Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,所述的淬火喷水装置包括同轴设置的用于喷水的内筒(1)和用于供水的外筒(2),内筒(1)和外筒(2)之间形成的空腔(3)两端部分别采用端盖(4)密封设置且空腔(3)采用隔板(5)隔开分别构成密封的上压力水腔(6)和下压力水腔(7),上压力水腔(6)和下压力水腔(7)分别通过外筒(2)上设置的上进水管(8)和下进水管(9)与对应的供水泵相连通。本发明的淬火喷水装置采用压力不同的两压力水腔通过喷水孔进行喷水淬火,大压力喷水使得轧辊能够高强度冷却,使轧辊温度快速的降至一定的值以下;小压力喷水使得轧辊缓慢冷却,减小内应力,达到降低淬火开裂风险的目的。

Description

一种新型轧辊淬火喷水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及轧辊制备技术领域,具体地说是一种能够降低轧辊淬火开裂风险的新型轧辊淬火喷水装置。
背景技术
冷轧辊是常见的轧钢工具,是一种在常温条件下将将金属压延变形的工具,所以冷轧辊一半都需要具备较高的强度以及表面硬度,要达到这样的性能,需要对轧辊材料进行激烈的淬火热处理。但冷轧辊材料一般都是Cr-Mo钢,合金总量较高,淬火开裂倾向较大,需要设计一种符合材料淬火冷却特性的喷水装置,降低淬火开裂风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种能够降低轧辊淬火开裂风险的新型轧辊淬火喷水装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案解决的:
一种新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,其特征在于:所述的淬火喷水装置包括同轴设置的用于喷水的内筒和用于供水的外筒,内筒和外筒之间形成的空腔两端部分别采用端盖密封设置且空腔采用隔板隔开分别构成密封的上压力水腔和下压力水腔,上压力水腔和下压力水腔分别通过外筒上设置的上进水管和下进水管与对应的供水泵相连通。
所述上压力水腔中的供水水压大于下压力水腔中的供水水压。
所述上压力水腔中的轴向长度与下压力水腔的轴向长度之比为7:3~4。
所述的内筒上密布有喷水孔,且上压力水腔处的喷水孔喷出的水压大于下压力水腔处的喷水孔喷出的水压。
所述的上进水管和下进水管沿外筒的周向设置且数量皆为6~8个。
所述的内筒和外筒皆采用不低于2mm厚的不锈钢板制成圆筒状。
本发明相比现有技术有如下优点:
本发明的淬火喷水装置采用压力不同的两压力水腔通过喷水孔进行喷水淬火,当轧辊从上而下沿内筒的轴向缓慢通过淬火喷水装置时,上压力水腔的大压力喷水使得轧辊能够高强度冷却,使轧辊温度快速的降至一定的值以下;下压力水腔的小压力喷水使得轧辊缓慢冷却,减小内应力,达到降低淬火开裂风险的目的;另外上下端盖为螺栓紧固,方便拆卸清理空腔内杂物;该淬火喷水装置不仅适用于立式淬火机床,也适用于卧式淬火机床。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示:一种新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,该淬火喷水装置包括同轴设置的用于喷水的内筒1和用于供水的外筒2,内筒1和外筒2之间形成的空腔3两端部分别采用端盖4密封设置且空腔3采用隔板5隔开分别构成密封的上压力水腔6和下压力水腔7,上压力水腔6中的轴向长度与下压力水腔7的轴向长度之比为7:3~4,上压力水腔6和下压力水腔7分别通过外筒2上设置的上进水管8和下进水管9与对应的供水泵相连通。使用时,上压力水腔6中的供水水压大于下压力水腔7中的供水水压;内筒1上密布有喷水孔10,使得上压力水腔6处的喷水孔10喷出的水压大于下压力水腔7处的喷水孔10喷出的水压。在上述结构中,内筒1和外筒2皆采用不低于2mm厚的不锈钢板制成圆筒状,上进水管8和下进水管9沿外筒2的周向设置且数量皆为6~8个。
下面通过该新型轧辊淬火喷水装置的制作过程来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
制作过程为:根据所需直径,裁剪内层不锈钢板,并按要求钻喷水孔10;将内层钢板卷成圆筒装并焊接接缝构成内筒1;根据尺寸要求裁剪外层钢板,卷成圆筒状并焊接接缝构成外筒2;在外筒2上钻上下层进水孔;将中间隔板5焊接在内筒1和外筒2之间,焊接外侧上下层进水管;通过螺栓紧固上下端盖4则制成该新型轧辊淬火喷水装置。如图1所示,该新型轧辊淬火喷水装置采用2mm厚的不锈钢板制作,呈圆柱型,总高度500~550mm,内径和外径差200mm,形成空腔3,空腔3内用不锈钢板作为隔板5隔开,形成上下两个立式水箱,上层高度350mm左右;内筒1表面钻有密集喷水孔10,上下两层外侧分别有6~8个进水孔,根据需要可以分别控制上下层的喷水压力。
本发明的淬火喷水装置采用压力不同的两压力水腔通过喷水孔进行喷水淬火,当轧辊从上而下沿内筒1的轴向缓慢通过淬火喷水装置时,上压力水腔6的大压力喷水使得轧辊能够高强度冷却,使轧辊温度快速的降至一定的值以下;下压力水腔7的小压力喷水使得轧辊缓慢冷却,减小内应力,达到降低淬火开裂风险的目的;另外上下端盖4为螺栓紧固,方便拆卸清理空腔3内的杂物;该淬火喷水装置不仅适用于立式淬火机床,也适用于卧式淬火机床。

1.一种新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,其特征在于:所述的淬火喷水装置包括同轴设置的用于喷水的内筒(1)和用于供水的外筒(2),内筒(1)和外筒(2)之间形成的空腔(3)两端部分别采用端盖(4)密封设置且空腔(3)采用隔板(5)隔开分别构成密封的上压力水腔(6)和下压力水腔(7),上压力水腔(6)和下压力水腔(7)分别通过外筒(2)上设置的上进水管(8)和下进水管(9)与对应的供水泵相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,其特征在于:所述上压力水腔(6)中的供水水压大于下压力水腔(7)中的供水水压。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,其特征在于:所述上压力水腔(6)中的轴向长度与下压力水腔(7)的轴向长度之比为7:3~4。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,其特征在于:所述的内筒(1)上密布有喷水孔(10),且上压力水腔(6)处的喷水孔(10)喷出的水压大于下压力水腔(7)处的喷水孔(10)喷出的水压。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,其特征在于:所述的上进水管(8)和下进水管(9)沿外筒(2)的周向设置且数量皆为6~8个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型轧辊淬火喷水装置,其特征在于:所述的内筒(1)和外筒(2)皆采用不低于2mm厚的不锈钢板制成圆筒状。
