细辛：气味芳烈，善于活血而入血分，有消斑红颜的作用，与丹参配合，还可以引诸药入内出外，更好地发挥药效。
冬瓜子：使皮肤白嫩、细腻，清热润面，利水轻身，悦泽容颜，保健护肤。
一种保健中药面膜粉的制备方法，步骤如下：
(1)按比例称取绿豆、白芨、僵蚕、白附子、甘松、细辛、皂角、珍珠粉、丹参、公丁香、玉竹、精盐、冰片、黄芪、人参、百合、杏仁、茯苓、白蔹、冬瓜仁、白芍；
(2)分别对步骤1中的原料以物理方法进行粉碎，粉碎到过100--150目筛，冰片另研过100--120 目筛；
(3)将步骤2中各原料进行混合均匀，得到一种中药面膜粉。
本发明按照上述配比规律，合而成方，局部外敷“益气养血，滋阴润燥，柔嫩肌肤，同时消肿散结，活血化瘀、淡化色斑”，促使局部血液循环加快，增强皮肤的新陈代谢，清洁毛囊，清除颜面肌肤里层的黑、黄等色素，一次性可达祛除黄气、淡化色斑、美白肌肤、嫩肤养颜、收缩毛孔。彻底改变和修复受损的肌肤，并且清除因为过度滥用有害的化妆品，所残留的铅、汞等重金属成分，让肌肤变得白嫩、细腻、有光泽，淡化色斑。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点和积极效果：
1、治疗时间短，疗效快而稳定。
2、制作比较简单，成本低。
3、绿色安全，对皮肤无任何刺激、损伤，治愈后无任何瘢痕，无任何副作用。

具体实施方式：
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：
一种保健中药面膜粉，它由以下重量份的原料制成：
一种保健中药面膜粉的制备方法，步骤如下：
(1)按比例称取绿豆、白芨、僵蚕、白附子、甘松、细辛、皂角、珍珠粉、丹参、公丁香、玉竹、精盐、冰片、黄芪、人参、百合、杏仁、茯苓、白蔹、冬瓜仁、白芍；
(2)分别对步骤1中的原料混合经脱水干燥消毒后，按照传统方法火炒(用文火炒制成微黄)，放在干燥通风处自然冷却至室温(25°左右)，用粉碎机进行粉碎，碾制成粉末，然后过100或 110或120或130或140或150目筛，冰片另研过100或105或110或115或120目筛；
(3)将步骤2中各原料在搅拌机中进行混合，混合均匀，便得到一种中药面膜粉。
一种保健中药面膜粉的使用方法，步骤如下：
(1)取中药面膜粉2-5g，加入少许蛋清、蜂蜜或牛奶等作为介质调匀。敷面膜前，轻度的按摩脸部穴位10分钟，然后将调制好的面膜粉，薄薄一层均匀的涂于脸部，闭目养神，静躺30-40 分钟。
(2)冲洗干净脸部，有条件的配合熏蒸器热喷或冷喷，效果会更佳，或者用补水保湿护肤品保养肌肤.
(3)每天早晚各一次，一个月为一个疗程。
(4)敷面膜过程中，皮肤可能会感到少许的发热，属正常现象不必担心，此是促进血液循环时的药理反应。
本发明与现有技术相比有如下几个优点
1、后天性、大面积的黄褐斑、毛孔粗大等皮肤问题，多是由于情致内郁，肝气郁结，内分泌失调导致气滞血瘀、痰瘀互结积郁于面部，逐步形成大面积厚重斑块，或是由于气血不足，面部皮肤代谢功能失调导致毛孔粗大等，目前市场上祛斑、美白润肤、收缩毛孔的方法和产品有很多，但是良莠不齐，不仅疗效时间长，效果缓慢，并且还对脸上皮肤存在一定的损害和副作用，治疗不彻底还容易反复的缺点，特别是对后天性的、大面积黄褐斑更是无特效产品。
2、本发明选用白芨、僵蚕、皂角、人参、黄芪、公丁香、丹参、百合等多种中药合而成方，外敷患处，透皮吸收，通过经络引导，内到脏腑，外达肌肤，标本兼治，可以疏肝解郁，通经活血，益气养阴，清热除燥，消肿散结，有效地解决后天性、大面积的黄褐斑，和毛孔粗大，同时还有美白嫩肤的保健作用，起效迅速，不复发，不反弹。
3、本发明的原材料采用的全部是天然物质，通过物理方法加工制成，因此该产品对人体不含有任何的毒副作用的物质，而且生产工艺简单，使用方便，无环境污染，价格低廉。
4、由于该产品含有一些能够穿透皮肤，促进渗透的天然芳香物质，通过某种介质局部外敷，能够引导使有效成分直达病所，避免了药物对肠胃、肝肾的相互影响，提高药物的有效作用，起效迅速，同时这些天然的芳香物质，不仅能够祛斑，还有美白嫩肤，改变人体气息的香身的保健功效。

制备步骤和使用方法与本实施例1相同。
本发明经临床实验效果显著，经武汉哈尼曼医学研究中心对20名患者试验，均经过10-30 次的使用，黄褐斑均有不同程度的减轻和消失，皮肤和肌肤毛孔均有不同程度的改善，愈后随访皮肤无任何损伤，无反弹，医生和患者反应效果良好。
临床资料：
本组女20例，年龄最小的23岁，最大的45岁，未婚2例，已婚18例，病程最短的5个月，最长的12年。黄褐斑色素沉着的部位以前额、颧、颊部为多，其次在鼻梁或上唇为主，其应用结果如下表所示：
