本发明涉及一种中性纤维素酶配合物,属于纺织服装化学技术领域。所述中性纤维素酶配合物包括以下重量百分比的原料:中性纤维素原酶:5%~30%、防染剂:5%~30%、硅酸钠:1%~10%、柠檬酸:1~10%、柠檬酸钠:1~10%、EDTA:1%~5%、羧甲基纤维素钠:1%~10%、硫酸钠:10%~60%、硅藻土:1%~10%、苯甲酸钠:1%~5%。与现有技术中相比,本发明省略了磷酸二氢钠,同时加入了适量的硅酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素钠,通过合理配伍,使其用于服装面料表面去毛及起花时,洗涤后产生的废水不含磷,能有效缓解使水体富营养化问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中性纤维素酶配合物,属于纺织服装化学技术领域。
背景技术
随着纺织服装工业的发展,高效率、低污染技术越来越得到认可;纤维素酶是一种生物酶,纤维素酶具有高效同时对环境污染小,同时纤维素酶又能有效改善纤维的性能;因此,纤维素酶在纺织服装行业中得到了广泛的应用。
纯的中性纤维素酶易受外界条件干扰催化处理效果并不理想,为得到理想的中性纤维素酶制剂,其复配物中通常含有缓冲剂、防染剂、干燥剂、防腐剂、以及提高中性纤维素酶活性的物质等。如中国专利申请文件(公开号CN105463862A)公开了一种酸性纤维素酶配合物,具体包括酸性纤维素原酶、防染剂、磷酸二氢钠、硫酸钠、硅藻土、苯甲酸钠,在该酸性纤维素酶配合物通常含有磷元素,磷元素类化合物在纤维素酶配合物中,通常作为pH调节剂、助洗剂、络合水体中重金属离子等作用使用,然而在利用含磷元素类物质的中性纤维素酶配合物进行服装面料的水洗过程中,产生的含磷废水会导致水体富营养化,进而污染环境。又如中国专利(公开号CN101586060B)中也公开了一种纤维素酶配合物,具体包括中性纤维素酶、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫酸钠、玉米淀粉和色浆,同样的,该纤维素酶配合物中也含有含磷元素类物质,同样会在洗涤服装面料的过程中产生含磷废水,导致水体富营养化,进而污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种不含磷,环保型的中性纤维素酶配合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:一种中性纤维素酶配合物,所述中性纤维素酶配合物包括以下重量百分比的原料:
中性纤维素原酶:5%~30%
防染剂:5%~30%
硅酸钠:1%~10%
柠檬酸:1~10%
柠檬酸钠:1~10%
EDTA:1%~5%
羧甲基纤维素钠:1%~10%
硫酸钠:10%~60%
硅藻土:1%~10%
苯甲酸钠:1%~5%。
本发明在中国专利申请文件(公开号CN105463862A)的基础上将酸性纤维素原酶换成了中性纤维素原酶,省略了磷酸二氢钠,同时加入了适量的硅酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素钠。在本发明纤维素酶配合物中加入的硅酸钠一般作为助洗剂使用,其对溶液的pH值有缓冲效果;水解产生的胶体溶液对洗涤下来的服装表面细小纤维有分散作用;其还有络合金属离子作用,络合的金属离子能增加产品服装表面纤维的摩擦效果,进而提升去毛或者起花过程中的搅拌性能。但是硅酸钠水解生成的硅酸溶胶可被纤维吸附而不易洗去,织物干燥后会感到手感粗糙,因此使用过程需要严格将其用量控制在上述范围内。添加适量的EDTA能络合水中金属离子,减少水体中重金属离子对纤维素酶的影响,纤维素酶为蛋白质,重金属离子能降低纤维素酶的活性。羧甲基纤维素钠可以包裹水洗过程中产生的细小微纤维,防止洗涤下来的微小纤维继续附着在服装面料表面进而影响去毛或者起花效果。
本发明通过上述合理地配伍中性纤维素酶配合物,使其用于服装面料表面去毛及起花,代替现有中含磷元素的性纤维素酶配合物,洗涤后产生的废水不含磷,能有效缓解使水体富营养化问题。且本发明的中性纤维素酶配合物仍然具有较宽的操作温度:20-60℃,较宽的pH范围:5.5-6.5,较长的保质期:6~12个月。
在上述中性纤维素酶配合物中,所述中性纤维素酶配合物包括以下重量百分比的原料:
中性纤维素原酶:10%~20%
防染剂:8%~25%
硅酸钠:1%~5%
柠檬酸:3~8%
柠檬酸钠:3~8%
EDTA:1%~4%
羧甲基纤维素钠:2%~8%
硫酸钠:20%~60%
硅藻土:2%~8%
苯甲酸钠:1%~4%。
