本发明公开了一种多功能运动饮料,包括由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成:葡萄糖8‑12份,食盐3‑5份,橙子1‑3份,薄荷1‑3份,柠檬1‑3份,蜂蜜5‑12份,纯净水60‑80份。本发明具有制备工艺简单,成本低廉,效果良好,能很好地起到补充人体水分、电解质及矿物质的功效,而且口味清香甘甜,适合大力推广。

本发明涉及一种饮品,具体涉及一种多功能运动饮料。
背景技术
随着我国健身运动的推广,越来越多的人参加体育运动,由于运动引起肌糖原的大量消耗,而肌肉又加大对血糖的摄取,因此引起血糖下降,而运动又引起出汗导致钾、钠等电解质大量丢失,从而引起身体乏力,甚至抽筋,导致运动能力下降。
运动饮料是根据运动时生理消耗的特点而配制的,可以有针对性地补充运动时丢失的营养,起到保持、提高运动能力,加速运动后疲劳消除的作用。随着城市工作节奏的加快,运动饮料作为一种更为方便饮用的产品广受消费者喜爱。目前国内的运动饮料主要集中在补充人体运动后所丢失的能量、钾离子和钠离子,但并不能完全满足人体在运动后其它维生素的丢失和促进代谢物的分解或排出体外,疲劳缓解效果并不理想,影响人体的体能发挥和耐力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能延缓运动性疲劳,提高耐力,降低身体脂肪比例的多功能运动饮料。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种多功能运动饮料,包括由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成 :葡萄糖8-12份,食盐3-5份,橙子1-3份,薄荷1-3份,柠檬1-3份,蜂蜜5-12份,纯净水60-80份。
本发明具有制备工艺简单,成本低廉,效果良好,能很好地起到补充人体水分、电解质及矿物质的功效。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例一
葡萄糖8份,食盐3份,橙子1份,薄荷1份,柠檬1份,蜂蜜5份,纯净水60份。
上述多功能运动饮料的方法,包括如下步骤 :
(1)、将橙子、柠檬洗净、去皮、榨汁、过滤、杀菌获得混合果汁;
(2)、将上述获得的果汁混合调制后加入食盐、薄荷,使之充分混合;
(3)、将葡萄糖、蜂蜜、纯净水和上述溶液充分混合,饮料杀菌、均质、罐装即得成品。
实施例二
葡萄糖10份,食盐4份、橙子2份,薄荷2份,柠檬2份,蜂蜜8份,纯净水70份。
上述多功能运动饮料的方法,包括如下步骤 :
(1)、将橙子、柠檬洗净、去皮、榨汁、过滤、杀菌获得混合果汁;
(2)、将上述获得的果汁混合调制后加入食盐、薄荷,使之充分混合;
(3)、将葡萄糖、蜂蜜、纯净水和上述溶液充分混合,饮料杀菌、均质、罐装即得成品。
实施例三
葡萄糖12份,食盐5份、橙子3份,薄荷3份,柠檬3份,蜂蜜12份,纯净水80份。
上述多功能运动饮料的方法,包括如下步骤 :
(1)、将橙子、柠檬洗净、去皮、榨汁、过滤、杀菌获得混合果汁;
