本发明公开了一种凉感刺绣面料,所述凉感刺绣面料由凉感丝,第一氨纶丝,第二氨纶丝以1:1:1的比例通过经编机织造所得,其中凉感丝由凉感纤维,亚麻纤维,蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维制备而成,其中凉感纤维由对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯母粒、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯母粒、凉感母粒和黏胶纤维制备而成。本发明公开的凉感刺绣面料具有冰爽舒适的穿着感,使人们在炎炎夏日具有丝丝凉意。

技术领域
本发明涉及刺绣面料领域,特别是涉及一种凉感刺绣面料。
背景技术
刺绣面料现如今广泛应用于人们的穿着当中,而现有的面料在一些功能上也没有达到人们的预期,面料不仅得具有舒适的手感,而且还得具备一些特性,凉感面料的出现解决了人们在炎炎夏日穿衣不舒适的问题。
人们对于生活品质的追求是越来越高,更多的年轻女士会选择穿一些刺绣的衣服,既美观又大方,传统刺绣面料只能在外观上符合人们的需求,并不能在功能上让人们感觉满意,刺绣衣服一般夏天穿的比较多,大多都轻薄透气,但是到了太阳底下,就不舒适了,因此凉感刺绣面料的产生有效的解决了这个困扰人们长期已久的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种凉感刺绣面料,从而为人们穿着衣服提供一种舒适感。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种凉感刺绣面料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成,其中凉感丝,第一氨纶丝,第二氨纶丝以1:1:1的比例通过经编机织造所得,凉感丝由凉感纤维,亚麻纤维,蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维制备而成,而凉感纤维由对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯母粒、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯母粒、凉感母粒和黏胶纤维制备而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凉感纤维由以下重量份的原材料熔融共混而成,其中对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒80—100份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯母粒40—50份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯母粒20—25份、凉感母粒30—40份和黏胶纤维10—15份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种凉感刺绣面料,为刺绣领域提供了一种新型的面料,从而改善了人体穿着刺绣面料的舒适性。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种凉感刺绣面料,包括:
实施例1
经编机采用28针的织造方式,转速为1800—2000转/小时,面丝采用凉感丝,中丝采用第一氨纶丝,型号为20D;底丝采用第二氨纶丝,型号为30D。
凉感纤维由以下重量份的原材料熔融共混而成,其中对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒80份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯母粒40份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯母粒20份、凉感母粒30份和黏胶纤维10份。
将上述原料搅拌均匀之后加入高温电融炉中,把温度控制140℃,熔融时间为20min。
实施例2
经编机采用28针的织造方式,转速为2000转/小时,面丝采用凉感丝,中丝采用第一氨纶丝,型号为20D;底丝采用第二氨纶丝,型号为30D。
凉感纤维由以下重量份的原材料熔融共混而成,其中对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒100份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯母粒50份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯母粒25份、凉感母粒40份和黏胶纤维15份。
将上述原料搅拌均匀之后加入高温电融炉中,把温度控制160℃,熔融时间为20min。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种凉感刺绣面料,为刺绣领域提供了一种新型的面料,从而改善了人体穿着刺绣面料的舒适性。

1.一种凉感刺绣面料,其特征在于,其由凉感丝,第一氨纶丝,第二氨纶丝以1:1:1的比例通过经编机织造所得,凉感丝由凉感纤维,亚麻纤维,蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维制备而成,而凉感纤维由对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯母粒、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯母粒、凉感母粒和黏胶纤维制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感刺绣面料,其特征在于,经编机采用28针的织造方式,转速为1800—2000转/小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感刺绣面料,其特征在于,面丝采用凉感丝,中丝采用第一氨纶丝,型号为20D;底丝采用第二氨纶丝,型号为30D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感刺绣面料,其特征在于,凉感纤维由以下重量份的原材料熔融共混而成,其中对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒80—100份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯母粒40—50份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯母粒20—25份、凉感母粒30—40份和黏胶纤维10—15份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种凉感刺绣面料,其特征在于,其中将所述原材料搅拌均匀之后,放入电融炉中采用高温加热的方法,将其制备而成冰凉丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种凉感刺绣面料,其特征在于,所述高温电融炉把温度控制140—160℃之间,熔融时间为20min。
