本发明属于离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的加工领域,尤其涉及一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有离心机耐磨层防冲刷所用的陶瓷片通常是规整的方块或者长方形,这种规整的耐磨陶瓷片是需要用胶粘到金属材料表面,达到防护金属材料的目的;但是,由于陶瓷片是规整的,所以通常在陶瓷片之间的胶水缝隙部分是最先被冲涮的,最后物料冲刷到金属层后,导致陶瓷护片剥落。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,可以有效地解决陶瓷片之间的胶水的缝隙不会被冲涮,保证陶瓷片不会因为胶水被冲涮而剥落。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,包括以下方法步骤:
1)搭接部切割:将离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片长度方向的两侧切割出一台阶状搭接部;
2)超声清洗:将切割出台阶状搭接部的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片超声清洗,干燥;
3)黏胶涂布:将黏胶均匀涂布到离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的台阶状搭接部表面上,并将涂布好的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片放于真空环境中抽真空20-30min;
4)搭接固化:将涂布好黏胶的抽真空的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的台阶状搭接部相互搭接在一起,并在搭接部位施加1-5KPa的压力后放入到120-180℃烘箱中固化2-4h;
5)热处理:将搭接固化后的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片放入到厢式炉中,升温速率控制为1-6℃/min,温度为600-800℃热处理2-3h后,升温到1200-1400℃,升温速率控制为1-8℃,热处理3-4h,再降温到600-800℃,降温速率为2-5℃,热处理2-3h后取出冷却即可。
优选地,所述的步骤(1)中未切割搭接部前的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片为长方体结构。
优选地,两个所述的台阶状搭接部互相搭接后的厚度比离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的厚度小1mm。以便黏胶在此1mm的空间中达到黏连的作用。
优选地,所述的步骤(2)中的超声清洗使用超声清洗剂,所述的超声清洗剂包括以下质量浓度的组分:十二烷基苯磺酸钠30-50g/L,乙醇酸40-60 g/L,碳酸氢钠2-3g/L,柠檬酸钠5-9g/L,醋酸丁酯3-5g/L,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚40-60g/L,硅酸钾4-6g/L,甲基纤维素1-3g/L。
优选地,所述的超声清洗剂使用浓度为2-4%,超声清洗温度为45-55℃,超声清洗时间为20-40min。
优选地,所述的步骤(2)中干燥温度为60-70℃。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中黏胶由以下重量份的组分组成:乙酸乙酯60-80份、丙烯酸乙酯20-30份、聚硅氧烷20-30份、乙二胺6-8份、气相二氧化硅10-20份、对苯二酚1-3份、防老剂8-12份。
优选地,所述的防老剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑锌盐。

实施例1
本实施例所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,包括以下方法步骤:
1)搭接部切割:将离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片2长度方向的两侧切割出一台阶状搭接部5;
2)超声清洗:将切割出台阶状搭接部5的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片2(3)超声清洗,干燥;
3)黏胶涂布:将黏胶4均匀涂布到离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片2(3)的台阶状搭接部5表面上,并将涂布好的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片2(3)放于真空环境中抽真空20min;
4)搭接固化:将涂布好黏胶4的抽真空的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的台阶状搭接部5相互搭接在一起,并在搭接部位5施加1KPa的压力后放入到120℃烘箱中固化4h;
5)热处理:将搭接固化后的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片放入到厢式炉中,升温速率控制为1℃/min,温度为600℃热处理3h后,升温到1200℃,升温速率控制为1℃,热处理4h,再降温到600℃,降温速率为2℃,热处理3h后取出冷却即可。

4)搭接固化:将涂布好黏胶的抽真空的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的台阶状搭接部相互搭接在一起,并在搭接部位施加5KPa的压力并放入到180℃烘箱中固化2h;
5)热处理:将搭接固化后的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片放入到厢式炉中,升温速率控制为6℃/min,温度为800℃热处理2h后,升温到1400℃,升温速率控制为8℃,热处理3h,再降温到800℃,降温速率为5℃,热处理2h后取出冷却即可。

4)搭接固化:将涂布好黏胶的抽真空的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的台阶状搭接部相互搭接在一起,并在搭接部位施加3KPa的压力并放入到150℃烘箱中固化3h;
5)热处理:将搭接固化后的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片放入到厢式炉中,升温速率控制为3℃/min,温度为700℃热处理2.5h后,升温到1300℃,升温速率控制为4℃,热处理3.5h,再降温到700℃,降温速率为3℃,热处理2.5h后取出冷却即可。

4)搭接固化:将涂布好黏胶的抽真空的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的台阶状搭接部相互搭接在一起,并在搭接部位施加1-5KPa的压力后放入到120-180℃烘箱中固化2-4h;
5)热处理:将搭接固化后的离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片放入到厢式炉中,升温速率控制为1-6℃/min,温度为600-800℃热处理2-3h后,升温到1200-1400℃,升温速率控制为1-8℃,热处理3-4h,再降温到600-800℃,降温速率为2-5℃,热处理2-3h后取出冷却即可。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,其特征在于:两个所述的台阶状搭接部互相搭接后的厚度比离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的厚度小1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中的超声清洗使用超声清洗剂,所述的超声清洗剂包括以下质量浓度的组分:十二烷基苯磺酸钠30-50g/L,乙醇酸40-60 g/L,碳酸氢钠2-3g/L,柠檬酸钠5-9g/L,醋酸丁酯3-5g/L,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚40-60g/L,硅酸钾4-6g/L,甲基纤维素1-3g/L。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,其特征在于:所述的超声清洗剂使用浓度为2-4%,超声清洗温度为45-55℃,超声清洗时间为20-40min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中干燥温度为60-70℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中黏胶由以下重量份的组分组成:乙酸乙酯60-80份、丙烯酸乙酯20-30份、聚硅氧烷20-30份、乙二胺6-8份、气相二氧化硅10-20份、对苯二酚1-3份、防老剂8-12份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种离心机内衬耐磨陶瓷片的粘贴方法,其特征在于:所述的防老剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑锌盐。
