Abstract
A healthy drink formula and a preparation process thereof, belonging to the field of functional healthy drink formulas, processing processes and production equipment thereof. According to nutrient components required by human body, the health drink formula is prepared by extracting natural plants, vegetables, fruits and other substance components, and is beneficial to health promotion. 30-36% of fructo-oligosaccharide;
5-8% of dark plum juice;
4-6% of grape juice;
0.2-0.8% of cordyceps militaris powder;
0.2 to 0.8 percent of lily powder;
0.2 to 0.8 percent of medlar powder;
potassium sorbate 0.04-0.08 wt% and pure water in balance.
The preparation process of the healthy beverage formula comprises the following steps of mixing the components in proportion to prepare oral liquid, and then filling and packaging the oral liquid at 15-25 ℃.

a compressed nitrogen box is filled in a box body fixing groove on a filling turntable, then the filling turntable rotates the box body fixing groove to the position below a liquid filling pipe of a filling machine, a first air pump enables a pneumatic sleeve to be inflated downwards strongly through an air pipe, the compressed nitrogen box is pressed into the inner bottom of an outer bottle body of a filling bottle placed on a supporting table through strong airflow, meanwhile, an upper opening of an inner sealing bag extending out of the periphery of an umbrella-shaped frame body keeps a state of sucking and adsorbing holes and is clamped and fixed by a clamping air claw, and the inner sealing bag extends out of the umbrella-shaped frame body along with falling of the compressed nitrogen box until the inner sealing bag is completely sleeved in the outer bottle body; liquid filling is carried out on the inner sealing bag through a liquid filling pipe;
after filling, the sealing telescopic cylinder drives the hot-melt sealing rod to extend inwards, meanwhile, the supporting table lifting cylinder drives the supporting table to move upwards until the upper opening of the outer bottle body and the upper opening of the inner sealing bag coincide and contact with the hot-melt sealing rod, the bottle body clamping plate drives the outer bottle body to rotate for 180 degrees and 360 degrees, the hot-melt sealing rod enables the upper opening of the outer bottle body and the upper opening of the inner sealing bag to be sealed and fused together, and then the bottle cap is buckled and screwed;

after filling, the sealing telescopic cylinder drives the hot-melt sealing rod to extend inwards, meanwhile, the supporting table lifting cylinder drives the supporting table to move upwards until the upper opening of the outer bottle body and the upper opening of the inner sealing bag coincide and contact with the hot-melt sealing rod, the bottle body clamping plate drives the outer bottle body to rotate for 180 degrees and 360 degrees, the hot-melt sealing rod enables the upper opening of the outer bottle body and the upper opening of the inner sealing bag to be sealed and fused together, and then the bottle cap is buckled and screwed;
the bottle body clamping plate drives the outer bottle body to rotate 90-180 degrees in 0.5-2 seconds, and an air outlet switch valve in the compressed nitrogen box is triggered to enable nitrogen to fill the space between the inner sealing bag and the outer bottle body.
