The side walls 1311 may be perpendicular to the bottom wall 1312 or may be inclined to each other. In some embodiments, the free end of the sidewall 1311 may be directly received in the receiving groove 1110. In the process of assembling the display panel assembly 1, the backlight module 13 and the display structure 120 are sequentially disposed inside the frame 131, and then the cover plate is covered on the frame 131 and the display structure 120, and meanwhile, the free end of the sidewall 1311 is inserted into the receiving groove 1110, so that the frame 131 and the cover plate 110 are directly matched and limited.
Therefore, the display structure and the backlight module are all contained in the frame, so that the side wall is protected in the waterproof performance, and the waterproof performance of the display flat component is improved. In addition, the cover plate is provided with a containing groove, it can be understood that the containing groove is formed from the inside of the display screen assembly towards the outside, the free tail end of the side wall or the limiting part of the free tail end of the side wall is contained in the containing groove, and liquid is not easy to enter the frame from the containing groove to the inside by bypassing the free tail end of the side wall between the connection of the side wall and the cover plate. The possibility that liquid enters the frame from the accommodating groove is reduced, the interference of the liquid to the display structure and the backlight module is reduced, and the waterproof performance of the electronic equipment is improved.
In some embodiments, the free ends of the sidewalls 1311 may be rounded or may be provided in an arcuate configuration.
Wherein the glue 12 is disposed between the outer surface of the sidewall 1311 and the cover plate 110 to fixedly connect the outer surface of the sidewall 1311 and the cover plate 110. The colloid 12 is arranged between the outer surface of the side wall 1311 and the cover plate 110, so that the outer surface of the side wall 1311 and the cover plate 110 can be fixedly connected, the connection position of the side wall 1311 and the cover plate 110 is sealed, and the waterproof performance of the electronic device is improved. In some embodiments, the glue may be attached to the other end of the inner sidewall 1113.
In the above embodiments, the free end of the sidewall 1311 is directly inserted into the receiving groove 1110 of the cover plate 110 to improve the waterproof performance of the electronic device. The manner of improving the waterproof performance in the embodiments of the present application is not limited to this.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is another partial sectional view of the display panel assembly of fig. 5 in the direction of a-a, and fig. 10 is a disassembled view of the display panel assembly of fig. 9.
