Abstract

本发明涉及一种多层复合无纺布,该无纺布借助点热压方式生产,具有柔和手感与无损手感的充分层间剥离强度,起绒毛少,不产生点热压接时对压纹辊的熔接、卷绕等,可长期稳定生产。该无纺布包含在130‑150℃既不熔融也不软化的纤维的两层的纤维层A,以及夹持在两层纤维A中的使用在130‑145℃熔融或软化的纤维所获得的纤维层B而成,两层纤维层A与一层纤维层B藉由点热压接而一体化,纤维层A与纤维层B间的层间剥离强度为1N/25mm~5N/25mm的范围内,该无纺布还具有15%以下的点热压面积,并且每平方厘米内的热压点不超过5个。

一种多层复合无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布,特别是是一种多层复合的无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布由于其柔软的品质特性,在卫生制品领域得到了广泛的应用,无纺布的制备一般可以分为热风粘合,针刺,水刺以及热压,其中热压中的点热压法具有成本优势,而且生产加工速度快,效率高。但是现有无纺布大都都是采用多种纤维进行混合制备,不同纤维之间必然存在有熔点温度的差异,如果将热压温度设定过高,可以保证大部分纤维都软化,以增强纤维之间的抱和力,进而提高无纺布层间的剥离强度,但是这样会导致完全软化的纤维粘附在热压辊上,导致生产中断,甚至安全事故。如果将热压温度设定过低,大部分纤维未能软化,纤维之间抱和力差,无纺布的层间剥离强度不够,对产品性能会带来不利影响。因此,在制备无纺布时,需要在纤维种类和热压工艺方面做综合考虑。
发明内容
本发明鉴于上述目的,提供了一种多层复合无纺布。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种多层复合无纺布,所述无纺布包含至少两层包含纤维A的纤维层和一层包含纤维B的纤维层,这些纤维层通过点热压结合为一体形成多层复合的无纺布,所述纤维层A中包含的纤维是在130-150℃内既不熔融也不软化的纤维,所述纤维层B中包含的纤维是在130-145℃熔融或软化的纤维;所述纤维层A处于多层复合无纺布的上下两个表层。
所述多层复合无纺布的层与层之间具有1N/25mm~5N/25mm的剥离强度。
所述多层复合无纺布具有15%以下的点热压面积,每平方厘米内的热压点不超过5个。
所述纤维层A中的纤维具有比纤维层B中的纤维高15-20℃的玻璃化转变温度。
根据本发明,纤维层A中包含的是具有较高熔点的纤维,并且纤维层A处于无纺布的上下表层,在一定的热压温度下,纤维层A中的纤维只是发生较低程度的软化,但是在该温度下,位于无纺布中间层的纤维层B中具有较低熔点的纤维则会发生较大幅度的软化甚至软化,进而将无纺布的上下表面层充分粘合起来,使得多层无纺布具有较好的层间剥离强度,并且由于纤维层A的存在,无纺布的表层处于光洁的状态,不会粘附热压辊;控制点热压的面积,如果点热压面积多大,会导致无纺布手感发硬,但是过低的点热压面积则会导致无纺布强力不够,因此,设置,多层复合无纺布具有15%以下的点热压面积,每平方厘米内的热压点不超过5个,这样的无纺布不但具有合适的强力还具有柔软的手感。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种多层复合无纺布,所述无纺布包含至少两层包含纤维A的纤维层和一层包含纤维B的纤维层,这些纤维层通过点热压结合为一体形成多层复合的无纺布,所述纤维层A中包含的纤维是在140℃内既不熔融也不软化的纤维,所述纤维层B中包含的纤维是在145℃熔融或软化的纤维;所述纤维层A处于多层复合无纺布的上下两个表层。所述多层复合无纺布的层与层之间具有3N/25mm的剥离强度;所述多层复合无纺布具有15%以下的点热压面积,每平方厘米内的热压点为5个;所述纤维层A中的纤维具有比纤维层B中的纤维高15℃的玻璃化转变温度。
最终得到强力高并且手感柔软的多层复合无纺布。

1.一种多层复合无纺布,所述无纺布包含至少两层包含纤维A的纤维层和一层包含纤维B的纤维层,这些纤维层通过点热压结合为一体形成多层复合的无纺布,其特征在于:所述纤维层A中包含的纤维是在130-150℃内既不熔融也不软化的纤维,所述纤维层B中包含的纤维是在130-145℃熔融或软化的纤维;所述纤维层A处于多层复合无纺布的上下两个表层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述多层复合无纺布的层与层之间具有1N/25mm~5N/25mm的剥离强度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多层复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述多层复合无纺布具有15%以下的点热压面积,每平方厘米内的热压点不超过5个。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的一种多层复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述纤维层A中的纤维具有比纤维层B中的纤维高15-20℃的玻璃化转变温度。
