本发明提出一种节能型门扇线条加工装置,包括定尺截断机构、方位调整机构、输送机构、裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构,定尺截断机构与线条坯料供应设备连通,由定尺截断机构对线条坯料供应设备输出的线条坯料进行定尺截断处理,方位调整机构与定尺截断机构连通,由方位调整机构对定尺截断机构输出的线条坯料进行方位调整处理,输送机构与方位调整机构连通,裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构位于输送机构下方,由输送机构将方位调整机构输出的线条坯料顺次送至裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构进行加工,输送机构设置的回转链可带动多个吊盘同时移动,使加工过程流畅不间断,减少设备的闲置时间,从而提升加工效率,降低能量损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及门扇生产设备,尤其涉及一种节能型门扇线条加工装置。
背景技术
在一种门扇线条的生产过程中,由于各线条的规格与加工要求不同,常需要使用不同的设备进行分别加工处理,加工设备的集成度不高,加工流程难以控制,造成设备、场地浪费,并容易发生故障,给生产效率的提升带来不利影响,并且影响线条的产品质量。
因此,有必要对这种线条生产装置进行结构优化,以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能型门扇线条加工装置,以提升加工效率,降低能耗。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种节能型门扇线条加工装置,包括定尺截断机构、方位调整机构、输送机构、裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构,定尺截断机构与线条坯料供应设备连通,由定尺截断机构对线条坯料供应设备输出的线条坯料进行定尺截断处理,方位调整机构与定尺截断机构连通,由方位调整机构对定尺截断机构输出的线条坯料进行方位调整处理,输送机构与方位调整机构连通,裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构位于输送机构下方,由输送机构将方位调整机构输出的线条坯料顺次送至裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构进行加工,其中:
定尺截断机构包括一组支架,各支架顶部分别设有轨杆,各轨杆相互平行,轨杆上设有可放置线条坯料的料台,料台呈长条形,其长度方向与轨杆垂直,料台底部具有与轨杆适配的滑块,料台通过该滑块在轨杆上移动,料台一侧设有一组侧向辊杆,侧向辊杆竖直安装,并沿料台侧边顺次排布,料台的进料端设有夹板,夹板与料台之间具有放置线条坯料的间隙,夹板通过弹性连接件装设于料台上,由夹板将线条坯料固定于料台上,料台另一侧设有托轨,托轨沿料台的长度方向延伸,托轨上设有圆锯,圆锯底部具有与托轨适配的行走座,圆锯通过该行走座悬于料台上方,并通过行走座在托轨上移动,圆锯前端具有光电测距仪,由光电测距仪对线条坯料的长度进行测量,由圆锯对线条坯料进行定尺截断处理;
方位调整机构包括横梁,横梁位于轨杆上方,并沿料台的长度方向延伸,横梁底部具有可抓取线条坯料的抓手,由料台将截断后的线条坯料送至抓手下方,抓手顶部具有悬吊块,悬吊块上设有横向行走轮,悬吊块通过横向行走轮安装于横梁上,悬吊块侧壁设有横向驱动电机,横向驱动电机通过传动结构与行走轮衔接,由横向驱动电机带动行走轮运转,使悬吊块沿横梁移动,悬吊块中设有转杆,抓手固定于转杆末端,悬吊块上设有竖向驱动电机,竖向驱动电机的动力轴与转杆相连,由竖向驱动电机带动转杆转动,带动线条坯料旋转;
