Abstract
本发明涉及LED灯管加工设备领域,具体为一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其能够方便实现保护膜包裹于灯管表面,效果好,其包括输送装置和加热装置,输送装置穿过加热装置,输送装置包括两侧的连接主动链轮和从动链轮的链条,主动链轮连接驱动电机,两侧的链条之间安装有支撑横杆,支撑横杆上两侧安装有支撑架,套装有保护膜的灯管支撑于支撑架,加热装置包括加热箱体,加热箱体内设置有密封腔,加热箱体内壁与密封腔外壁之间留有进风通道,加热箱体顶部开有对应进风通道的进风口,密封腔内设置有下风罩和上风罩,链条、灯管穿过下风罩和上风罩之间,下风罩连通进风通道,上风罩顶部连通加热器的进口,加热器的出口通过风机和外部管道连接进风口。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯管加工设备领域,具体为一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉。
背景技术
LED灯管也俗称光管、日光灯管,其光源采用LED作为发光体。LED灯管有很多优点,其节电高达70%以上,寿命为普通灯管的10倍以上(理论上是可以达到50000小时以上),几乎是免维护,不存在要经常更换灯管、镇流器、启辉器的问题,约半年下来节省的费用就可以换回成本。绿色环保型的半导体电光源,光线柔和,色彩纯正,有利于人们的视力保护及身体健康。
但是传统的LED灯管在使用过程中存在一个安全性问题,其一般安装于室内顶部墙壁,当发生脱落时,LED灯管摔碎,残渣会飞溅,对人体造成伤害,因此未来安全性考虑,在灯管外部会包裹一层保护膜,保护膜是光扩散膜和热收缩膜的复合膜,其不仅起到防爆作用,而且可以大大提高亮度。加工前,需要先将保护膜套在灯管表面,经过加热设备进行加热收缩包裹于灯管表面,现有的加工设备无法保证保护膜较好的包裹于灯管表面,加工效果不理想。
发明内容
针对上述加工效果较差的问题,本发明提供了一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其能够方便实现保护膜包裹于灯管表面,效果好。
其技术方案是这样的:一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其包括输送装置和加热装置,所述输送装置穿过所述加热装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括两侧的连接主动链轮和从动链轮的链条,所述主动链轮连接驱动电机,两侧的所述链条之间安装有支撑横杆,所述支撑横杆上两侧安装有支撑架,套装有保护膜的灯管支撑于所述支撑架,所述加热装置包括加热箱体,所述加热箱体内设置有密封腔,所述加热箱体内壁与所述密封腔外壁之间留有进风通道,所述加热箱体顶部开有对应所述进风通道的进风口,所述密封腔内设置有下风罩和上风罩,所述链条、灯管穿过所述下风罩和所述上风罩之间,所述下风罩连通所述进风通道,所述上风罩顶部连通加热器的进口,所述加热器的出口通过风机和外部管道连接进风口,所述下风罩包括呈八字形对称布置的左风罩和右风罩,所述左风罩和所述右风罩一端连接、另一端间距与两个所述支撑架的间距对应。
其进一步特征在于,所述支撑架包括套装于支撑横杆的管套,所述管套上固定安装有侧支撑板,所述侧支撑板上开设有对应所述灯管的V形卡口,所述V形卡口外侧面设置有L形挡板;
所述支撑横杆的横截面为矩形,所述管套为方管,所述管套上安装有锁紧座,所述锁紧座与所述管套上开设置有贯穿的螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内上安装有锁紧螺钉,所述锁紧螺钉端部为V形头;
所述加热器为电加热管且安装于所述加热箱体顶部中间位置,所述加热器两侧分别安装有对应所述进风口的所述风机,所述加热箱体顶部两侧分别开有所述进风口;
所述下风罩上端出口处设置有挡风帘;
所述下风罩下端进口处设置有导风板;
所述加热箱体并排布置有三个,所述下风罩内对应安装有两个隔板分隔出三个对应所述加热箱体的出风腔,每个所述出风腔内设置有温度传感器,每个所述加热箱体均设置有所述上风罩。
采用本发明后,套装有保护膜的灯管支撑于支撑架,随着输送链条送入加热箱体内,热风从风机吹出经过进风口、进风通道、下风罩后对灯管进行加热,然后风再从上风罩进入加热器加热后再通过风机送风,实现一个循环加热,从下往上吹热风加热,使得热收缩膜从下往上受热后包裹于灯管表面,有效的保证了灯管的加热效果,并且下风罩的设置让热风从灯管中间开始逐渐向两侧吹,随着灯管的移动保护膜从灯管中间部分逐渐向两侧收缩,可以很好地将气泡挤出,保护膜较好的贴合于灯管表面。

具体实施方式
