技术领域
本发明涉及生物能源领域,具体涉及一种再生生物燃料颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前人们使用的燃料大部分是煤、石油、天然气等化石能源,是不可再生资源,在人类大规模的开采下将逐渐枯竭,并且在燃烧时会向空气中排放大量的有毒气体,给大气造成严重污染,为此人类在寻找可再生的清洁燃料来代替。
而家具行业里使用的原木材、人造板材等产生了大量的加工废料,而这部分废料具有成为再生生物燃料的潜力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种再生生物燃料颗粒及其制备方法,热值高,燃烧效果好,易生产,成本低。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种再生生物燃料颗粒,包括如下重量份数的组分:
板皮10-12份;
锯末15-20份;
膨松剂1-5份;
催化剂0.1-0.5份。
所述的板皮和锯末为原木材、人造板材等进行加工后剩余的废料。
进一步的,所述的膨松剂包括氯化钠。
进一步的,所述的赋形剂包括聚异丁烯。便于颗粒成型,且燃烧时不产生有害物质。
进一步的,所述的催化剂包括三氧化二铁、四氧化三铁、氧化镁、三氧化二铝其中的至少一种。
一种所述的再生生物燃料颗粒的制备方法,该方法步骤如下:
(1)对板皮、锯末进行粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的板皮、锯末、膨松剂、催化剂等组分通过搅拌机混合均匀得半成品;
(3)将半成品通过颗粒机压缩成颗粒挤出后得颗粒成品。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.选用板材加工后剩余的下脚料作为再生生物燃料颗粒的主料,不仅热值高、燃烧效率好、来源广,而且由于经过加工生产环节,该主料的粒径和尺寸小、含水量低,制作燃料颗粒无需烘干和筛选除去较大体积粉碎不完全的组分,生产环节少,成本低,适于大规模加工生产。
2.加入膨松剂,在高温下会迅速膨胀,撑裂颗粒并搅动颗粒以及颗粒中的气流,使之充分燃烧。
3.加入催化剂,提高供氧量,减少不完全燃烧。
4.加入赋形剂,辅助原料成型,便于制成颗粒使用。
5.所用原料均无毒无害,对环境友好。

(3)将半成品通过颗粒机压缩成颗粒挤出后得颗粒成品。
对实施例1、2、3、对比例1进行燃烧值的测试:
燃烧值的测试采用GB213—87
标准煤的燃烧值为29.26 MJ/kg。
经检测,实施例1的燃烧值为27.11MJ/kg;实施例2的燃烧值为26.68 MJ/kg;实施例3的燃烧值为27.08MJ/kg;对比例1的燃烧值为21.55MJ/kg。

1.一种再生生物燃料颗粒,包括如下重量份数的组分:
板皮10-12份;
锯末15-20份;
膨松剂1-5份;
赋形剂1-5份;
催化剂0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生生物燃料颗粒,其特征在于,所述的膨松剂包括氯化钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的再生生物燃料颗粒,其特征在于,所述的赋形剂包括聚异丁烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的再生生物燃料颗粒,其特征在于,所述的催化剂包括三氧化二铁、四氧化三铁、氧化镁、三氧化二铝其中的至少一种。
5.一种权利要求1-4任意一项所述的再生生物燃料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法步骤如下:
(1)对板皮、锯末进行粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的板皮、锯末、膨松剂、赋形剂、催化剂等组分通过搅拌机混合均匀得半成品;
(3)将半成品通过颗粒机压缩成颗粒挤出后得颗粒成品。