输送机构包括至少一对桁架,桁架顶部设有顶梁,顶梁沿横梁的长度方向延伸,并跨越裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构上方,顶梁底部设有回转链,回转链上设有一组吊盘,顶梁上具有回转电机,回转电机与回转链通过传动结构衔接,由回转电机带动回转链运行,使吊盘在回转链上循环移动,各吊盘上分别设有定位条,定位条中具有可固定线条坯料的嵌槽,由吊盘将线条坯料送至裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构加工。
裁切机构包括一对切锯,切锯分列于顶梁两侧,切锯的锯片之间呈直角,由切锯对线条坯料两端进行裁切,切锯上具有罩壳,罩壳边缘具有开口,切锯的锯齿从开口中露出,罩壳侧壁设有排料口,排料口通过风管与抽气设备连通,由抽气设备将裁切过程产生的废料排出。
钻孔机构包括一对钻机,钻机分列于顶梁两侧,钻机的钻头之间呈直角,由钻机对线条坯料两端进行钻孔处理。
喷胶机构包括一对喷嘴,喷嘴分列于顶梁两侧,喷嘴之间呈直角,各喷嘴分别与供胶设备连通,由喷嘴对线条坯料两端进行胶液喷涂处理。
本发明的优点在于:
该门扇线条加工装置的定尺截断机构采用料台与轨杆结构,使得截断处理后的线条可直接送至方位调整机构下方,不需要额外的移动设备,圆锯上设置的光电测距仪可对线条长度进行精确测量,根据不同规格要求进行截断,使用灵活,输送机构设置的回转链可带动多个吊盘同时移动,使加工过程流畅不间断,减少设备的闲置时间,从而提升加工效率,降低能量损耗。

1.一种节能型门扇线条加工装置,包括定尺截断机构、方位调整机构、输送机构、裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构,定尺截断机构与线条坯料供应设备连通,由定尺截断机构对线条坯料供应设备输出的线条坯料进行定尺截断处理,方位调整机构与定尺截断机构连通,由方位调整机构对定尺截断机构输出的线条坯料进行方位调整处理,输送机构与方位调整机构连通,裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构位于输送机构下方,由输送机构将方位调整机构输出的线条坯料顺次送至裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构进行加工,其特征在于:
定尺截断机构包括一组支架,各支架顶部分别设有轨杆,各轨杆相互平行,轨杆上设有可放置线条坯料的料台,料台呈长条形,其长度方向与轨杆垂直,料台底部具有与轨杆适配的滑块,料台通过该滑块在轨杆上移动,料台一侧设有一组侧向辊杆,侧向辊杆竖直安装,并沿料台侧边顺次排布,料台的进料端设有夹板,夹板与料台之间具有放置线条坯料的间隙,夹板通过弹性连接件装设于料台上,由夹板将线条坯料固定于料台上,料台另一侧设有托轨,托轨沿料台的长度方向延伸,托轨上设有圆锯,圆锯底部具有与托轨适配的行走座,圆锯通过该行走座悬于料台上方,并通过行走座在托轨上移动,圆锯前端具有光电测距仪,由光电测距仪对线条坯料的长度进行测量,由圆锯对线条坯料进行定尺截断处理;
方位调整机构包括横梁,横梁位于轨杆上方,并沿料台的长度方向延伸,横梁底部具有可抓取线条坯料的抓手,由料台将截断后的线条坯料送至抓手下方,抓手顶部具有悬吊块,悬吊块上设有横向行走轮,悬吊块通过横向行走轮安装于横梁上,悬吊块侧壁设有横向驱动电机,横向驱动电机通过传动结构与行走轮衔接,由横向驱动电机带动行走轮运转,使悬吊块沿横梁移动,悬吊块中设有转杆,抓手固定于转杆末端,悬吊块上设有竖向驱动电机,竖向驱动电机的动力轴与转杆相连,由竖向驱动电机带动转杆转动,带动线条坯料旋转;
输送机构包括至少一对桁架,桁架顶部设有顶梁,顶梁沿横梁的长度方向延伸,并跨越裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构上方,顶梁底部设有回转链,回转链上设有一组吊盘,顶梁上具有回转电机,回转电机与回转链通过传动结构衔接,由回转电机带动回转链运行,使吊盘在回转链上循环移动,各吊盘上分别设有定位条,定位条中具有可固定线条坯料的嵌槽,由吊盘将线条坯料送至裁切机构、钻孔机构以及喷胶机构加工;
