本发明一种直线电机驱动的手持钢锯主要用于切割钢材使用,它主要包括外壳、直线电机定子、直线电机动子、连接板、手柄、锯片、滑块;其工作原理是:当直线电机动子接通正向电源,直线电机动子沿直线电机定子做向左的直线运动,并带动一对滑块、一对连接板及锯片做向左的直线运动,当直线电机动子接通反向电源,直线电机动子沿直线电机定子做向右的直线运动,并带动一对滑块、一对连接板及锯片做向右的直线运动,锯片在这种反复运动下将钢材切割。

目前切割钢材使用的手工锯工作效率低,工人劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它工作效率高,工人劳动强度低;它主要包括外壳(1)、直线电机定子(2)、直线电机动子(3)、连接板(4)、手柄(5)、锯片(6)、滑块(9);外壳(1)的左右两端与一对手柄(5)固定,外壳(1)的下端有开口(7),开口(7)的两侧有一对凹槽(8);左右两个直线电机定子(2)与外壳(1)的内壁固定,直线电机动子(3)安装在左右两个直线电机定子(2)之间,直线电机动子(3)的下端两侧固定有一对滑块(9),滑块(9)的左右两端有一对滑耳(10),一对滑耳(10)安装在外壳(1)的一对凹槽(8)内,一对滑耳(10)可以沿一对凹槽(8)滑动,一对连接板(4)的上端分别与一对滑块(9)的下端固定,一对连接板(4)分别与锯片(6)的两端固定;其工作原理是: 当直线电机动子(3)接通正向电源,直线电机动子(3)沿直线电机定子(2)做向左的直线运动,并带动一对滑块(9)、一对连接板(4)及锯片(6)做向左的直线运动,当直线电机动子(3)接通反向电源,直线电机动子(3)沿直线电机定子(2)做向右的直线运动,并带动一对滑块(9)、一对连接板(4)及锯片(6)做向右的直线运动,锯片(6)在这种反复运动下将钢材切割。

1. 一种直线电机驱动的手持钢锯,其特征是:它主要包括外壳(1)、直线电机定子(2)、直线电机动子(3)、连接板(4)、手柄(5)、锯片(6)、滑块(9);外壳(1)的左右两端与一对手柄(5)固定,外壳(1)的下端有开口(7),开口(7)的两侧有一对凹槽(8);左右两个直线电机定子(2)与外壳(1)的内壁固定,直线电机动子(3)安装在左右两个直线电机定子(2)之间,直线电机动子(3)的下端两侧固定有一对滑块(9),滑块(9)的左右两端有一对滑耳(10),一对滑耳(10)安装在外壳(1)的一对凹槽(8)内,一对滑耳(10)可以沿一对凹槽(8)滑动,一对连接板(4)的上端分别与一对滑块(9)的下端固定,一对连接板(4)分别与锯片(6)的两端固定;其工作原理是: 当直线电机动子(3)接通正向电源,直线电机动子(3)沿直线电机定子(2)做向左的直线运动,并带动一对滑块(9)、一对连接板(4)及锯片(6)做向左的直线运动,当直线电机动子(3)接通反向电源,直线电机动子(3)沿直线电机定子(2)做向右的直线运动,并带动一对滑块(9)、一对连接板(4)及锯片(6)做向右的直线运动,锯片(6)在这种反复运动下将钢材切割。
