本发明属于润滑油领域,公开了一种低温地弹簧油组合物及其制备方法。制备方法按照以下步骤:将93~98质量份的加氢型基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入0.5~1.5质量份的复合型抗磨剂、0.3~0.5质量份降凝剂,3.5~4.5质量份粘度指数改进剂,搅拌反应,在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到低温地弹簧油组合物。本发明所述低温地弹簧油组合物具有工艺简单,制备成本低,可长期用于开关门频繁的地弹簧设备。粘度指数高,高温下不易从摩擦副表面流失。氧化安定性好,在长时间频繁操作中产生油污较少,噪音小等特点。

本发明属于润滑油领域,特别涉及一种低温地弹簧油组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内使用的低温地弹簧油多以矿物油为基础油,辅以一定的极压抗磨剂、抗氧化剂,防锈剂等添加剂。作为最重要的一种液压油——低温地弹簧油由于制造工艺简单,所以应用环境较为局限:(1)在低温和高温条件下表现性能较差;(2)氧化安定性较为不足,易在长时间频繁操作中产生油污;(3)异响较大,易在油箱内产生气泡,使地弹簧的开关门时间无法达到要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种低温地弹簧油组合物。该低温地弹簧油组合物配方合理、粘温特性好、制备工艺简单、应用范围广、使用寿命长、对环境无害。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述一种低温地弹簧油组合物的制备方法。

一种低温地弹簧油组合物,该低温地弹簧油组合物是由以下按质量份数计的组分组成:
所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烷基萘、聚α-烯烃或醋酸乙烯-富马酸酯。
所述粘度指数改进剂为分散性乙丙共聚物、聚异丁烯或氢化苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物。
所述复合型抗磨剂是复合剂A、复合剂B、复合剂C、混合剂A、混合剂B和混合剂C中的一种:
所述复合剂A是将70~80质量份抗磨剂、10~15质量份防锈剂、3~5质量份抗泡剂、10~15质量份抗氧化剂、2~3质量份摩擦改进剂和5~7质量份极压抗磨剂混合,在75℃下加热3h反应合成;
复合剂B是将60~70质量份抗磨剂、5~7质量份防锈剂、1~3质量份抗泡剂、20~25质量份抗氧化剂、4~6质量份摩擦改进剂和10~15质量份挤压抗磨剂混合,在75℃下加热3h反应合成;

上述复合剂A优选是将70~80质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯、10~15质量份脂肪酸酰胺、3~5质量份聚二甲基硅氧烷、10~15质量份2、6-二叔丁基酚、2~3质量份硫磷酸钼和5~7质量份亚磷酸酯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
上述复合剂B优选是将60~70质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯、5~7质量份十二烯基丁二酸、1~3质量份有机硅酸酯、20~25质量份2、6-二叔丁基酚、4~6质量份硫磷酸钼和10~15质量份硫化异丁烯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
上述复合剂C优选是将50~60质量份氨基多元醇合成酯异构体、3~5质量份十二烯基丁二酸、1~3质量份聚丙烯酸、20~25质量份2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、10~15质量份脂肪酰胺盐和10~20质量份硫化异丁烯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
上述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将93~98质量份的加氢型基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入0.5~1.5质量份的复合型抗磨剂、0.3~0.5质量份降凝剂,3.5~4.5质量份粘度指数改进剂,搅拌反应,在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到低温地弹簧油组合物。
所述搅拌的速度为60~100rpm,搅拌时间为20~40分钟。
所述低温地弹簧油成品均匀透明。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
(1)本发明制备工艺简单,制备成本低;
(2)本发明产品低温地弹簧油黏温性好,氧化安定性强,极压性能强,抗噪性强,可以很好的解决开关门异响等特点,可长期用于开门闭门频繁的地弹簧。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
将95.2质量份加氢型基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入0.5质量份复合抗磨剂A、0.3质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯和3.5质量份分散性乙丙共聚物,在60rpm条件下搅拌40分钟,得到低温地弹簧油;再在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到均匀透明的低温地弹簧油。
上述复合抗磨剂A是将70~80质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯、10~15质量份脂肪酸酰胺、3~5质量份聚二甲基硅氧烷、10~15质量份2、6-二叔丁基酚、2~3质量份硫磷酸钼和5~7质量份亚磷酸酯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
实施例2
将94.65质量份加氢型基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入1质量份复合抗磨剂B、0.35质量份烷基萘和4质量份聚异丁烯,在100rpm条件下搅拌20分钟,得到低温地弹簧油;再在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到均匀透明的低温地弹簧油。
上述复合抗磨剂B是将60~70质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯、5~7质量份十二烯基丁二酸、1~3质量份有机硅酸酯、20~25质量份2、6-二叔丁基酚、4~6质量份硫磷酸钼和10~15质量份硫化异丁烯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
实施例3
将93.6质量份加氢类基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入1.5质量份复合抗磨剂C、0.4质量份聚α-烯烃和4.5质量份氢化苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物,在70rpm条件下搅拌30分钟,得到低温地弹簧油;再在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到均匀透明的低温地弹簧油。
上述复合抗磨剂C是将50~60质量份氨基多元醇合成酯异构体、3~5质量份十二烯基丁二酸、1~3质量份聚丙烯酸、20~25质量份2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、10~15质量份脂肪酰胺盐和10~20质量份硫化异丁烯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
实施例4
将95.2质量份加氢类基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入0.5质量份混合抗磨剂A、0.3质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯和3.5质量份分散性乙丙共聚物,在80rpm条件下搅拌35分钟,得到低温地弹簧油;再在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到均匀透明的低温地弹簧油。
上述混合抗磨剂A是将50~53质量份实施例1所得复合抗磨剂A与47.5~50.5质量份实施例2所得复合抗磨剂B混合,在75℃下加热3h反应合成。
实施例5
将94.65质量份加氢类基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入1质量份混合抗磨剂B、0.35质量份烷基萘和4质量份聚异丁烯,在90rpm条件下搅拌25分钟,得到低温地弹簧油;再在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到均匀透明的低温地弹簧油。
上述混合抗磨剂B是将46~49质量份实施例1所得复合抗磨剂A与42~45质量份实施例3所得复合抗磨剂C混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成;
实施例6
将93.6质量份加氢类基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入1.5质量份混合抗磨剂C、0.4质量份聚α-烯烃和4.5质量份氢化苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物,在80rpm条件下搅拌30分钟,得到低温地弹簧油;再在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到均匀透明的低温地弹簧油。
所述混合抗磨剂C是将50~55质量份实施例2所得复合抗磨剂B与42~44.5质量份实施例3所得复合抗磨剂C混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
将上述实施例1-6所得低温地弹簧油,经测试结果如下表1所示:

