Abstract
水管弹性连接装置,该装置的连接体安装在水管之间的连接部位,在连接体端头内侧安装有密封圈,水管端头插装在密封圈内,水管的端头安装有固定件,固定件前端连接在连接体上,后端加工有锥型收口,固定件锥型收口内侧的水管上套装有带开口的弹性卡套,弹性卡套外壁呈锥型,内壁加工有咬环,连接体是直通接头、弯头、三通接头或四通接头。本技术方案可适应金属管和塑料管的连接,适用范围广;密封圈在连接体和水管之间是弹性密封,水管安装使用时管体发生少量安装角度变化、长度变化或热胀冷缩时,密封圈弹性形变可减少管线的刚性形变量,延长水管的密封和使用寿命;现场连接水管时无需使用专用工具,操作简单,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明属水管连接件技术领域,涉及一种水管弹性连接装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,传统的金属水管一般通过直通接头、弯头或三通接头进行连接,连接方式是在连接头端头内壁加工内螺纹,在水管端头加工外螺纹,在外螺纹上缠绕密封带,将金属管外螺纹旋进连接头内螺纹内完成连接。这样的连接方式水管与水管之间是刚性连接,受热胀冷缩影响水管接头处容易损坏漏水,操作时现场需要在水管端头进行攻丝,需要携带的工具多,操作繁琐,工作效率低。
随着技术的进步PVC塑料管在供水系统中大量采用,PVC塑料管的连接通常采用热熔方式实现,连接时将需要连接的塑料管和管件连接套分别插入热熔工具中同时加热,使其表面熔化,溶化后将塑料管插入管件连接套中固定、冷却,通过管件连接套实现水管的连接。这种连接方式也是固定刚性连接方式,需要施工现场有电源,使用专用的热熔工具才能实现连接,连接后水管不能拆除,安装维修不方便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中金属水管和塑料水管连接时采用固定的刚性连接方式,存在需要使用专用工具,连接操作繁琐,安装和维修不方便的问题,提供一种水管弹性连接装置,解决现有技术中存在的问题。
具体方案是:水管弹性连接装置,该装置的连接体安装在水管与水管之间的连接部位,在连接体端头内侧安装有密封圈,水管端头插装在密封圈内,在水管的端头还安装有固定件,在连接体端头外壁上加工有外螺纹,固定件前端内壁上加工有内螺纹,内螺纹和外螺纹相互配合,固定件后端加工有锥型收口,在固定件锥型收口内侧的水管上套装有带开口的弹性卡套,弹性卡套外壁呈锥型,内壁加工有咬环,在连接体内腔端头设计有凸缘,在密封圈中部设计有卡槽,卡槽安装在凸缘上,密封圈内壁上加工有密封环。
连接体是直通接头、弯头、三通接头或四通接头。
采用本技术方案,水管连接时将密封圈套装在连接体内腔端头,再将固定件和弹性卡套依次套入水管端头上,将水管端头插入水管连接体的密封圈内,在水管连接端头之间保留一定间隙,密封圈在水管和连接体之间实现密封,将固定件的内螺纹旋入连接体外螺纹上,固定件的锥型收口推动弹性卡套前移,并将弹性卡套压紧在水管上,实现本装置与水管之间的固定。本技术方案可适应金属管,也可适应塑料管的连接,适用范围广;
由于密封圈在连接体和水管之间是弹性密封,水管连接时可能出现的少量安装角度变化,密封圈可发生相应的弹性形变与之相适应,保持整个装置的密封状态;水管安装使用时管体发生少量的长度变化或热胀冷缩,水管端头能在密封圈内进行少量滑动,在保持整个系统密封状态不变的情况下减少管线的内部应力,减少管线的刚性形变量,延长水管的密封和使用寿命;本技术在现场连接水管时无需使用攻丝或热熔等专用工具,工人安装时操作简单,工作效率高;开口的弹性卡套内壁上加工有咬环,可以很好的咬紧固定在水管上,固定效果好;密封圈的内壁上加工的密封环,可以在水管壁上形成多个密封圈,密封效果好。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1、图2和图3所示,一种水管弹性连接装置,该装置的连接体1安装在水管9与水管之间的连接部位,在连接体1端头内侧安装有密封圈2,水管9端头插装在密封圈2内,在水管9的端头还安装有固定件5,在连接体1端头外壁上加工有外螺纹4,固定件5前端内壁上加工有内螺纹6,内螺纹6和外螺纹4相互配合,固定件5后端加工有锥型收口,在固定件5锥型收口内侧的水管9上套装有带开口的弹性卡套7,弹性卡套7外壁呈锥型,内壁加工有咬环8;在连接体1内腔端头设计有凸缘3,在密封圈2中部设计有卡槽9,卡槽9安装在凸缘3上,密封圈2内壁上加工有密封环10;连接体1为直通接头。
实施例2:如图4、图2和图3所示,一种水管弹性连接装置,其结构与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于连接体1为弯头。
实施例3:如图5、图2和图3所示,一种水管弹性连接装置,其结构与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于连接体1为三通接头。
实施例4:如图6、图2和图3所示,一种水管弹性连接装置,其结构与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于连接体1为四通接头。
Claims (3)
1.水管弹性连接装置,该装置的连接体(1)安装在水管(9)与水管之间的连接部位,在连接体(1)端头内侧安装有密封圈(2),水管(9)端头插装在密封圈(2)内,其特征在于:在水管(9)的端头还安装有固定件(5),在连接体(1)端头外壁上加工有外螺纹(4),固定件(5)前端内壁上加工有内螺纹(6),内螺纹(6)和外螺纹(4)相互配合,固定件(5)后端加工有锥型收口,在固定件(5)锥型收口内侧的水管(9)上套装有带开口的弹性卡套(7),弹性卡套(7)外壁呈锥型,内壁加工有咬环(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水管弹性连接装置,其特征在于:在连接体(1)内腔端头设计有凸缘(3),在密封圈(2)中部设计有卡槽(9),卡槽(9)安装在凸缘(3)上,密封圈(2)内壁上加工有密封环(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水管弹性连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接体(1)是直通接头、弯头、三通接头或四通接头。
