本实用新型涉及一种酵素生产用果蔬表皮清洗杀菌装置。
背景技术
蜜饯果脯在生产制备过程中需要将水果表皮进行清洗时，运输到下一道工序进行生产，在传统的工序中，需要进行人工的清洗，然后在人工的捞出，提升到下道工序进行生产操作，需要人工装袋移走，很不方便，工作效率低下，且清洗的水不能再次利用，造成水资源的浪费。

本实用新型提供一种可以将果蔬表皮硬化，防止损伤，对水果进行紫外线杀菌、清洗、输送一次完成的酵素生产用果蔬表皮清洗杀菌装置。

一种酵素生产用果蔬表皮清洗杀菌装置，包括支架，其特征在于：所述支架上端固定安装左、右两挡板，所述左、右挡板之间转动安装有多个转辊，所述转辊上包裹有麻布，所述支架的一侧固定安装有送水管，所述送水管连接喷水管，所述喷水管架设在转辊上方，所述支架的一侧固定安装有料箱，所述料箱的一侧固定安装有输送支座，所述输送支座的两端转动安装有转轴，所述转轴之间安装有输送带，所述输送带上安装有料斗，所述输送支座上安装有紫外线杀菌柜，所述输送支座上固定安装有烘烤托盘，所述烘烤托盘的侧壁上设有多个散热孔，所述烘烤托盘的四周具有凸起边缘，所述烘烤托盘上设有多个烘烤喷嘴。
所述支架的底部安装有接水槽，所述送水管上连接有控制阀。
本实用新型设有烘烤装置，可以将果蔬表皮硬化，防止损伤，在使用时，将待清洗的水果放置料箱内，将待清洗的水果放置在料箱内，这样在使用时，输送支架上的输送带上固定安装的料斗将水果挖起运输到输送支架上，所述输送支架上转动安装的转棍对转，这样转棍上包裹的麻布对水果进行擦洗，且经过紫外线杀菌柜的时候，会对水果进行紫外线杀菌操作，这样一边进行清洗，且输送槽上方的喷头对果肉进行再次的冲洗，达到清洗的作用。

参见附图，一种酵素生产用果蔬表皮清洗杀菌装置，包括支架1，所述支架1上端固定安装左、右两挡板2、3，所述左、右挡板2、3之间转动安装有多个转辊4，所述转辊4上包裹有麻布5，所述支架1的一侧固定安装有送水管6，所述送水管6连接喷水管7，所述喷水管7架设在转辊4上方，所述支架1的一侧固定安装有料箱8，所述料箱8的一侧固定安装有输送支座9，所述输送支座9的两端转动安装有转轴10，所述转轴10之间安装有输送带11，所述输送带11上安装有料斗12，所述输送支座9上安装有紫外线杀菌柜13，所述输送支座9上固定安装有烘烤托盘16，所述烘烤托盘16的侧壁上设有多个散热孔19，所述烘烤托盘16的四周具有凸起边缘17，所述烘烤托盘16上设有多个烘烤喷嘴18，所述支架1的底部安装有接水槽14，所述送水管6上连接有控制阀15。
