Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型液相色谱输液泵。本发明采用一种新的泵结构,每台泵由一个电机驱动一个滚珠丝杠,滚珠丝杠将旋转运动变成直线运动,再由滚珠丝杠螺母来推动推杆做往复运动,丝杠的旋转由步进电机精确控制。本发明可以大幅提高恒流泵的输液精度。

背景技术
液相色谱仪的恒流泵的输液过程需要将旋转运动转化为直线运动来完成输液。传统的方式是用凸轮来完成。图2是传统恒流泵的一种结构,由凸轮1加上回程弹簧10来完成推杆2的往复运动,但该方式精度不高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明采用一种新的泵结构,每台泵由一个电机驱动一个滚珠丝杠,滚珠丝杠将旋转运动变成直线运动,再由滚珠丝杠螺母来推动推杆做往复运动,丝杠的旋转由步进电机精确控制。本发明可以大幅提高恒流泵的输液精度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,步进电机4通过联轴器5与滚珠丝杠6连接,步进电机4带动滚珠丝杠6旋转,当滚珠丝杠6正方向旋转时,丝杠螺母7就向前移动,当滚珠丝杠6反方向旋转时,丝杠螺母7就向后移动,从而带动推杆8前后运动。

1.一种新型液相色谱输液泵,其特征在于:每台泵由一个电机驱动一个滚珠丝杠,滚珠丝杠将旋转运动变成直线运动,再由滚珠丝杠螺母来推动推杆做往复运动。
