发明涉及烘干机领域,特别是涉及一种金属矿石粉碎烘干机。
背景技术
金属矿石开采出来时往往会混杂许多的硅元素杂质,需要对金属矿石进行提纯处理,主要的方法就是进行粉碎处理后进行筛选过滤,必要时需要进行水洗脱去一些杂质元素,水洗过后的矿石则需要及时的脱水烘干,否则金属就会生锈腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属矿石粉碎烘干机,能够对金属矿石进行粉碎水洗,然后烘干脱水,最后进行杂质分离。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种金属矿石粉碎烘干机,包括粉碎仓、水洗槽和烘干室,所述粉碎仓上端设有入料口,所述入料口的下方设有两个一级粉碎辊,所述一级粉碎辊水平架设在所述粉碎仓的内壁之间,所述一级粉碎辊表面设有若干三角形锯齿,所述粉碎仓下端竖立架设有若干二级粉碎辊,所述二级粉碎辊下方设有过滤网层,所述过滤网层下方设有所述水洗槽,所述水洗槽内容纳有金属水洗液,所述水洗槽底端设有若干搅拌棒,所述水洗槽一端设有出水口,所述水洗槽另一端设有出料口,所述出料口连接到所述烘干室,所述烘干室内设有传送带,所述传送带上设有物料槽,所述烘干室一端顶壁上设有若干红外线辐射灯,所述烘干室另一端顶壁上设有电磁铁,所述电磁铁位于所述传送带上方,所述传送带末端下方设有废料出口。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述烘干室侧壁上安装有若干排风口。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述出水口处设有多层滤网。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电磁铁通过电动滑槽与所述烘干室顶壁连接,所述烘干室另一端设有矿石粉收纳槽。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明主要针对金属矿石进行粉碎烘干处理,金属矿石进入粉碎仓经过一级和二级粉碎辊的粉碎处理,从大块的矿石变成细小的粉末,然后进入水洗槽清洗,然后送入烘干室进行烘干处理,烘干技术采用红外线辐射烘干,最后通过电磁铁分离杂质和金属粉末。

一种金属矿石粉碎烘干机,包括粉碎仓1、水洗槽2和烘干室3,所述粉碎仓1上端设有入料口4,所述入料口4的下方设有两个一级粉碎辊5,所述一级粉碎辊5水平架设在所述粉碎仓1的内壁之间,所述一级粉碎辊5表面设有若干三角形锯齿,所述粉碎仓1下端竖立架设有若干二级粉碎辊6,所述二级粉碎辊6下方设有过滤网层7,所述过滤网层下方设有所述水洗槽2,所述水洗槽2内容纳有金属水洗液,所述水洗槽2底端设有若干搅拌棒8,所述水洗槽2一端设有出水口9,所述水洗槽2另一端设有出料口10,所述出料口10连接到所述烘干室3,所述烘干室3内设有传送带11,所述传送带11上设有物料槽12,所述烘干室3一端顶壁上设有若干红外线辐射灯13,所述烘干室3另一端顶壁上设有电磁铁14,所述电磁铁14位于所述传送带11上方,所述传送带11末端下方设有废料出口15。
另外,所述烘干室3侧壁上安装有若干排风口。
另外,所述出水口9处设有多层滤网。
另外,所述电磁铁14通过电动滑槽与所述烘干室3顶壁连接,所述烘干室3另一端设有矿石粉收纳槽。
本发明的工作原理为粉碎仓1上端设有入料口4,入料口4的下方设有两个一级粉碎辊5,一级粉碎辊5水平架设在粉碎仓1的内壁之间,一级粉碎辊5表面设有若干三角形锯齿,一级粉碎仓1下端竖立架设有若干二级粉碎辊6,一级粉碎辊先将金属矿石粉碎成小块状,然后二级粉碎辊6将块状矿石粉碎成粉末状。
二级粉碎辊6下方设有过滤网层7,足够细小的矿石粉末可以通过滤网,过滤网层下方设有水洗槽2,水洗槽2内容纳有金属水洗液,水洗槽2底端设有若干搅拌棒8,水洗槽2一端设有出水口9,出水口9处设有多层滤网,水洗槽2另一端设有出料口10。
出料口10连接到烘干室3,烘干室3内设有传送带11,传送带11上设有物料槽12,烘干室3一端顶壁上设有若干红外线辐射灯13,烘干室3另一端顶壁上设有电磁铁14,电磁铁14位于传送带11上方,电磁铁14通过电动滑槽与烘干室3顶壁连接,烘干室3另一端设有矿石粉收纳槽,传送带11末端下方设有废料出口15。