在上述中性纤维素酶配合物中,柠檬酸与柠檬酸钠的质量比为0.8-1.2:1。作为优选,柠檬酸与柠檬酸钠的质量比为1:1。通过柠檬酸与柠檬酸钠的配料构成缓冲溶液体系,用以调节pH值,如果柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠任何一种过多或者过少,都会影响pH值,进而影响中性纤维素酶的活性。
在上述中性纤维素酶配合物中,硫酸钠与中性纤维素原酶的质量比为3-4:1。硫酸钠可以增加中性纤维素酶的活性,特别当硫酸钠加入量为中性纤维素酶加入量的3-4倍时,活性效果明显增加。
在上述中性纤维素酶配合物中,苯甲酸钠与中性纤维素原酶的质量比为0.08-0.15:1。在本发明中少量的苯甲酸钠即可增加中性纤维素酶的活性,超过中性纤维素酶含量的15%,随着用量增加,效果逐渐降低,其原因在于苯甲酸钠作为防腐剂使用,而中性纤维素酶为蛋白质,过量的苯甲酸钠能抑制中性纤维素酶的活性。
在上述中性纤维素酶配合物中,所述的防染剂为非离子型表面活性剂。非离子表面活性剂不带电,纤维素酶为蛋白质,带电的物质能降低纤维素酶活性,此外,非离子表面活性剂起防染剂作用,能防止去毛或者起花过程中脱下来的染料返沾到服装面料表面,如果染料返沾的话,染料就会不均匀返沾到服装面料表面,衣服就成“花衣服”。
作为优选,所述的非离子型表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、吐温80、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯中的一种或多种。
进一步优选,所述的非离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、吐温80中的一种或两种。
更进一步优选,所述的非离子型表面活性剂为质量比位0.5-1.5:1的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、吐温80的复配物。
与现有技术中的纤维素酶配合物相比,本发明的中性纤维素酶配合物省略了磷酸盐,同时加入了适量的硅酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素钠,通过合理配伍中性纤维素酶配合物的成分,使其在用于服装面料表面去毛及起花时,洗涤后产生的废水不含磷,能有效缓解使水体富营养化问题。且本发明的中性纤维素酶配合物仍然具有较宽的操作温度:20-60℃,较宽的pH范围:5.5-6.5,较长的保质期:6~12个月。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种中性纤维素酶配合物包括以下重量百分比的原料:中性纤维素原酶:12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:10%、吐温80:8%、硅酸钠:3%、柠檬酸:5%、柠檬酸钠:5%、EDTA:3%、羧甲基纤维素钠:5%、硫酸钠:42%、硅藻土:5.5%、苯甲酸钠:1.5%。
将上述除中性纤维素原酶外的中性纤维素酶配合物的其余原料按照顺序加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀,然后加入中性纤维素原酶,搅拌均匀,即得本发明中性纤维素酶配合物的成品。
实施例2
一种中性纤维素酶配合物包括以下重量百分比的原料:中性纤维素原酶:15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:10%、硅酸钠:2%、柠檬酸:4.7%、柠檬酸钠:5.3%、EDTA:2%、羧甲基纤维素钠:6%、硫酸钠:49%、硅藻土:3%、苯甲酸钠:3%。
将上述除中性纤维素原酶外的中性纤维素酶配合物的其余原料按照顺序加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀,然后加入中性纤维素原酶,搅拌均匀,即得本发明中性纤维素酶配合物的成品。
实施例3
一种中性纤维素酶配合物包括以下重量百分比的原料:中性纤维素原酶:12%、吐温80:18%、硅酸钠:1%、柠檬酸:4%、柠檬酸钠:3.5%、EDTA:1.5%、羧甲基纤维素钠:5%、硫酸钠:48%、硅藻土:6%、苯甲酸钠:1%。
将上述除中性纤维素原酶外的中性纤维素酶配合物的其余原料按照顺序加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀,然后加入中性纤维素原酶,搅拌均匀,即得本发明中性纤维素酶配合物的成品。
实施例4
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中防染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,而实施例1中为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与吐温80的复配。