见图1至图11所示,一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其包括输送装置1和加热装置2,输送装置1穿过加热装置2,输送装置1包括两侧的连接主动链轮1-1和从动链轮1-2的链条1-3,主动链轮1-1连接驱动电机1-4,两侧的链条1-3之间安装有支撑横杆3,支撑横杆3上两侧安装有支撑架4,支撑架4包括套装于支撑横杆3的管套4-1,管套4-1上固定安装有侧支撑板4-2,侧支撑板4-2上开设有对应灯管5的V形卡口4-3,V形卡口4-3外侧面设置有L形挡板4-4,灯管支撑于V形卡口4-3并通过L形挡板4-4限位,支撑横杆3的横截面为矩形,管套4-1为方管,管套4-1上安装有锁紧座4-5,锁紧座4-5与管套4-1上开设置有贯穿的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内上安装有锁紧螺钉4-6,锁紧螺钉4-6端部为V形头,,拧紧锁紧螺钉4-6可以将支撑架4固定住,当灯管尺寸变化时,拧松锁紧螺钉4-6即可调节支撑架4的位置,锁紧螺钉4-6端部为V形头,可以更好地进行操作。
加热装置2包括加热箱体2-1,加热箱体2-1内设置有密封腔2-2,加热箱体2-1内壁与密封腔2-2外壁之间留有进风通道2-3,加热箱体2-1顶部两侧分别开有对应进风通道2-3的进风口2-4,密封腔2-2内设置有下风罩6和上风罩7,链条1-3、灯管5穿过下风罩7和上风罩6之间,下风罩7连通进风通道2-3,上风罩6顶部连通加热器8的进口,加热器8的出口通过风机9和外部管道10连接进风口2-4,下风罩7包括呈八字形对称布置的左风罩7-1和右风罩7-2,左风罩7-1和右风罩7-2一端连接、另一端间距与两个支撑架4的间距对应。
加热器8为电加热管且安装于加热箱体2-1顶部中间位置,加热器8两侧分别安装有对应进风口2-4的风机9, 下风罩7上端出口处设置有挡风帘10可以保证只有正对着下风罩7的灯管5处才有热风,其余地方没有热风,进一步确保加热收缩效果;下风罩下端进口处设置有导风板15,使得热风可以更好地进入下风罩7。
加热箱体2-1并排布置有三个,下风罩7内对应安装有两个隔板11分隔出三个对应加热箱体2-1的出风腔12,每个出风腔12内设置有温度传感器13,每个加热箱体2-1均设置有上风罩,将整根灯管加热分成三个区域,根据需要控制不同区域内的加热温度,从而更好地使保护膜14包裹于灯管5表面。图11为保护膜14收缩过程状态变化图。图中16为电气控制柜。
Claims (7)
1.一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其包括输送装置和加热装置,所述输送装置穿过所述加热装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括两侧的连接主动链轮和从动链轮的链条,所述主动链轮连接驱动电机,两侧的所述链条之间安装有支撑横杆,所述支撑横杆上两侧安装有支撑架,套装有保护膜的灯管支撑于所述支撑架,所述加热装置包括加热箱体,所述加热箱体内设置有密封腔,所述加热箱体内壁与所述密封腔外壁之间留有进风通道,所述加热箱体顶部开有对应所述进风通道的进风口,所述密封腔内设置有下风罩和上风罩,所述链条、灯管穿过所述下风罩和所述上风罩之间,所述下风罩连通所述进风通道,所述上风罩顶部连通加热器的进口,所述加热器的出口通过风机和外部管道连接进风口,所述下风罩包括呈八字形对称布置的左风罩和右风罩,所述左风罩和所述右风罩一端连接、另一端间距与两个所述支撑架的间距对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括套装于支撑横杆的管套,所述管套上固定安装有侧支撑板,所述侧支撑板上开设有对应所述灯管的V形卡口,所述V形卡口外侧面设置有L形挡板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其特征在于,所述支撑横杆的横截面为矩形,所述管套为方管,所述管套上安装有锁紧座,所述锁紧座与所述管套上开设置有贯穿的螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内上安装有锁紧螺钉,所述锁紧螺钉端部为V形头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其特征在于,所述加热器为电加热管且安装于所述加热箱体顶部中间位置,所述加热器两侧分别安装有对应所述进风口的所述风机,所述加热箱体顶部两侧分别开有所述进风口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其特征在于,所述下风罩上端出口处设置有挡风帘。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其特征在于,所述下风罩下端进口处设置有导风板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管隧道式热收缩炉,其特征在于,所述加热箱体并排布置有三个,所述下风罩内对应安装有两个隔板分隔出三个对应所述加热箱体的出风腔,每个所述出风腔内设置有温度传感器,每个所述加热箱体均设置有所述上风罩。
