Abstract
本发明公开了一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂,包括20%~25%的丙烯酸乳液,12%~26%的聚磷酸铵,8%~12%的三聚氰胺,18%~25%的环状磷酸酯,0.5%~2%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。本发明阻燃助剂针对天然纤维(棉、麻等)的沙发用途所研制,其只需在天然纤维的表面涂覆0.5~2mm或纤维中参杂少量就能够实现良好的阻燃性,构成简单、成本低、耐久性高,用于家庭中可减少家庭火灾发生,保障家庭安全,并能够保留面料本身柔软、透气以及轻盈的性能,人体直接与沙发面料接触也不会产生异样感,不影响沙发面料的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃纺织品领域,具体地讲是一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂。
背景技术
阻燃面料是一种具有遇火燃烧但离火自熄,或能够阻断燃烧的纺织面料,常用于室内装修以及家具表面覆盖物中,其能够减少火灾发生、延迟着火时间,为身陷火场的人们赢得宝贵的逃生时间。阻燃面料的加工分为纤维阻燃和后整理阻燃现两种:一、是将有阻燃功能的阻燃助剂通过聚合物聚合、共混、复合纺丝等加入到面料的纤维中,使纤维具有阻燃性。二、是用后整理方法将阻燃助剂涂覆在织物表面或渗入到织物内部。因此阻燃助剂的配制是决定阻燃面料的阻燃性能的关键因素。
现今阻燃助剂种类繁多,但由于阻燃助剂的调配研制过程繁琐、研究成本也大,因此大多是将一种阻燃助剂用于多种不同类型的面料,也不考虑其具体用途,少有一种面料专用的阻燃助剂,因而在市场上出现阻燃面料阻燃性能过关但损害了面料的性能,或是阻燃面料维持了面料的性能但阻燃性能不合格的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天然纤维沙发面料专用的阻燃助剂,用于解决现有市场中阻燃面料的阻燃性能与其他面料性能无法兼顾的问题,使阻燃面料符合阻燃标准的同时保证天然纤维面料本身柔软、透气的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂,其特征在于包括以下组分:20%~25%的丙烯酸乳液,12%~26%的聚磷酸铵,8%~12%的三聚氰胺,18%~25%的环状磷酸酯,0.5%~2%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
优选的,丙烯酸乳液为20%,聚磷酸铵为12%,三聚氰胺为8%,环状磷酸酯为18%,聚氧乙烯醚为0.5%,其余为水。
优选的,丙烯酸乳液为22%,聚磷酸铵为17%,三聚氰胺为10%,环状磷酸酯为20%,聚氧乙烯醚为1%,其余为水。
优选的,丙烯酸乳液为23%,聚磷酸铵为22%,三聚氰胺为12%,环状磷酸酯为22%,聚氧乙烯醚为1.5%,其余为水。
优选的,丙烯酸乳液为25%,聚磷酸铵为26%,三聚氰胺为12%,环状磷酸酯为25%,聚氧乙烯醚为2%,其余为水。
本发明的有益效果:一、本发明阻燃助剂针对天然纤维(棉、麻等)的沙发用途所研制,其只需在天然纤维的表面涂覆0.5~2mm或纤维中参杂少量就能够实现良好的阻燃性能并符合英国BS5852阻燃标准,不容易被香烟头等引燃,用于家庭中可减少家庭火灾发生,保障家庭安全;并且由于其所形成的涂覆层薄或添加的阻燃剂少,能够保留面料本身柔软、透气以及轻盈的性能,人体直接与沙发面料接触也不会产生异样感,不影响沙发面料的使用。
二、本发明阻燃助剂构成简单、成本低、耐久性高,可以多次拆洗,在受热时不产生有毒气体,不会影响使用者的身体健康,适用于家庭、公共场合等采用天然纤维的沙发面料使用。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
本实施例一种天然纤维沙发面料专用的阻燃助剂包括:20%的丙烯酸乳液,12%的聚磷酸铵,8%的三聚氰胺,18%的环状磷酸酯,0.5%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
实施例2
本实施例一种天然纤维沙发面料专用的阻燃助剂包括:22%的丙烯酸乳液,17%的聚磷酸铵,10%的三聚氰胺,20%的环状磷酸酯,1%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
实施例3
本实施例一种天然纤维沙发面料专用的阻燃助剂包括:23%的丙烯酸乳液,22%的聚磷酸铵,12%的三聚氰胺,22%的环状磷酸酯,1.5%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
实施例4
本实施例一种天然纤维沙发面料专用的阻燃助剂包括:25%的丙烯酸乳液,26%的聚磷酸铵,12%的三聚氰胺,25%的环状磷酸酯,2%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
根据英国阻燃标准BS5852,本发明实施例1-4的Schedule 4 Part Ⅰ试验(可见覆盖物的香烟组合试验)结果如表1所示。

从表1中可看出本发明实施例1-4均通过Schedule 4 Part Ⅰ试验(可见覆盖物的香烟组合试验),不符合本发明区间范围的B组样品均会发生点燃、织物开裂的情况而受到一定程度的损害。
表1中各样品的Schedule 5 Part Ⅰ(可见覆盖物的模拟火柴试验)的结果如表2所示。

从表2中可看出本发明实施例1-4均通过Schedule 5 Part Ⅰ试验(可见覆盖物的模拟火柴试验),不符合本发明区间范围的B组样品均会发生点燃、织物开裂的情况并受到较高的燃烧损害。
同种沙发面料采用表1中各样品阻燃后整理后的柔软度、透气性、缝纫性等测试的结果如表3所示。

基于上述,本发明所提供的天然纤维沙发面料专用的阻燃助剂专门针对天然纤维(棉、麻等)的特性所制,能够在提高天然纤维(棉、麻)制成的沙发面料的阻燃性能的同时保留天然纤维(棉、麻等)的透气、柔软、平挺度及富有弹性等特性,使沙发面料符合因果BS5852标准并在使用上更为舒适,也便于沙发实现多种造型,适用于酒店、旅馆及家庭使用。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。
Claims (5)
1.一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂,其特征在于包括以下组分:20%~25%的丙烯酸乳液,12%~26%的聚磷酸铵,8%~12%的三聚氰胺,18%~25%的环状磷酸酯,0.5%~2%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂,其特在于包括:20%的丙烯酸乳液,12%的聚磷酸铵,8%的三聚氰胺,18%的环状磷酸酯,0.5%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂,其特在于包括:22%的丙烯酸乳液,17%的聚磷酸铵,10%的三聚氰胺,20%的环状磷酸酯,1%的聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂,其特在于包括:23%的丙烯酸乳液,22%的聚磷酸铵,12%的三聚氰胺,22%的环状磷酸酯,1.5%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维沙发面料用阻燃助剂,其特在于包括:25%的丙烯酸乳液,26%的聚磷酸铵,12%的三聚氰胺,25%的环状磷酸酯,2%的聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。
