Abstract
一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置,包括轴座、外轴、内轴、外转动盘、连接螺栓、外切割板、内转动盘和内切割板,所述外轴和内轴均卡接在轴座上,所述内轴位于外轴的内部,所述外轴下端设置有外转动盘,所述外转动盘上通过连接螺栓连接有外切割板,所述内轴下部设置有内转动盘,所述内转动盘下部通过连接螺栓连接有内切割板。本发明对原有奶酪槽内的切割工序进行了改造,能有效将奶酪槽内的凝乳充分切割。

技术领域
本发明属于切割搅拌装置,具体为一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置。
背景技术
牦牛奶酪发酵过程中,牛奶需要进入奶酪槽中加热、加配料,此过程需要奶酪槽中的轴带动切割工具将已经形成的凝乳充分切割,后排出奶酪槽进入奶酪发酵箱。但是奶酪槽中的切割工具不能充分切割凝乳,只会带动凝乳旋转,导致凝乳越积越多,最后沉到槽底,很难排出,并且浪费了大批原料。

本发明的目的在于提供一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置,解决背景技术中的问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置,包括轴座、外轴、内轴、外转动盘、连接螺栓、外切割板、内转动盘和内切割板,所述外轴和内轴均卡接在轴座上,所述内轴位于外轴的内部,所述外轴下端设置有外转动盘,所述外转动盘上通过连接螺栓连接有外切割板,所述内轴下部设置有内转动盘,所述内转动盘下部通过连接螺栓连接有内切割板。
本发明中,所述外切割板和内切割板为切割刀片。
本发明中,所述外转动盘的直径大于内转动盘。
有益效果:本发明对原有奶酪槽内的切割工序进行了改造,能有效将奶酪槽内的凝乳充分切割。

参见图1,一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置的结构示意图,一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置,包括轴座1、外轴2、内轴3、外转动盘4、连接螺栓5、外切割板6、内转动盘7和内切割板8,所述外轴2和内轴3均卡接在轴座1上,所述内轴3位于外轴2的内部,所述外轴2下端设置有外转动盘4,所述外转动盘4上通过连接螺栓5连接有外切割板6,所述内轴3下部设置有内转动盘7,所述内转动盘7下部通过连接螺栓5连接有内切割板8,所述外切割板6和内切割板8为切割刀片,所述外转动盘4的直径大于内转动盘7。
参见图2,一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置的转动示意图,外切割板6和内切割板8均顺时针自转。
使用时,发酵槽的箱内可放置上下两层奶酪发酵模具,每层可以平行放置八个模具,加热过后的小颗粒奶酪由奶酪槽直接注入发酵箱内蒸汽杀菌然后进入模具,乳清则会及时通过箱底的铁网排出,进入模具内部的乳清则会由模具的排水孔渗出,随后排出箱外,奶酪在发酵箱内继续发酵。

1.一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置,包括轴座、外轴、内轴、外转动盘、连接螺栓、外切割板、内转动盘和内切割板,其特征在于,所述外轴和内轴均卡接在轴座上,所述内轴位于外轴的内部,所述外轴下端设置有外转动盘,所述外转动盘上通过连接螺栓连接有外切割板,所述内轴下部设置有内转动盘,所述内转动盘下部通过连接螺栓连接有内切割板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述外切割板和内切割板为切割刀片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牦牛奶酪发酵槽的切割搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述外转动盘的直径大于内转动盘。
