Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体,该种植体包括有致密芯体、过渡层和多孔层,所述种植体由内到外依次为致密芯体、过渡层以及具有相互连通的孔隙结构的多孔层;该种植体由致密芯体、过渡层和多孔层构成,多孔层上开有正菱形孔,致密芯体用来保证种植体的强度要求,最外层的多孔层有助于生物组织长入,提高机械固定作用,本发明的牙种植体结构简单、设计科学可靠且加工制作简便、骨诱导性能和骨整合性能良好,且能有效解决现有钛合金牙种植体的生物力学适配性能差等问题。

Description

一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体
技术领域
本发明涉及牙体种植修复技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体。
背景技术
目前临床上使用的牙种植体与周围的骨组织力学性能不匹配,会引起种植体-骨界面的应力遮蔽,容易引起骨吸收,对骨结合的远期效果会产生影响。因此,需要降低牙种植体的弹性模量,使其与骨组织能够达到匹配。
不仅如此,商业用纯钛牙种植体其表面只经过喷砂酸蚀处理,虽具有良好的生物相容性,但无生物活性。在一期植入手术后,种植体与牙槽骨之间的骨组织生长缓慢,需要3-6 个月的愈合期才能进行二期修复手术,骨质条件差的患者则需要更久的愈合期。如果能够在牙种植体表面做生物活性的表面改性,就能够加速愈合,缩短手术期限。
针对医用钛合金存在的不足,解决牙种植体与骨之间的弹性模量不匹配问题,并增强种植体与骨之间的稳定性,加速骨整合,缩短愈合时间,研究人员提出了采用孔隙并带有药物涂层的种植体,但是传统的粉末冶金等方法制备的多孔牙种植体通常为均一的多孔微观结构,力学性能不能满足口腔环境高频、高强度受力要求,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体,该种植体由致密芯体、过渡层和多孔层构成,多孔层上开有正菱形孔,致密芯体用来保证种植体的强度要求,最外层的多孔层有助于生物组织长入,提高机械固定作用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体,该种植体包括有致密芯体、过渡层和多孔层,所述种植体由内到外依次为致密芯体、过渡层以及具有相互连通的孔隙结构的多孔层。
进一步改进在于:所述多孔层内孔隙的大小保持在 200~500 µm,孔隙的截面形状为利于骨组织生长的正菱形,孔径大于300μm,孔隙率为80%,孔隙呈螺旋分布,分别设置三种孔隙,依次间隔 30°、45°、60°,分布在圆周方向上。
进一步改进在于:所述种植体的材质为纯钛或Ti6A14v钛合金。
进一步改进在于:所述多孔层外侧设置有外螺纹。
进一步改进在于:所述种植体采用选取激光融化成型方法或增材制造方法制备而成。
进一步改进在于:所述多孔层涂有羟基磷灰石涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明通过在最外层设置正菱形孔,使生物组织更容易长入,提高了机械固定作用。
2、本发明通过分层设置,在最内层设置致密芯体,可保障牙种植体具有足够的强度,通过设置过渡层和多孔层,可有效降低牙种植体的弹性模量,从而降低应力屏蔽现象。
3、本发明通过在多孔层设置羟基磷灰石药物涂层,促进促进成骨细胞的早期粘附和成骨分化,并释放成骨所需元素和生长因子等。
4、本发明的牙种植体优选纯钛或是钛合金材质,多孔钛材料独特的多孔结构及粗糙的内外表面将有利于成骨细胞的粘附、增殖和分化,促进新骨组织长入孔隙,使植入体同骨之间形成生物固定,并最终形成一个整体,加速骨整合。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体,该种植体包括有致密芯体1、过渡层2和多孔层3,所述种植体由内到外依次为致密芯体1、过渡层2以及具有相互连通的孔隙结构的多孔层3。所述多孔层3内孔隙的大小保持在 200~500 µm,孔隙的截面形状为利于骨组织生长的正菱形,孔径大于300μm,孔隙率为80%,孔隙呈螺旋分布,分别设置三种孔隙,依次间隔 30°、45°、60°,分布在圆周方向上。 所述种植体的材质为纯钛或Ti6A14v钛合金。所述多孔层3外侧设置有外螺纹。所述种植体采用选取激光融化成型方法或增材制造方法制备而成。所述多孔层涂3有羟基磷灰石涂层。

1.一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体,其特征在于:该种植体包括有致密芯体(1)、过渡层(2)和多孔层(3),所述种植体由内到外依次为致密芯体(1)、过渡层(2)以及具有相互连通的孔隙结构的多孔层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有药物携带功能的梯度多孔种植体,其特征在于:所述多孔层(3)内孔隙的大小保持在 200~500 µm,孔隙的截面形状为利于骨组织生长的正菱形,孔径大于300μm,孔隙率为80%,孔隙呈螺旋分布,分别设置三种孔隙,依次间隔 30°、45°、60°,分布在圆周方向上。