实施例5
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中防染剂为吐温80,而实施例1中为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与吐温80的复配。
实施例6
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中防染剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,而实施例1中为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与吐温80的复配。
实施例7
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中防染剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,而实施例1中为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与吐温80的复配。
实施例8
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中中性纤维素原酶的质量百分比为9%、硫酸钠的质量百分比为45%,即硫酸钠与中性纤维素原酶的质量比为5,而实施例1中硫酸钠与中性纤维素原酶的质量比为3.5。
实施例9
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中硅酸钠的质量百分比为4%,中性纤维素原酶的质量百分比为11%,而实施例1中硅酸钠的质量百分比为3%,中性纤维素原酶的质量百分比为12%。
实施例10
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中硅酸钠的质量百分比为5%,中性纤维素原酶的质量百分比为10%,而实施例1中硅酸钠的质量百分比为3%,中性纤维素原酶的质量百分比为12%。
实施例11
与实施例1的区别仅在于,该实施例中硅酸钠的质量百分比为6%,中性纤维素原酶的质量百分比为9%,而实施例1中硅酸钠的质量百分比为3%,中性纤维素原酶的质量百分比为12%。

中国专利申请文件(公开号CN105463862A)中公开的酸性纤维素酶配合物。
对比例2
与本发明实施例1的区别仅在于,该对比例中不含有柠檬酸与柠檬酸钠,含有硫酸钠52%。
对比例3
与本发明实施例1的区别仅在于,该对比例中不含有羧甲基纤维素钠,含有硫酸钠47%。
对比例4
与本发明实施例1的区别仅在于,该对比例中不含有EDTA,含有硫酸钠45%。
将实施例1-11以及对比例1-4中的纤维素酶配合物应用于衣物清洗:在工业滚筒洗衣机中,加入一定量清水,加热至45℃并保持恒温,然后加入1kg待洗衣物于工业滚筒洗衣机中,充分搅拌使之充分浸润后加10g(改为15g)纤维素酶配合物,水洗后取出进行抽样测试,结果如表1所示。其中,在测试中,去毛效果、反沾色对比、布面拉破强度的效果以实施例1为基准,即实施例1中的效果为100。

综上所述,本发明同时加入了适量的硅酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素钠,合理配伍中性纤维素酶配合物的成分。将纤维素酶配合物用于面料表面去毛及起花,对比例1中会产生含磷废水,引起水体富营养化污染,而本发明实施例中洗涤后产生的废水不含磷,能有效缓解使水体富营养化问题,且去毛效果、防染效果极好。
鉴于本发明方案实施例众多,各实施例实验数据庞大众多,不适合于此处逐一列举说明,但是各实施例所需要验证的内容和得到的最终结论均接近。故而此处不对各个实施例的验证内容进行逐一说明,仅以实施例1-5作为代表说明本发明申请优异之处。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管对本发明已作出了详细的说明并引证了一些具体实施例,但是对本领域熟练技术人员来说,只要不离开本发明的精神和范围可作各种变化或修正是显然的。

1.一种中性纤维素酶配合物,其特征在于,所述中性纤维素酶配合物包括以下重量百分比的原料:
中性纤维素原酶:12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:10%、吐温80:8%、硅酸钠:3%、柠檬酸:5%、柠檬酸钠:5%、EDTA:3%、羧甲基纤维素钠:5%、硫酸钠:42%、硅藻土:5.5%、苯甲酸钠:1.5%。
