技术领域
本发明涉及水产饲料领域,尤其是涉及南美白对虾幼期饲料。
背景技术
南美白对虾属于对虾科,学名凡纳滨对虾,是世界养殖虾类产量最高的三大种类之一。南美白对虾壳薄体肥,肉质鲜嫩,出肉率高达65%以上,营养丰富,深受国内外市场欢迎;生长速度快,60天即可达上市规格;适盐范围广(0-40%),可以采取纯淡水、半咸水、海水多种养殖模式,从自然海区到淡水池塘均可生长,从而打破了地域限制,且具耐高温,抗病力强,是“海虾淡养”的优质品种,是很有发展潜力的养殖虾类。南美白对虾养殖是中国海水养殖的支柱产业,经济效益良好,发展前景广阔,而南美白对虾养殖集约化和规模化的生产有依赖于南美白对虾饲料工业的发展。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 101828644 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种凡纳滨对虾饲料,营养均衡全面,提高了凡纳滨对虾的养殖利润,但该饲料不易消化吸收,且易在水体中残留,进而造成环境的无污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供南美白对虾幼期饲料,该法制备的饲料易消化吸收,能够显著提高南美白对虾成活率,且对水体污染小。
本发明针对背景技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:南美白对虾幼期饲料,该饲料的成分及其重量份为:鱼粉12-16份,发酵花生粕20-24份,鱼油3-5份,大豆磷脂油2-5份,面粉40-45份,氯化胆碱0.1-0.3份,啤酒酵母0.8-1.2份,胆汁酸盐0.1-0.2份。制备过程所使用的原材料成本低廉,易于储存,成份之间的比例适中,所制备的饲料适口性好,易被消化吸收,能够显著提高南美白对虾成活率,且在水体中残留少,对水体污染小。
作为优选,发酵花生粕的制备方法为:活化培养,花生粕发酵。以枯草芽孢杆菌对花生粕发酵处理,使花生粕中的各种抗原成分、抗营养因子被有效降低去除,花生粕中的蛋白质也被分解成大量的小肽,这种无抗原的小肽更易被南美白对虾吸收,能够显著提高南美白对虾的成活率。所用的枯草芽孢杆菌购买于中国农业微生物菌种保藏中心。
作为优选,活化培养过程为:以无菌操作的方式将枯草芽孢杆菌接种于斜面培养基,29-33℃培养2-3d,斜面培养基的成分及其重量份为:牛肉膏0.2-0.5份,蛋白胨1-1.4份,氯化钠0.4-0.7份,琼脂2-3份,水90-95份;接着从斜面培养基挑取1-2环菌接入液体活化培养基中,32-37℃、170-180r/min振荡培养6-7h,液体活化培养基的成分及其重量份为:牛肉膏1.4-2.5份,蛋白胨5-7份,氯化钠2.4-3.5份,水400-450份。该条件下,菌种的生长活力变强,生理性状更加稳定,可以快速的获得一定数量和质量的纯种,缩短工艺周期,且为后续的花生粕发酵过程提供足够数量的种子。
作为优选,花生粕发酵过程为:将活化培养过程所得的枯草芽孢杆菌菌液以10%接种量接入花生粕发酵基质,再加入0.2-0.5份活性多肽,30-37℃培养60-70h,得发酵花生粕。花生粕发酵基质的制备方法为:用植物粉碎机研磨花生粕,取7-9份花生粕、0.5-1.3份麸皮以及2-3份水混合,静置2h,将所得混合物置于培养瓶中,121℃灭菌25min,得花生粕发酵基质。该条件下,花生粕发酵基质利用率高,发酵产物中益生菌、寡肽、谷氨酸、乳酸和维生素的含量大,可以提高动物机体免疫力,抑制消化道疾病的产生,提高南美白对虾的成活率。
作为优选,花生粕发酵过程中所加入的活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYCGYYVSKAHCRRARRCGYYVSHRGRCYCRCLRCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSR。枯草芽孢杆菌在固态发酵过程中会合成外毒素,影响其新陈代谢,加入的活性短肽与外毒素的活性部位结合,有效地减弱了外毒素的毒性效应,为固态发酵培养提供了有利环境。