上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:该低温地弹簧油组合物是由以下按质量份数计的组分组成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烷基萘、聚α-烯烃或醋酸乙烯-富马酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为分散性乙丙共聚物、聚异丁烯或氢化苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:所述复合型抗磨剂是复合剂A、复合剂B、复合剂C、混合剂A、混合剂B和混合剂C中的一种:
所述复合剂A是将70~80质量份抗磨剂、10~15质量份防锈剂、3~5质量份抗泡剂、10~15质量份抗氧化剂、2~3质量份摩擦改进剂和5~7质量份极压抗磨剂混合,在75℃下加热3h反应合成;
复合剂B是将60~70质量份抗磨剂、5~7质量份防锈剂、1~3质量份抗泡剂、20~25质量份抗氧化剂、4~6质量份摩擦改进剂和10~15质量份挤压抗磨剂混合,在75℃下加热3h反应合成;
复合剂C是将50~60质量份抗磨剂、3~5质量份防锈剂、1~3质量份抗泡剂、20~25质量份抗氧化剂、10~15质量份摩擦改进剂、10~20质量份挤压抗磨剂混合,在75℃下加热3h反应合成;
所述混合剂A是将50~53质量份复合剂A与47.5~50.5质量份复合剂B混合,在75℃下加热3h反应合成;
所述混合剂B是将46~49质量份复合剂A与42~45质量份复合剂C混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成;
所述混合剂C是将50~55质量份复合剂B与42~44.5质量份复合剂C混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:
所述抗磨剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯,聚乙二醇酯或氨基多元醇合成酯异构体;所述防锈剂为脂肪酸酰胺、十二烯基丁二酸、硼酸胺或羧酸胺;所述抗泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、有机硅酸酯、二甲基硅油或聚丙烯酸;所述抗氧化剂为2、6-二叔丁基酚、2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚或苯基-α-苯胺、辛基/丁基二苯胺或二异辛基二苯胺;所述摩擦改进剂为硫磷酸钼、脂肪醇、脂肪酸或脂肪酰胺盐;所述极压抗磨剂为磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、硫化异丁烯或二硫化磷酸盐。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:所述复合剂A是将70~80质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯、10~15质量份脂肪酸酰胺、3~5质量份聚二甲基硅氧烷、10~15质量份2、6-二叔丁基酚、2~3质量份硫磷酸钼和5~7质量份亚磷酸酯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:所述复合剂B是将60~70质量份聚甲基丙烯酸酯、5~7质量份十二烯基丁二酸、1~3质量份有机硅酸酯、20~25质量份2、6-二叔丁基酚、4~6质量份硫磷酸钼和10~15质量份硫化异丁烯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物,其特征在于:所述复合剂C是将50~60质量份氨基多元醇合成酯异构体、3~5质量份十二烯基丁二酸、1~3质量份聚丙烯酸、20~25质量份2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、10~15质量份脂肪酰胺盐和10~20质量份硫化异丁烯混合,在75℃下加热3h反应而成。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种低温地弹簧油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将93~98质量份的加氢型基础油加入到带有搅拌装置和水浴装置的三口烧瓶中,水浴恒温40℃,然后加入0.5~1.5质量份的复合型抗磨剂、0.3~0.5质量份降凝剂,3.5~4.5质量份粘度指数改进剂,搅拌反应,在0.2MPa下进行过滤,得到低温地弹簧油组合物。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述搅拌的速度为60~100rpm,搅拌时间为20~40分钟。
