Description

Coating cloth for bedding and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of coating fabrics, in particular to a coating cloth for bedding and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, with the rapid development of the fabric technology industry, the canny cloth is widely applied to various fields of clothing, bags, automobiles and the like. The galois cloth belongs to knitted fabric, and because of excellent drapability, safety and comfortableness, the galois cloth is widely used in backpacks, mouse pads, wall calendars, calligraphy and painting and the like at present, and is also used for fitting various composite materials to be made into diving suit fabric with good waterproofness and breathability, sport protective clothing fabric, outdoor riding clothing fabric, mountaineering clothing fabric and the like.
The most popular advantages of the Jia Yibu are as follows: one, rich fibers, accurate and error-free ratio, excellent drapability. The PU resin has a proper specific gravity (1.5), so that it can be mixed with many natural fibers. Secondly, the safety is realized, the Yifang cloth is hundred percent of PU resin, the novel process is adopted, the PU resin can be easily decomposed by bacteria in soil and water, the environment is protected, and the damage to the natural environment is avoided. And the harmful gas is not generated naturally when the gas is burnt. And thirdly, the comfort is realized, and due to the comfort of the high-quality cloth, people can not feel uncomfortable after contacting for a long time, so that the comfortable touch is very suitable for the touch of skin. Good fabric comfort is as good as the process is mainly that polyester has a low legal moisture content (0.4%) and feels cool to the touch. The effective accumulated cloth has the characteristics of high water content (11%) and good touch feeling due to the fact that the cloth has a warm and cold touch feeling. In addition, compared with the common fiber lining cloth, the lining cloth made of PU resin has good anti-pollution effect, can be free from washing and has good soft and smooth touch. Therefore, the good long-life cloth has good comfort. That is, these unique advantages make the canyon have its application in many non-apparel items.
In the prior art, the good long-life cloth is inflammable, has high burning speed in case of fire and is not suitable for close-fitting or near-body use. Secondly, the coating which is generally used by the fine cloth is coated in the using process, the coating is generally made of polymer materials such as resin and the like, the functionality is single, and the coating obtained by coating is easy to fall off, so that the fine cloth of the coating is easy to damage, the using time is short, and the utilization rate is not high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a coating cloth for bedding and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems of inflammability of fabrics and easiness in falling of coatings.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

0.6 to 0.8 weight portion of stripping agent;
the stripping agent is polyether.
The fabric coating I and the fabric coating II have better bonding effect by adding part of viscose fibers into the components of the coating of the fabric coating I, so that the condition that the fabric coating I falls off is avoided; and a part of stripping agent is added, so that the fabric coating I and the release paper are easier to strip, the stripping effect of the polyether is good, the influence on the functional components of the fabric coating I is small, and the aging deformation of the resin cannot be caused.
Further, the coating of the fabric coating II consists of the following components:
Figure BDA0001360993590000021
the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent; the flame retardant is at least one of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and melamine phosphate.

Further, the preferable formula of the coating of the fabric coating II consists of the following components:
Figure BDA0001360993590000031
the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent; the flame retardant is prepared by mixing ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and melamine phosphate in equal proportion.
The coating laminated cloth obtained by mixing the inorganic flame retardant and the organic flame retardant in equal proportion has the advantages of optimal flame retardant effect and minimum dosage.
Further, the coating of the fabric coating III consists of the following components:

From the above table data, it can be found that the flame retardant effect of the examples 4 and 7 is good, wherein the flame retardant effect of the example 4 is better than that of the examples 1 to 3; wherein the coating canopies of examples 5-6 have no flame retardant effect.
The good coated fabrics of the examples were subjected to physical and chemical property tests, and the test results are shown in table 4:
Figure BDA0001360993590000091
TABLE 4
The above physical property tests of examples 1 to 7 showed that the coatings of examples 1 to 4 and 7 had strong adhesion, were not easily deformed and were not easily peeled off.
The coated denim of the example was tested for bacteriostatic and skin-friendly properties, and the test results are shown in table 5:
Figure BDA0001360993590000101
TABLE 5
As can be seen from the results in table 5, the silver powder added in examples 1 to 7 has 100% inhibitory effect on aspergillus niger, trichoderma and staphylococcus, and has good skin-friendly performance and bacteriostatic and mildewproof effects.
The coated scrim of the examples was subjected to hydrostatic testing, the results of which are shown in table 6:
Figure BDA0001360993590000102
as can be seen from the results in Table 6, the hydrostatic pressure test water column heights of examples 1 to 7 are all larger than or equal to 5000mm, which indicates that the waterproof effect of the fabric is good.