作为优选,饲料的制备过程为:取鱼粉12-16份,发酵花生粕20-24份,鱼油3-5份,大豆磷脂油2-5份,面粉40-45份,氯化胆碱0.1-0.3份,啤酒酵母0.8-1.2份,胆汁酸盐0.1-0.2份混合均匀,经过粗粉机和超微粉碎机,分选、制粒、熟化、烘干即得饲料。该条件下所制备的饲料营养全面,蛋白源主要为无抗原的小肽,易被动物消化吸收,降低了饲料在水体中的残留,减少了水体中的氨氮含量,符合绿色环保的要求。

实施例1:
南美白对虾幼期饲料,该饲料成分及其重量份为:鱼粉12份,发酵花生粕20份,鱼油3份,大豆磷脂油2份,面粉40份,氯化胆碱0.1份,啤酒酵母0.8份,胆汁酸盐0.1份。饲料的制备包括以下步骤:
1)活化培养:首先以无菌操作的方式将枯草芽孢杆菌接种于斜面培养基,29℃培养2d,斜面培养基的成分及其重量份为:牛肉膏0.2份,蛋白胨1份,氯化钠0.4份,琼脂2份,水90份;接着从斜面培养基挑取1环菌接入液体活化培养基中,32℃、170r/min振荡培养6h,液体活化培养基的成分及其重量份为:牛肉膏1.4份,蛋白胨5份,氯化钠2.4份,水400份。所用的枯草芽孢杆菌购买于中国农业微生物菌种保藏中心;
2)花生粕发酵:将活化培养过程所得的枯草芽孢杆菌菌液以10%接种量接入花生粕发酵基质,再加入0.2份活性多肽,30℃培养60h,得发酵花生粕。花生粕发酵基质的制备方法为:植物粉碎机研磨花生粕,取7份花生粕、0.5份麸皮以及2份水混合,静置2h,将所得混合物置于培养瓶中,121℃灭菌25min,得花生粕发酵基质。活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYCGYYVSKAHCRRARRCGYYVSHRGRCYCRCLRCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSR;
3)饲料的制备:取鱼粉12份,发酵花生粕20份,鱼油3份,大豆磷脂油2份,面粉40份,氯化胆碱0.1份,啤酒酵母0.8份,胆汁酸盐0.1份混合均匀,经过粗粉机和超微粉碎机,分选、制粒、熟化、烘干即得饲料。该条件下所制备的饲料营养全面,蛋白源主要为无抗原的小肽,易被动物消化吸收,降低了饲料在水体中的残留,减少了水体中的氨氮含量,符合绿色环保的要求。

南美白对虾幼期饲料,该饲料成分及其重量份为:鱼粉16份,发酵花生粕24份,鱼油5份,大豆磷脂油5份,面粉45份,氯化胆碱0.3份,啤酒酵母1.2份,胆汁酸盐0.2份。饲料的制备包括以下步骤:首先为活化培养:首先以无菌操作的方式将枯草芽孢杆菌接种于斜面培养基,33℃培养3d,斜面培养基的成分及其重量份为:牛肉膏0.5份,蛋白胨1.4份,氯化钠0.7份,琼脂3份,水95份;接着从斜面培养基挑取2环菌接入液体活化培养基中,37℃、180r/min振荡培养7h,液体活化培养基的成分及其重量份为:牛肉膏2.5份,蛋白胨7份,氯化钠3.5份,水450份。所用的枯草芽孢杆菌购买于中国农业微生物菌种保藏中心。该条件下,菌种的生长活力变强,生理性状更加稳定,可以快速的获得一定数量和质量的纯种,缩短工艺周期,且为后续的花生粕发酵过程提供足够数量的种子;接着是花生粕发酵:将活化培养过程所得的枯草芽孢杆菌菌液以10%接种量接入花生粕发酵基质,再加入0.5份活性多肽,37℃培养70h,得发酵花生粕。花生粕发酵基质的制备方法为:植物粉碎机研磨花生粕,取9份花生粕、1.3份麸皮以及3份水混合,静置2h,将所得混合物置于培养瓶中,121℃灭菌25min,得花生粕发酵基质。该条件下,花生粕发酵基质利用率高,发酵产物中益生菌、寡肽、谷氨酸、乳酸和维生素的含量大,可以提高动物机体免疫力,抑制消化道疾病的产生,提高南美白对虾的成活率;最后是饲料的制备:取鱼粉16份,发酵花生粕24份,鱼油5份,大豆磷脂油5份,面粉45份,氯化胆碱0.3份,啤酒酵母1.2份,胆汁酸盐0.2份混合均匀,经过粗粉机和超微粉碎机,分选、制粒、熟化、烘干即得饲料。该条件下所制备的饲料营养全面,蛋白源主要为无抗原的小肽,易被动物消化吸收,降低了饲料在水体中的残留,减少了水体中的氨氮含量,符合绿色环保的要求。
