背景技术
仔猪副伤寒也称猪沙门菌病，是由沙门菌引起的仔猪的一种传染病。急性者为败血症，慢性者为坏死性肠炎，常发生于6月龄以下仔猪，特别是2～4月龄仔猪多见，一年四季均可发生,多雨潮湿、寒冷、季节交替时发生率高。该病按症状分为急性和慢性两型，以慢性型为常见。急性型病猪呈败血症症状，突然发病，体温在41℃以上，食欲不振或废绝，精神委靡，喜藏于垫草内，打寒战。鼻、眼有黏性分泌物，初期便秘，后期腹泻，排出淡黄色有恶臭的稀粪。慢性型病猪体温稍高或正常，精神不振，常卧在一起，前期有食欲，后期废绝；有的病猪死前喜喝脏水；有的病猪皮肤上出现湿疹样变化。由于持续下痢，病猪日渐消瘦、衰弱，被毛粗乱无光，行走摇晃，最后极度衰竭而亡。慢性型病程多在半个月以上，有的甚至长达2个月，不死的病猪生长发育停滞，成为僵猪，给养猪业造成了极大的经济损失。

所述治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其制备方法是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥按配方量称取，粉碎，得中药粉，将中药粉和复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸混合，加入总量的18～22％的预胶化淀粉，再用75％的乙醇浸润，通过造粒机造粒，制成颗粒，过筛，得颗粒剂。
所述治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其制备方法是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥按配方量称取，加水熬煮，过滤，将滤液浓缩，将浓缩液和乙醇按1：5的质量比混合，加热至45～55℃，回流1～2h，回收乙醇，得残余液，再加入复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸混合，拌匀，加入所述混合物质量的10～20％的糖浆，混匀得口服液。
所述治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其制备方法是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥、复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸按配方量称取，发酵3～4d后粉碎，用水蒸气蒸馏法蒸馏，收集馏液，再进行重蒸馏,收集重蒸馏液，再加入重蒸馏液质量的1～1.2％倍的氯化钠，和重蒸馏液质量的0.5～0.6％倍的聚山梨酯80，搅拌溶解，用G4垂熔玻璃漏斗过滤至澄清，灌封，100℃下灭菌30min，即得注射液。
所述的发酵，发酵温度为25.5～28.5℃，相对湿度为85～95％。
综上所述，本发明的有益效果在于：本发明的组合物，对仔猪副伤寒具有显著的治疗效果，能有效的提高仔猪副伤寒的治愈率至94.8％，通过具有广谱抑菌抗病毒、清热解毒，抗菌消炎，增强免疫的功效的中药组成，明显增加白细胞吞噬细菌、良好的抗炎和增强机体免疫力的多重作用，通过合理的配比，相互之间起到良好的协同增效的作用，有效起到治疗、控制仔猪副伤寒的作用，对提高猪生产性能、减少经济损失、促进猪养殖业持续健康发展发挥了极其重要的意义，同时避免了采用抗生素等刺激激素对猪制品以及人类带来的伤害，对猪治疗后对猪制品没有副作用。
本发明中还添加了复合益生菌，复合维生素、复合氨基酸既能增强肠道的黏膜屏障作用和调节肠道通透性，促进肠道益生菌的增殖，提高机体的免疫力，还可通过封闭上皮细胞上结合位点抑制细菌病原体的增殖，还可以通过促进细胞自动调节刺激固有和/或获得性免疫和限制炎症间接干扰细菌，从而达到抗病毒抗菌的目的，为治疗仔猪副伤寒提供基础，通过益生菌、氨基酸、维生素的合理搭配，有效的提高仔猪的免疫抵抗力，提升机体对病菌病原体的抵抗，有效起到抗菌消炎的作用，有效的起到治疗仔猪副伤寒的作用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明，但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式，任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替，仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：山茱萸6kg、伸筋草10kg、枇杷叶8kg、旱莲草15kg、络石藤5kg、防风10kg、柯子8kg、瞿麦12kg、茵陈6kg、小蓟8kg、马齿苋15kg、莱菔子3kg、单花芥8kg、复合益生菌8kg、复合维生素3kg、复合氨基酸2kg；所述的复合益生菌，是将地衣芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌和嗜热乳杆菌按0.8：0.3：1的质量比混合制得；所述的复合维生素，维生素A、泛酸、叶酸、维生素D按1：0.1：0.15：0.8的质量比混合制得；所述的复合氨基酸，赖氨酸、组氨酸、半胱氨酸和谷氨酰胺按0.2：0.8：0.3：2的质量比混合制得；

