Abstract
本发明公开了一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,包括:阻燃层、反光层、第一面料层、第二面料层和抗菌层,所述阻燃层与所述反光层相连接;所述反光层覆盖在所述第一面料层表面;所述第一面料层与所述第二面料层相连接;所述第一面料层与所述第二面料层之间设有一层热塑性聚氨酯层;所述第二面料层与所述抗菌层相连接。通过上述方式,本发明一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,该薄膜不仅抗菌透气,而且防水阻燃,还具有高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,在夜晚还具有反光警示的作用,对环境也不会造成任何破坏。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工材料领域,尤其涉及一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料。
背景技术
热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)是一类兼具柔性链段和刚性链段的高分子合成材料,虽然无化学交联却表现出良好的橡胶弹性。由于具有弹性好、物性佳、力学性能优异以及绿色环保等优点而日益受到人们的青睐,因为其良好的弹性体性能和热塑性可加工性而具有巨大的工业重要性。
TPU主要由线型多元醇(大二醇(macrodiol)),例如聚酯、聚醚或聚碳酸酯二醇,有机二异氰酸酯和主要是双官能的短链醇(链增长剂)构成,它们可以连续或不连续地制备。
如今TPU薄膜在鞋子上应用广泛,其拥有良好的可印刷性和易加工使得TPU成为球鞋、休闲鞋、凉鞋等专用的鞋材薄膜,比如国际知名运动鞋品牌如Nike、Reebok、Converse、Adidas等及国内的知名品牌如安踏、李宁、特步、鸿星尔克等都是TPU薄膜的忠实使用者,另外,TPU薄膜也是一些立体商标的最佳选择。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,包括:阻燃层、反光层、第一面料层、第二面料层和抗菌层,所述阻燃层与所述反光层相连接;
所述反光层覆盖在所述第一面料层表面,所述反光层表面设有半圆凹槽;
所述第一面料层与所述第二面料层相连接;
所述第一面料层与所述第二面料层之间设有一层热塑性聚氨酯层;
所述第二面料层与所述抗菌层相连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹槽内设有玻璃珠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热塑性聚氨酯层上设有大量微孔,所述微孔大小大于汗气分子的大小,且小于水分子的大小。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热塑性聚氨酯层为HONGYUAN film。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌层为无机抗菌剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,该薄膜不仅抗菌透气,而且防水阻燃,还具有高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,在夜晚还具有反光警示的作用,对环境也不会造成任何破坏。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,包括:阻燃层1、反光层2、第一面料层3、第二面料层4和抗菌层5,所述阻燃层1与所述反光层2相连接,所述阻燃层1为喷涂的阻燃液,用于对鞋面外层起到阻燃的作用,
所述反光层2覆盖在所述第一面料层3表面,所述反光层2表面设有半圆凹槽6,所述凹槽6内设有玻璃珠7。
所述第一面料层3与所述第二面料层4相连接,所述第二面料层4采用棉料,增加了穿着时的舒适度,所述第一面料层3为聚脂纤维,其具有良好的透气性和排湿性。
所述第一面料层3与所述第二面料层4之间设有一层热塑性聚氨酯层8,所述热塑性聚氨酯层8为HONGYUAN film,HONGYUAN film为江苏宏远新材料科技有限公司所生产的技能性高分子弹性体薄膜,具有高强度,耐磨,高弹性,耐候,环保无毒可回收及分解的特性,非常适合热压,高周波,车缝以及接着剂等加工工艺接合。
所述热塑性聚氨酯层8上设有大量微孔9,所述微孔9大小大于汗气分子的大小,且小于水分子的大小,使得液态的水无法通过,而人体的汗气可以通过所述微孔9顺利排出体外,由于贴近人体的气体会相对较热,压力会比体外气体大,在这种压力的作用下汗气就会自动排出。
所述第二面料层4与所述抗菌层5相连接,所述抗菌层5为无机抗菌剂,可以防止脚部的细菌滋生,防止脚部疾病的产生。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,该薄膜不仅抗菌透气,而且防水阻燃,还具有高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,在夜晚还具有反光警示的作用,对环境也不会造成任何破坏。

1.一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,其特征在于,包括:阻燃层、反光层、第一面料层、第二面料层和抗菌层,所述阻燃层与所述反光层相连接;
所述反光层覆盖在所述第一面料层表面,所述反光层表面设有半圆凹槽;
所述第一面料层与所述第二面料层相连接;
所述第一面料层与所述第二面料层之间设有一层热塑性聚氨酯层;
所述第二面料层与所述抗菌层相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,其特征在于:所述凹槽内设有玻璃珠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,其特征在于:所述热塑性聚氨酯层上设有大量微孔,所述微孔大小大于汗气分子的大小,且小于水分子的大小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,其特征在于:所述热塑性聚氨酯层为HONGYUAN film。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜连接的鞋子用面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层为无机抗菌剂。
