本发明涉及一种裁切机械手,具体的说是气动裁切放卷换卷机械手,属于离型纸裁切机构技术领域。其包括机架、推动气缸、推动板、推动转轴、摆臂、裁切架、裁切刀和裁切驱动机构,机架上铰接推动气缸的缸体,推动气缸的伸缩杆前端铰接推动板一端,推动板另一端连接推动转轴,推动转轴转动连接在机架上,推动转轴上固接摆臂;摆臂前端转动连接裁切转轴,裁切转轴上固接裁切架,裁切架上通过螺栓连接裁切刀;裁切转轴上连接裁切驱动机构,裁切驱动机构推动裁切转轴转动,实现裁切转轴上裁切刀的裁切。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,维修简单方便;能够实现卷料放卷自动裁切,裁切稳定可靠,大大提高了裁切的效率与品质,成品率也可以大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种裁切机械手,具体的说是气动裁切放卷换卷机械手,属于离型纸裁切机构技术领域。
背景技术
随着国家大力倡导环保,包装用离型纸用量逐步加大,对生产离型纸用淋膜机的要求也越来越高。淋膜机上放卷需要手动裁切,生产效率低下,裁切品质达不到要求,造成离型纸浪费严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种气动裁切放卷换卷机械手,能够实现卷料放卷自动裁切,大大提高了裁切的效率与品质,成品率也可以大大提高。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,气动裁切放卷换卷机械手包括机架、推动气缸、推动板、推动转轴、摆臂、裁切架、裁切刀和裁切驱动机构,其特征是:机架上铰接推动气缸的缸体,推动气缸的伸缩杆前端铰接推动板一端,推动板另一端连接推动转轴,推动转轴转动连接在机架上,推动转轴上固接摆臂;摆臂前端转动连接裁切转轴,裁切转轴上固接裁切架,裁切架上通过螺栓连接裁切刀;裁切转轴上连接裁切驱动机构,裁切驱动机构推动裁切转轴转动,实现裁切转轴上裁切刀的裁切。
进一步的,裁切驱动机构包括第一摆动气缸、第一摆动板、摆动轴、第二摆动板、第二摆动气缸和第三摆动板,第一摆动气缸的缸体铰接在摆臂上,第一摆动气缸的伸缩杆铰接第一摆动板,第一摆动板固接在摆动轴上,摆动轴转动连接在摆臂中部;摆动轴上固接第二摆动板,第二摆动气缸的缸体铰接在第二摆动板上,第二摆动气缸的伸缩杆前端铰接第三摆动板,第三摆动板铰接在裁切转轴上。
进一步的,摆动轴上固接导轮座,导轮座上转动连接导轮。
进一步的,摆臂呈V字形,摆臂上设有多个减重孔,多个减重孔沿着摆臂长度方向均匀分布。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括机架1、推动气缸2、推动板3、推动转轴4、摆臂5、裁切架6、裁切刀7和裁切驱动机构。
机架1上铰接推动气缸2的缸体,推动气缸2的伸缩杆前端铰接推动板3一端,推动板3另一端连接推动转轴4,推动转轴4转动连接在机架1上。推动转轴4上固接摆臂5。推动气缸2能够通过带动推动转轴4转动,从而带动摆臂5转动。
摆臂5前端转动连接裁切转轴14,裁切转轴14上固接裁切架6,裁切架6上通过螺栓连接裁切刀7。裁切转轴14上连接裁切驱动机构,裁切驱动机构推动裁切转轴14转动,实现裁切转轴14上裁切刀的裁切。
所述裁切驱动机构包括第一摆动气缸8、第一摆动板9、摆动轴10、第二摆动板11、第二摆动气缸12和第三摆动板13,第一摆动气缸8的缸体铰接在摆臂5上,第一摆动气缸8的伸缩杆铰接第一摆动板9,第一摆动板9固接在摆动轴10上,摆动轴10转动连接在摆臂5中部。摆动轴10上固接第二摆动板11,第二摆动气缸12的缸体铰接在第二摆动板11上,第二摆动气缸12的伸缩杆前端铰接第三摆动板13,第三摆动板13铰接在裁切转轴14上。
所述摆动轴10上固接导轮座15,导轮座15上转动连接导轮16,导轮16对裁切的卷料起到支撑导向的作用。
所述摆臂5呈V字形,摆臂5上设有多个减重孔17,多个减重孔17沿着摆臂5长度方向均匀分布。
本发明的工作原理是:在工作时,推动气缸带动摆臂转动到合适位置,裁切架上的裁切刀由裁切驱动机构驱动实现卷料的裁切。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,维修简单方便;能够实现卷料放卷自动裁切,裁切稳定可靠,大大提高了裁切的效率与品质,成品率也可以大大提高。

1.一种气动裁切放卷换卷机械手,包括机架(1)、推动气缸(2)、推动板(3)、推动转轴(4)、摆臂(5)、裁切架(6)、裁切刀(7)和裁切驱动机构,其特征是:机架(1)上铰接推动气缸(2)的缸体,推动气缸(2)的伸缩杆前端铰接推动板(3)一端,推动板(3)另一端连接推动转轴(4),推动转轴(4)转动连接在机架(1)上,推动转轴(4)上固接摆臂(5);摆臂(5)前端转动连接裁切转轴(14),裁切转轴(14)上固接裁切架(6),裁切架(6)上通过螺栓连接裁切刀(7);裁切转轴(14)上连接裁切驱动机构,裁切驱动机构推动裁切转轴(14)转动,实现裁切转轴(14)上裁切刀的裁切。
