Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,由自上而下设置的阻燃层、基层和抗菌层组成,所述基层包括两第一基层和第二基层,所述第二基层呈弯曲状,使两第一基层之间形成弧形空腔。本发明所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料结构简单、合理,质轻透气,导湿性好,舒适度高,并且还能可屏蔽95%以上的紫外线。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料。
背景技术
衣服泛指身上穿的各种衣裳服装,衣服的本意是防寒保暖,护身的介质;而在现代社会衣服已经逐渐演化为人体的装饰物品,更多的时候象征了一个人的生活水准和社会地位;同时在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物对身体的保健作用,随着科技的发展和人民生活水平的提高,对于面料的安全性的需求也不断扩大,人们对服装面料的功能性、舒适性、健康性、环保性及保健性都有更高的要求。不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性。
现有的生产衣服的面料一般由一种材质制成,特点也比较单一,造成面料的柔软性和吸湿等特点不可兼得,这将大大降低了穿着衣服的舒适度,不能满足人们对服装面料的要求。目前市场上急需一种既有保健功能,又柔软透气,还有抗菌阻燃的作用的面料。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料。
技术方案:一种轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,由自上而下设置的阻燃层、基层和抗菌层组成,所述基层包括两第一基层和第二基层,所述第二基层呈弯曲状,使两第一基层之间形成弧形空腔。本发明所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料结构简单、合理,质轻透气,导湿性好,舒适度高,并且还能可屏蔽95%以上的紫外线。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述第一基层内设有孔洞。质轻且透气,舒适性好。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述孔洞中部还设有增强粒,所述增强粒按重量组份计,包括以下组分:玄武岩纤维10-15份、硅晶岩纤维5-10份、硼钛纤维3-8份、陶瓷粉5-8份。增强粒可以进一步增加面料的强度和牢度,使其更加耐磨,使用寿命长。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述第一基层、第二基层和增强粒通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述基层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:棉纤维10-15份、酚醛纤维3-12份、聚丙烯腈纤维10-20份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维8-20份、羟乙基纤维素钠1-5份、吡咯3-5份和氧化铁0.3-0.8份。基层组分合理,柔软、膨松,弹性好,耐酸、耐氧化剂,断裂强度、断裂伸度优,使用寿命长,耐候性好。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述抗菌层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10-20份、粘杆菌素4-20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3-8份、茶树精油2-12份、竹醋液5-10份、氯化铜3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-1份、壳聚糖5-15份和聚氨基甲酸酯2-6份。抗菌层组分合理,抗菌效果好,持续时间久,具有很好的抗细菌和抗真菌作用。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述阻燃层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:氯丁二烯橡胶30-50份、β-(3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯3-5份、氧化锌10-20份、四氧化三铁10-30份、三氧化二锑3-8份、膨润土10-15份、偏硼酸钡8-22份、氯化石蜡1-5份和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯2-6份。阻燃层组分合理,阻燃效果好,遇火不会燃烧,具有阻燃作用,可以应用于特殊的工作场所。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述阻燃层、基层和抗菌层通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
进一步的,上述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,所述粘合剂为聚氨酯。增加了复合面料的整体强度和牢固度。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,结构简单、合理,质轻透气,导湿性好,舒适度高,还能可屏蔽95%以上的紫外线。面料柔软、膨松,弹性好,耐酸、耐氧化剂,断裂强度、断裂伸度优,使用寿命长,耐候性好。此外,阻燃效果好,遇火不会燃烧,具有阻燃作用,可以应用于特殊的工作场所,具有极高的应用价值。

实施例1
如图1所示的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,由自上而下设置的阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3组成,所述阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,如图2所示,所述基层2包括两第一基层21和第二基层22,所述第二基层22呈弯曲状,使两第一基层21之间形成弧形空腔,并且所述第一基层21、第二基层22和增强粒4通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。另,所述第一基层21内设有孔洞23。并且,所述孔洞13中部还设有增强粒4。其中,所述基层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:棉纤维10份、酚醛纤维3份、聚丙烯腈纤维10份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维8份、羟乙基纤维素钠1份、吡咯3份和氧化铁0.3份。再,所述增强粒4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:玄武岩纤维10份、硅晶岩纤维5份、硼钛纤维3份、陶瓷粉5份。此外,所述抗菌层4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10份、粘杆菌素4份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3份、茶树精油2份、竹醋液5份、氯化铜3份、柠檬酸10份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1份、壳聚糖5份和聚氨基甲酸酯2份。进一步的,所述阻燃层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:氯丁二烯橡胶30份、β-(3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯3份、氧化锌10份、四氧化三铁10份、三氧化二锑3份、膨润土10份、偏硼酸钡8份、氯化石蜡1份和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯2份。
实施例2
