The center frame assembly 105 is mounted on the housing 104, and the display screen 102 is mounted on the center frame assembly 105 to form a display surface of the electronic device 100. The display screen 102 may include a display area 102A and a non-display area 102B. The display area 102A is used to display information such as images and text. The non-display area 102B does not display information. The bottom of the non-display area 102B may be provided with functional components such as a fingerprint module and a touch circuit.
The integrated circuit board 103 is mounted inside the housing 104. The integrated circuit board 103 may be a motherboard of the electronic device 100. The integrated circuit board 103 may have integrated thereon functional components such as a proximity sensor and a processor. Meanwhile, the display screen 102 may be electrically connected to the integrated circuit board 103.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the middle frame assembly 105 is installed in the housing 104 and extends out of the housing 104. The center assembly 105 includes a center 51 and a camera 52. The middle frame 51 is mounted in the housing 104, and the camera 52 protrudes from the housing 104.
The middle frame 51 includes a middle frame body 511 and a plurality of steps 512. The middle frame body 511 is substantially rectangular, and the steps 512 are disposed inside the middle frame body 511.
The plurality of steps 512 define a mounting plane for mounting the display screen 102. The display screen 102 may be mounted on the plurality of steps 512 by means of adhesion and is located on a mounting plane of the inner side of the middle frame body 511.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the middle frame body 511 of the middle frame 51 is provided with a through hole 51a, and the back surface of the middle frame body 511 of the middle frame 51 is provided with a receiving tube 5111 surrounding the through hole 51a. The housing tube 5111 can be used as a base of the camera 52, so that there is no need to provide a base. In this embodiment, the accommodating tube 5111 has a circular tube shape.
It will be appreciated that the containment tube 5111 may be other shapes. For example, the cross section of the accommodating tube 5111 is circular or rectangular. As shown in fig. 5, the accommodating tube 5111 has a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape. The accommodating tube 5111 and the middle frame body 511 are integrally formed, and when the accommodating tube 5111 and the middle frame body 511 are integrally formed, the through hole 51a is formed. The middle frame 51 is integrally formed with the accommodating tube 5111.
In some embodiments, the through hole 51a is circular or square, but is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the camera 52 includes a lens 521, a photosensitive component 524, and a circuit board 522. The circuit board 522 covers an end of the accommodating tube 5111 remote from the center 51. The photosensitive member is disposed on the circuit board 522 and is located inside the accommodating tube 5111. The lens 521 is connected to an end of the housing tube 5111 remote from the circuit board 522, and is exposed to the front surface of the center 51 through the through hole 51a. The photosensitive assembly 524 is electrically coupled to the integrated circuit board 103 through the circuit board 522.
In some embodiments, the circuit board 522 may be a flexible circuit board. The photosensitive assembly 524 is electrically connected to the integrated circuit board through the circuit board 522 to transmit the acquired signals to the integrated circuit board 103.
In order to achieve the connection between the lens 521 and the accommodating pipe 5111, the following two ways may be adopted.
In the first method, at least two limiting holes are formed in a side wall of the accommodating tube 5111, which is close to one end of the lens 521, and at least two limiting grooves are formed in an outer side wall of the lens 521. The camera 52 further comprises at least two limiting posts, wherein the limiting posts are arranged in a limiting hole in a penetrating manner, and the end parts of the limiting posts are inserted into a limiting groove, so that the end parts of the lenses 521 are connected with the accommodating pipes 5111.
In the second method, the inner side wall of the accommodating tube 5111 is connected with the outer side wall of the lens 521 by an adhesive layer.
Of course, it will be appreciated that other conventional means for achieving the connection between the containment tube 5111 and the lens 521 may be employed.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the middle frame 51 includes a middle frame body 511 and a plurality of steps 512. The middle frame body 511 has a substantially rectangular frame shape. The steps 512 are disposed inside the middle frame body 511. The steps 512 are used for mounting the display screen 512 thereon and are located inside the middle frame body 511.
The camera 52 includes a lens 521, a photosensitive assembly 524, and a circuit board 522. The circuit board 522 covers an end of the accommodating tube 5111 remote from the center 51. The photosensitive assembly 524 is disposed on the circuit board 522 and inside the accommodating tube 5111. The lens 521 is connected to an end of the accommodation tube 5111 remote from the circuit board 522, and is exposed to the front surface of the center 51 through the through hole 51a. The photosensitive assembly 524 is electrically coupled to the integrated circuit board 103 through the circuit board 522.
Wherein the photosensitive element 524 includes a plurality of photosensitive elements distributed in an array. For example, the photosensitive element 524 may be a CMOS photosensitive element. Of course, it is not limited thereto. The photosensitive assembly 524 is used for collecting light signals emitted by an external object and converting the light signals into image signals to generate corresponding images of the external object.
In some embodiments, the steps 512 include a first step 512a, a first half hole 5121a is formed on the first step 512a, a second half hole 5122a is formed on the middle frame body 511, and the first half hole 5121a and the second half hole 5122a are spliced to form the through hole 51a.
Referring to fig. 8, correspondingly, in this case, a notch 102a corresponding to the second half hole 5122a is formed at an edge of the display screen 102, and the notch 102a and the second half hole 5122a have the same shape and are opposite to each other, so as to improve the screen ratio of the electronic device.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the base of the camera, namely the accommodating pipe and the middle frame are integrally formed, so that the problem of extrusion between the middle frame and the camera is avoided, a certain distance is not required to be reserved between the middle frame and the camera, and the screen occupation ratio of the electronic equipment can be effectively improved.