一种治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：山茱萸9kg、伸筋草20kg、枇杷叶12kg、旱莲草25kg、络石藤8kg、防风20kg、柯子12kg、瞿麦18kg、茵陈9kg、小蓟12kg、马齿苋25kg、莱菔子5kg、单花芥12kg、复合益生菌12kg、复合维生素5kg、复合氨基酸4kg；所述的复合益生菌，是将地衣芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌和嗜热乳杆菌按1.2：0.5：2的质量比混合制得；所述的复合维生素，维生素A、泛酸、叶酸、维生素D按1：0.2：0.25：1.2的质量比混合制得；所述的复合氨基酸，赖氨酸、组氨酸、半胱氨酸和谷氨酰胺按0.4：1.2：0.4：3的质量比混合制得；
所述治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其制备方法是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥按配方量称取，加水熬煮，过滤，将滤液浓缩，将浓缩液和乙醇按1：5的质量比混合，加热至45～55℃，回流1～2h，回收乙醇，得残余液，再加入复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸混合，拌匀，加入所述混合物质量的10～20％的糖浆，混匀得口服液。
实施例3
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：山茱萸8kg、伸筋草15kg、枇杷叶10kg、旱莲草20kg、络石藤7kg、防风15kg、柯子10kg、瞿麦15kg、茵陈8kg、小蓟10kg、马齿苋20kg、莱菔子4kg、单花芥10kg、复合益生菌10kg、复合维生素4kg、复合氨基酸3kg；所述的复合益生菌，是将地衣芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌和嗜热乳杆菌按1：0.4：1.5的质量比混合制得；所述的复合维生素，维生素A、泛酸、叶酸、维生素D按1：0.15：0.2：1的质量比混合制得；所述的复合氨基酸，赖氨酸、组氨酸、半胱氨酸和谷氨酰胺按0.3：1：0.35：2.5的质量比混合制得；
所述治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其制备方法是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥、复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸按配方量称取，在27℃，相对湿度为90％的环境下发酵3～4d，粉碎，用水蒸气蒸馏法蒸馏，收集馏液，再进行重蒸馏,收集重蒸馏液，再加入重蒸馏液质量的1～1.2％倍的氯化钠，和重蒸馏液质量的0.5～0.6％倍的聚山梨酯80，搅拌溶解，用G4垂熔玻璃漏斗过滤至澄清，灌封，100℃下灭菌30min，即得注射液。
实施例4-10
在实施例1的基础上，制备治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其原料组成的重量数据在实施例4-10中的变化如表1所示，其它步骤同实施例1：

Claims (10)

1.一种治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，包括以下按重量份计的原料：山茱萸6～9、伸筋草10～20、枇杷叶8～12、旱莲草15～25、络石藤5～8、防风10～20、柯子8～12、瞿麦12～18、茵陈6～9、小蓟8～12、马齿苋15～25、莱菔子3～5、单花芥8～12、复合益生菌8～12、复合维生素3～5、复合氨基酸2～4。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，包括以下按重量份计的原料：山茱萸8、伸筋草15、枇杷叶10、旱莲草20、络石藤7、防风15、柯子10、瞿麦15、茵陈8、小蓟10、马齿苋20、莱菔子4、单花芥10、复合益生菌10、复合维生素4、复合氨基酸3。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的复合益生菌，是将地衣芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌和嗜热乳杆菌按0.8～1.2：0.3～0.5：1～2的质量比混合制得。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的复合维生素，维生素A、泛酸、叶酸、维生素D按1：0.1～0.2：0.15～0.25：0.8～1.2的质量比混合制得。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的复合氨基酸，赖氨酸、组氨酸、半胱氨酸和谷氨酰胺按0.2～0.4：0.8～1.2：0.3～0.4：2～3的质量比混合制得。
6.如权利要求1所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的组合物为颗粒剂、口服液以及注射液。
7.如权利要求6所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的颗粒剂，是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥按配方量称取，粉碎，得中药粉，将中药粉和复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸混合，加入总量的18～22％的预胶化淀粉，再用75％的乙醇浸润，通过造粒机造粒，制成颗粒，过筛，得颗粒剂。
8.如权利要求6所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的口服液，是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥按配方量称取，加水熬煮，过滤，将滤液浓缩，将浓缩液和乙醇按1：5的质量比混合，加热至45～55℃，回流1～2h，回收乙醇，得残余液，再加入复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸混合，拌匀，加入所述混合物质量的10～20％的糖浆，混匀得口服液。
9.如权利要求6所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的注射液，是将山茱萸、伸筋草、枇杷叶、旱莲草、络石藤、防风、柯子、瞿麦、茵陈、小蓟、马齿苋、莱菔子、单花芥、复合益生菌、复合维生素、复合氨基酸按配方量称取，发酵3～4d后粉碎，用水蒸气蒸馏法蒸馏，收集馏液，再进行重蒸馏,收集重蒸馏液，再加入重蒸馏液质量的1～1.2％倍的氯化钠，和重蒸馏液质量的0.5～0.6％倍的聚山梨酯80，搅拌溶解，用G4垂熔玻璃漏斗过滤至澄清，灌封，100℃下灭菌30min，即得注射液。
10.如权利要求9所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒的组合物，其特征在于，所述的发酵，发酵温度为25.5～28.5℃，相对湿度为85～95％。