如图1所示的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,由自上而下设置的阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3组成,所述阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,如图2所示,所述基层2包括两第一基层21和第二基层22,所述第二基层22呈弯曲状,使两第一基层21之间形成弧形空腔,并且所述第一基层21、第二基层22和增强粒4通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。另,所述第一基层21内设有孔洞23。并且,所述孔洞13中部还设有增强粒4。其中,所述基层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:棉纤维15份、酚醛纤维12份、聚丙烯腈纤维20份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维20份、羟乙基纤维素钠5份、吡咯5份和氧化铁0.8份。再,所述增强粒4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:玄武岩纤维15份、硅晶岩纤维10份、硼钛纤维8份、陶瓷粉8份。此外,所述抗菌层4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺20份、粘杆菌素20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘8份、茶树精油12份、竹醋液10份、氯化铜5份、柠檬酸20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮1份、壳聚糖15份和聚氨基甲酸酯6份。进一步的,所述阻燃层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:氯丁二烯橡胶50份、β-(3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯5份、氧化锌20份、四氧化三铁30份、三氧化二锑8份、膨润土15份、偏硼酸钡22份、氯化石蜡5份和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯6份。
实施例3
如图1所示的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,由自上而下设置的阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3组成,所述阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,如图2所示,所述基层2包括两第一基层21和第二基层22,所述第二基层22呈弯曲状,使两第一基层21之间形成弧形空腔,并且所述第一基层21、第二基层22和增强粒4通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。另,所述第一基层21内设有孔洞23。并且,所述孔洞13中部还设有增强粒4。其中,所述基层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:棉纤维12份、酚醛纤维8份、聚丙烯腈纤维16份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维12份、羟乙基纤维素钠4份、吡咯4份和氧化铁0.5份。再,所述增强粒4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:玄武岩纤维12份、硅晶岩纤维8份、硼钛纤维5份、陶瓷粉6份。此外,所述抗菌层4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺12份、粘杆菌素15份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘5份、茶树精油8份、竹醋液6份、氯化铜4份、柠檬酸12份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5份、壳聚糖12份和聚氨基甲酸酯4份。进一步的,所述阻燃层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:氯丁二烯橡胶40份、β-(3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯4份、氧化锌12份、四氧化三铁15份、三氧化二锑6份、膨润土12份、偏硼酸钡12份、氯化石蜡3份和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯5份。
实施例4
如图1所示的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,由自上而下设置的阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3组成,所述阻燃层1、基层2和抗菌层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,如图2所示,所述基层2包括两第一基层21和第二基层22,所述第二基层22呈弯曲状,使两第一基层21之间形成弧形空腔,并且所述第一基层21、第二基层22和增强粒4通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。另,所述第一基层21内设有孔洞23。并且,所述孔洞13中部还设有增强粒4。其中,所述基层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:棉纤维10份、酚醛纤维12份、聚丙烯腈纤维16份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维12份、羟乙基纤维素钠1份、吡咯3份和氧化铁0.3份。再,所述增强粒4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:玄武岩纤维15份、硅晶岩纤维5份、硼钛纤维5份、陶瓷粉6份。此外,所述抗菌层4按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺16份、粘杆菌素4份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘8份、茶树精油2份、竹醋液6份、氯化铜4份、柠檬酸10份、异噻唑啉-3-酮1份、壳聚糖5份和聚氨基甲酸酯4份。进一步的,所述阻燃层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:氯丁二烯橡胶30份、β-(3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯5份、氧化锌12份、四氧化三铁15份、三氧化二锑3份、膨润土10份、偏硼酸钡10份、氯化石蜡5份和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯6份。

Claims (9)
1.一种轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:由自上而下设置的阻燃层(1)、基层(2)和抗菌层(3)组成,所述基层(2)包括两第一基层(21)和第二基层(22),所述第二基层(22)呈弯曲状,使两第一基层(21)之间形成弧形空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述第一基层(21)内设有孔洞(23)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述孔洞(13)中部还设有增强粒(4),所述增强粒(4)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:玄武岩纤维10-15份、硅晶岩纤维5-10份、硼钛纤维3-8份、陶瓷粉5-8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述第一基层(21)、第二基层(22)和增强粒(4)通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述基层(2)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:棉纤维10-15份、酚醛纤维3-12份、聚丙烯腈纤维10-20份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维8-20份、羟乙基纤维素钠1-5份、吡咯3-5份和氧化铁0.3-0.8份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(4)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10-20份、粘杆菌素4-20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3-8份、茶树精油2-12份、竹醋液5-10份、氯化铜3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-1份、壳聚糖5-15份和聚氨基甲酸酯2-6份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(1)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:氯丁二烯橡胶30-50份、β-(3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯3-5份、氧化锌10-20份、四氧化三铁10-30份、三氧化二锑3-8份、膨润土10-15份、偏硼酸钡8-22份、氯化石蜡1-5份和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯2-6份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(1)、基层(2)和抗菌层(3)通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
9.根据权利要求4或8所述的轻质阻燃耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为聚氨酯。
