本发明属于家禽养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种香鸭的养殖方法。
背景技术
香鸭,鸭形香炉。香鸭皮薄肉厚脂肪少,肉嫩皮脆,煮之香气四溢,食而不厌。香鸭具有“实”、“瘦”、“香”、“凉”、“脆”的特点:实-鸭肉结实;瘦-皮下脂肪黄而薄,黄澄澄的鸭皮下仅隔一层黄而薄的脂肪,然后是厚厚的瘦肉;香-鸭肉蘸着用鸭血制成的鸭酱吃,细细品尝,满嘴留香,耐人寻味;凉-香鸭用河虾、螺、玉米等喂养,其肉清凉,多吃也不上火;脆-香鸭皮薄,吃起来香脆。
而在香鸭的养殖过程中,容易出现一些常见疾病,例如鸭病毒性肝炎、鸭瘟、鸭传染性浆膜炎、鸭大肠杆菌病、鸭呼吸道传染病等。其中,鸭病毒性肝炎是小鸭的一种急性传染病,其死亡率高达90%,四周龄以内的小鸭均可被感染发病;其病原体是一种肠病毒(鸭肝炎病毒),感染后潜伏期1-4天,突然发病,迅速传播,病鸭精神萎顿、眼半闭、嗜睡状、并见神经症状,运动失调,身体倒向一侧,或背着地、转圈,双脚痉挛运动,头向后仰,呈角弓反张姿势,上述症状出现几分钟至几小时内死亡。经解剖发现,其肝脏肿大、质脆,被膜下有大小不等的出血点或出血斑;胆囊肿大,充满胆汁,肾、脾有时肿大。目前,主要通过将刚出生的小鸭用鸭病毒性肝炎弱毒疫苗注射对该病进行预防,但是,尽管采用了上述措施,但是在小鸭中该病的发病率依旧很高,而由于该病造成的死亡率依旧高达75%左右。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种香鸭的养殖方法,该养殖方法可以解决现有小鸭即使在注射鸭病毒性肝炎发病后依然会因鸭病毒性肝炎发病造成死亡率高的问题。

所述添加剂的制备方法如下:
先将上述原料中的鬼针草、葵菜、苦菜、龙葵、乌袍、柳叶蒿、蒲公英、金银花、黄柏、白术以及甘草分别烘干、粉碎、混合,然后加入由新鲜的小麦芽经榨汁后得到的汁液,混合、搅拌均匀。
效果验证:
从某香鸭养殖场随机选100只刚出生的小鸭,并随机又分成实验组和对照组两组,且两组小鸭无明显生态学差异;其中,实验组按照本实施例(即不仅注射有鸭病毒性肝炎弱毒疫苗,还投喂了由鬼针草、葵菜、苦菜、龙葵、乌袍、小麦芽、柳叶蒿、蒲公英、金银花、黄柏、白术以及甘草制成的添加剂)的方案进行养殖,对照组则是按照常规养殖方式(即仅注射有鸭病毒性肝炎弱毒疫苗),进行养殖,喂养至出栏,统计香鸭的鸭病毒性肝炎发病率和由该病并导致的死亡率,结果发现:对照组香鸭的鸭病毒性肝炎发病率高达75%,且由该病并导致的死亡率高达74%;而本实施例香鸭的鸭病毒性肝炎发病率仅为3%,且由该病并导致的死亡率仅为2%。

1.一种香鸭的养殖方法,包括品种选择、场地选择、饲料选择与投喂、鸭病防控,其特征在于:
所述鸭病防控中的鸭病包括有鸭病毒性肝炎,且该鸭病毒性肝炎的防控方法包括以下步骤:
预先对刚出生一日龄内的小鸭注射鸭病毒性肝炎弱毒疫苗,然后再在7日龄~15日龄内,每日在正常投喂饲料的同时,给每只小鸭分别投喂占其各自体重2%~4%的添加剂;其中,所述添加剂是由以下重量份数的原料制成:
鬼针草10份~15份、葵菜10份~15份、苦菜5份~10份、龙葵5份~10份、乌袍1份~5份、小麦芽5份~10份、柳叶蒿5份~10份、蒲公英1份~5份、金银花5份~10份、黄柏5份~10份、白术1份~5份以及甘草5份~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种香鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述添加剂的制备方法如下:
先将上述原料中的鬼针草、葵菜、苦菜、龙葵、乌袍、柳叶蒿、蒲公英、金银花、黄柏、白术以及甘草分别烘干、粉碎、混合,然后加入由新鲜的小麦芽经榨汁后得到的汁液,混合、搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种香鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述小麦芽指的是小麦种子萌发后形成的芽。
