日常生活中,所谓的“面粉”指的是小麦粉。以面粉制成的食物品种繁多,花样百出,风味迥异。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越注重营养的合理搭配,因此仅以小麦为原料做成的面粉功能比较单一,不能提供给人们多功能的营养。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种营养全面,有养生保健功能的保健面粉。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:保健面粉,包括以下重量份数的原料:艾草粉5-10份、荞麦粉20-30份、糯米粉10-15份、小米粉10-15份、粳米粉10-15份、黑米粉5-10份、山药粉15-20份、燕麦粉10-15份、姜粉8-12份、陈皮粉8-12份、黄豆粉3-6份。
本发明的制备方法为:将荞麦、糯米、小米、粳米、黑米、燕麦洗净、晾干,然后磨成细粉,将山药粉、姜粉、陈皮粉、黄豆粉与磨好的细粉充分混合,即得。
本发明采用多种成分组成,比单一小麦粉营养更加全面,口感更佳,艾草粉的添加使本发明还具备了药用保健价值,具有补中益气、养胃健脾、固表止汗、解毒疗疮等功效。

实施例1:保健面粉,包括以下重量份数的原料:艾草粉10份、荞麦粉30份、糯米粉15份、小米粉15份、粳米粉15份、黑米粉10份、山药粉20份、燕麦粉15份、姜粉12份、陈皮粉12份、黄豆粉6份。
