The storage method of the storage device for preserving the wild rice shoots comprises the following steps:

4) preservative treatment

b. then the baffle 3 is opened, the cane shoot loading box 8 is sent between the two U-shaped supporting plates 6 under the action of the guide rail 12, when the water bamboo loading box 8 moves to the upper part of the lifting mechanism, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is started, the boosting block 19 is pushed by the piston rod 20 to move upwards, the lifting plate 10 is driven to push the water bamboo loading box 8 out of the guide rail 12, so that the water bamboo loading box 8 is lifted, when the wild rice stem loading box 8 rises to the ratchet wheel mechanism 14 positioned below, the wild rice stem loading box 8 continues to rise, the pawl 17 falls under the action of gravity, the piston rod 20 drives the boosting block 19 to move downwards, the wild rice stem loading box 8 falls under the action of gravity, so that the first clamping grooves 28 on the bottom surfaces of the two sides of the wild rice stem loading box are clamped on the second clamping grooves 30 on the pawl 17, meanwhile, the limiting groove 31 at the tail end of the pawl 17 limits the position through the positioning carrier roller 15, so that the wild rice stem loading box 8 is limited between the ratchet mechanisms 14 on the two sides;
c. then the piston rod 20 continues to drive the boosting block 19 and the lifting plate 10 to move downwards until the height of the lifting plate 10 is lower than that of the guide rail 1215-20 cm, at the moment, the guide rail 12 conveys the next water bamboo loading box 8 to the upper part of the lifting mechanism, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is started, the boosting block 19 is pushed by the piston rod 20 to move upwards, the lifting plate 10 is driven to push the water bamboo loading box 8 out of the guide rail 12, so that the water bamboo loading box 8 rises, the water bamboo loading box 8 positioned at the lower part continues to push the water bamboo loading box 8 positioned at the upper part upwards, the water bamboo loading box 8 falls under the action of gravity, so that the first clamping grooves 28 on the bottom surfaces at the two sides of the water bamboo loading box are clamped into the second clamping grooves 30 on the pawls 17, meanwhile, the limiting grooves 31 at the tail end of the pawls 17 are limited by the positioning carrier rollers 15, so that the water bamboo loading box 8 is limited between the ratchet mechanisms 14 at the two sides, returning to the original position;
d. the steps are circulated until all the cane shoot loading boxes 8 are conveyed into the box body 1;
e. finally, the baffle 3 is closed, the temperature on the display screen 4 and the storage capacity of the water bamboo are observed at the same time, and the refrigeration system 11 is adjusted through the control panel 5, so that the temperature in the box body 1 is controlled within a set range;
6) observing the temperature of the tank periodically
Observing the temperature in the box body 1 every 3-4 days, and adjusting the temperature to a set range according to the numerical value displayed by the display screen 4, so that the storage device is stored at a constant temperature;
7) cleaning and maintenance
After the water bamboos are stored and taken out, each water bamboos loading box 8 is cleaned and aired independently, and then the whole storage device is cleaned and maintained.

A storage device for fresh-keeping of wild rice shoots is characterized in that: the storage mechanism comprises a box body and a storage mechanism, wherein a baffle is arranged on the outer side surface of the box body, the storage mechanism is positioned in the box body, the storage mechanism comprises U-shaped supporting plates, a bottom plate, a water bamboo loading box, a lifting mechanism and a ratchet mechanism, the two U-shaped supporting plates are symmetrically arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate, a refrigerating system is arranged on the inner side surface of the lower end of each U-shaped supporting plate, the ratchet mechanism is uniformly arranged on the inner side surface of each U-shaped supporting plate from top to bottom, the water bamboo loading box is movably connected onto the ratchet mechanism, the lifting mechanism is positioned between the two U-shaped supporting plates, and two guide rails which are parallel to each other are arranged above; the ratchet mechanism comprises a positioning carrier roller, a rotating carrier roller and pawls, the positioning carrier roller and the rotating carrier roller are arranged on the inner side of the U-shaped supporting plate in parallel, the rotating carrier roller is at least sleeved with two pawls which are parallel to each other, and two sides of each pawl are clamped by positioning rings; the pawl comprises a pawl body, the pawl body is in an inverted triangle shape, a second clamping groove is formed in the top surface of the front end of the pawl body, and a limiting groove is formed in the top surface of the rear end of the pawl body; the water bamboo loading box comprises a suspension plate and a storage tank, wherein a cover plate is rotatably connected to the top surface of the suspension plate, first clamping grooves are formed in the bottom ends of the two sides of the suspension plate, the storage tank is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the suspension plate, a storage mechanism is arranged in the storage tank, and a water collecting cavity is arranged below the storage mechanism; the lifting mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a lifting plate and a boosting block, the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to the top surface of the bottom plate, the boosting block is connected with the hydraulic cylinder through a piston rod, and the lifting plate is fixedly connected to the top end of the boosting block.

The storage device for preserving zizania latifolia as claimed in claim 1, wherein: an observation window, a control panel and a display screen are arranged on the side face of the box body, and the control panel and the display screen are respectively positioned on two sides of the observation window.

The storage device for preserving zizania latifolia as claimed in claim 1, wherein: refrigerating system includes the box body, the inside of box body is provided with compressor, condenser, evaporimeter and refrigerant bin, the compressor is located the bottom of box body, the evaporimeter is located the top of compressor, the condenser is located the compressor with between the evaporimeter, the refrigerant bin symmetry sets up the both sides of condenser.

1) harvesting of Zizania latifolia
Selecting a harvesting period according to the characteristics of the wild rice shoots, reserving a 2cm coating pipe during harvesting, and then cutting off the coating pipe by using a knife;
2) zizania latifolia grading
a. Firstly, selecting and grading picked water bamboo, cutting off overlong coating pipes during selection, removing insect pests, diseases and mechanically damaged water bamboo, and keeping the coating pipes with the length of 2cm and 3-4 pieces of water bamboo shells to wrap water bamboo meat without damaging the water bamboo shells wrapping the water bamboo meat in the water bamboo shells;
b. then carrying out grading treatment according to the freshness, the appearance and the weight of the water bamboo shell, and respectively filling the graded water bamboo into a water bamboo loading box;
3) water bamboo precooling
Pre-cooling the graded water bamboo, introducing water with the temperature of 0-2 ℃ into the water bamboo loading box during pre-cooling until the water submerges all the water bamboo, and filtering and removing the water after pre-cooling for 2-3 hours;
4) preservative treatment
a. Firstly, preparing a preservative, namely uniformly mixing and stirring chitosan, salicylic acid, gibberellin, alum, sodium pyrophosphate, calcium chloride and clear water to form a solution required by preservation;
b. then placing the pre-cooled water bamboo in the prepared solution for 2-3 min, taking out and drying, repeating the step for 3-4 times for each 20-30 water bamboos, and finally uniformly placing the treated water bamboo in a water bamboo loading box;
5) storage of zizania aquatica
a. Firstly, setting the temperature in a box body through a control panel according to the storage requirements of the water bamboo, and directly displaying the storage capacity and the temperature of the water bamboo in the box body through a display screen;
