本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌透气面料。
背景技术
衣服泛指身上穿的各种衣裳服装,衣服的本意是防寒保暖,护身的介质;而在现代社会衣服已经逐渐演化为人体的装饰物品,更多的时候象征了一个人的生活水准和社会地位;同时在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物对身体的保健作用,随着科技的发展和人民生活水平的提高,对于面料的安全性的需求也不断扩大,人们对服装面料的功能性、舒适性、健康性、环保性及保健性都有更高的要求。不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性。
现有的生产衣服的面料一般由一种材质制成,特点也比较单一,造成面料的柔软性和吸湿等特点不可兼得,这将大大降低了穿着衣服的舒适度,不能满足人们对服装面料的要求。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌透气面料。
技术方案:一种抗菌透气面料,由芯层、透气层和抗菌层组成,所述芯层上层设有透气层,芯层下层设有抗菌层,所述芯层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:羊毛10-40份、羊绒30-60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维3-12份、过硫酸钾1-5份、环氧树脂2-12份、过硫酸铵3-5份和聚氨酯2-10份。本发明所述的抗菌透气面料结构简单、合理,易于实现,面料舒适度好,柔软透气,导湿性强。
进一步的,上述的抗菌透气面料,所述透气层为蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构为立体六边形,包括蜂窝孔和侧壁。透气层设计合理,透气效果好,舒适性佳。
进一步的,上述的抗菌透气面料,所述透气层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶10-25份、丙烯酸树脂20-40份、贝壳粉6-18份、纳米碳酸钙8-16份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺5-15份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-6份、聚碳化二亚胺1-3份和聚乙烯醇2-8份。透气层组分合理,易于实现。
进一步的,上述的抗菌透气面料,所述抗菌层按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10-20份、粘杆菌素4-20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3-8份、茶树精油2-12份、氯化铜3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-1份、壳聚糖5-15份和聚氨基甲酸酯2-6份。抗菌效果好,持续时间久,具有很好的抗细菌和抗真菌作用。
进一步的,上述的抗菌透气面料,所述芯层、透气层和抗菌层通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
进一步的,上述的抗菌透气面料,所述粘合剂为聚氨酯。增加了复合面料的整体强度和牢固度。

如图1所示的抗菌透气面料,由芯层1、透气层2和抗菌层3组成,所述芯层1上层设有透气层2,芯层1下层设有抗菌层3,并且,所述芯层1、透气层2和抗菌层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,所述芯层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:羊毛10份、羊绒30份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维3份、过硫酸钾1份、环氧树脂2份、过硫酸铵3份和聚氨酯2份。此外,如图2所示,所述透气层2为蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构为立体六边形,包括蜂窝孔21和侧壁22。且,所述透气层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶10份、丙烯酸树脂20份、贝壳粉6份、纳米碳酸钙8份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺5份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份、聚碳化二亚胺1份和聚乙烯醇2份。另,所述抗菌层3按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10份、粘杆菌素4份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3份、茶树精油2份、氯化铜3份、柠檬酸10份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1份、壳聚糖5份和聚氨基甲酸酯2份。

如图1所示的抗菌透气面料,由芯层1、透气层2和抗菌层3组成,所述芯层1上层设有透气层2,芯层1下层设有抗菌层3,并且,所述芯层1、透气层2和抗菌层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,所述芯层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:羊毛20份、羊绒45份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维8份、过硫酸钾3份、环氧树脂8份、过硫酸铵4份和聚氨酯6份。此外,如图2所示,所述透气层2为蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构为立体六边形,包括蜂窝孔21和侧壁22。且,所述透气层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶16份、丙烯酸树脂30份、贝壳粉15份、纳米碳酸钙10份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺8份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷5份、聚碳化二亚胺2份和聚乙烯醇6份。另,所述抗菌层3按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺16份、粘杆菌素12份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘4份、茶树精油8份、氯化铜4份、柠檬酸12份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.6份、壳聚糖12份和聚氨基甲酸酯4份。
实施例4
如图1所示的抗菌透气面料,由芯层1、透气层2和抗菌层3组成,所述芯层1上层设有透气层2,芯层1下层设有抗菌层3,并且,所述芯层1、透气层2和抗菌层3通过粘合剂聚氨酯粘合后,热压一体成型。其中,所述芯层1按重量组份计,包括以下组分:羊毛40份、羊绒40份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维3份、过硫酸钾4份、环氧树脂12份、过硫酸铵3份和聚氨酯6份。此外,如图2所示,所述透气层2为蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构为立体六边形,包括蜂窝孔21和侧壁22。且,所述透气层2按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶10-25份、丙烯酸树脂25份、贝壳粉10份、纳米碳酸钙16份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺5份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷4份、聚碳化二亚胺2份和聚乙烯醇8份。另,所述抗菌层3按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10份、粘杆菌素20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘4份、茶树精油6份、氯化铜3份、柠檬酸20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5份、壳聚糖10份和聚氨基甲酸酯4份。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:由芯层(1)、透气层(2)和抗菌层(3)组成,所述芯层(1)上层设有透气层(2),芯层(1)下层设有抗菌层(3),所述芯层(1)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:羊毛10-40份、羊绒30-60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维3-12份、过硫酸钾1-5份、环氧树脂2-12份、过硫酸铵3-5份和聚氨酯2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(2)为蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构为立体六边形,包括蜂窝孔(21)和侧壁(22)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(2)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶10-25份、丙烯酸树脂20-40份、贝壳粉6-18份、纳米碳酸钙8-16份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺5-15份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-6份、聚碳化二亚胺1-3份和聚乙烯醇2-8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(3)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺10-20份、粘杆菌素4-20份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘3-8份、茶树精油2-12份、氯化铜3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-1份、壳聚糖5-15份和聚氨基甲酸酯2-6份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述芯层(1)、透气层(2)和抗菌层(3)通过粘合剂粘合后,热压一体成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为聚氨酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述芯层(1)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:羊毛20份、羊绒45份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维8份、过硫酸钾3份、环氧树脂8份、过硫酸铵4份和聚氨酯6份。
8.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(2)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶16份、丙烯酸树脂30份、贝壳粉15份、纳米碳酸钙10份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺8份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷5份、聚碳化二亚胺2份和聚乙烯醇6份。
9.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌透气面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(3)按重量组份计,包括以下组分:甲壳胺16份、粘杆菌素12份、1-甲基-1,4二氢化氮杂萘4份、茶树精油8份、氯化铜4份、柠檬酸12份、异噻唑啉-3-酮0.6份、壳聚糖12份和聚氨基甲酸酯4份。
