本发明公开了一种线束固定架,涉及线束支架领域,包括外壳,所述外壳包括壳体、顶板和底板,所述顶板中心和壳体右侧设有过线孔一和过线孔二,所述顶板内表面连接有剥线组件,所述壳体上方左右两侧设有限位孔,所述壳体中部内侧连接有过线孔三,所述底板中心设有一T形孔,所述T形孔内转动连接有旋钮,所述旋钮顶部固接有转动辊,本装置结构简单,使用方便,通过旋转旋钮来控制线束的长短,当需要进行剥线时,可以按动推杆,使刀片将线束剥开,本装置壳体侧面连接有双面胶,可以将本装置固定在墙壁上,节省了空间,本装置很好的解决了线束杂乱和缠绕的问题,并且可以进行剥线。

本发明涉及线束支架领域,具体为一种线束固定架。
背景技术
随着人们对电力的的开发应用,当代社会用,对电的使用越来越多,而线束作为传递电力的工具也被越来越多的使用,在人们的生活中,电线束在给人们提供方便的同时,也给人们带来了很多麻烦,比如说线束过长不容易收拾,线束缠绕和打结,当接线头老化需要减掉更换时,需要专门去找剥线工具,耽误时间。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种线束固定架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
一种线束固定架,包括外壳,所述外壳包括壳体、顶板和底板,所述顶板中心设有过线孔一,所述壳体右侧设有过线孔二,所述顶板内表面连接有剥线组件,所述壳体上方左右两侧设有限位孔,所述壳体中部内侧连接有过线孔三,所述底板中心设有一T形孔,所述T形孔内转动连接有旋钮,所述旋钮顶部固接有转动辊,所述底板与壳体卡接,所述剥线组件包括推杆、滑块、刀片、弹簧和限位槽,所述推杆过限位孔与滑块连接,所述滑块通过弹簧与限位槽端部连接,所述滑块一端与刀片连接,所述限位槽端部中间设有过刀孔。
优选的,所述过线孔三上转动连接一滚轮。
优选的,所述刀片端部为半圆形。
优选的,所述壳体一侧连接有双面胶。
优选的,所述顶板左右两侧设有注油槽。
本发明的优点在于:本装置结构简单,使用方便,使用时将底板取出,将线束固定在卡槽内,线束的一端从壳体右侧过线孔二伸出,线束的另一端从顶板上的过线孔一伸出,盖上底板,通过旋转旋钮来控制线束的长短,当需要进行剥线时,可以按动推杆,使刀片将线束剥开,本装置壳体侧面连接有双面胶,可以将本装置固定在墙壁上,节省了空间,本装置很好的解决了线束杂乱和缠绕的问题,并且可以进行剥线。

为使本发明的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图3所示,一种线束固定架,包括外壳,所述外壳包括壳体1、顶板2和底板3,所述顶板2中心和壳体1右侧设有过线孔一4和过线孔二5,所述顶板2内表面连接有剥线组件17,所述壳体1上方左右两侧设有限位孔18,所述壳体1中部内侧连接有过线孔三10,所述底板3中心设有一T形孔19,所述T形孔19内转动连接有旋钮6,所述旋钮6顶部固接有转动辊7,所述转动辊7中间设有卡槽8,所述底板3与壳体1卡接,所述剥线组件17包括推杆12、滑块13、刀片14、弹簧15和限位槽20,所述推杆12过限位孔18与滑块13连接,所述滑块13通过弹簧15与限位槽20内侧连接,所述滑块13一端与刀片14连接,所述限位槽20端部中间设有过刀孔16。
在本实施例中,所述过线孔三10上转动连接一滚轮11。
在本实施例中,所述刀片14端部为半圆形,半圆形刀片14可以预留线束9中间导线的位置,不至于将导线也切断。
在本实施例中,所述壳体一侧连接有双面胶,双面胶可以帮助本装置粘接在墙壁上。
在本实施例中,所述顶板2左右两侧设有注油槽21,注入润滑油,减少滑块与限位槽的摩擦。
工作原理及方法:本装置结构简单,使用方便,使用时将底板3取出,将线束9固定在卡槽8内,线束9的一端从壳体右侧过线孔二5伸出,线束的另一端从顶板2上的过线孔一4伸出,盖上底板3,通过旋转旋钮6来控制线束9的长短,当需要进行剥线时,可以按动推杆12,使刀片14将线束剥开,本装置壳体1侧面连接有双面胶,可以将本装置固定在墙壁上,节省了空间,本装置很好的解决了线束杂乱和缠绕的问题,并且可以进行剥线。

1.一种线束固定架,包括外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳包括壳体(1)、顶板(2)和底板(3),所述顶板(2)中心设有过线孔一(4),所述壳体(1)右侧设有过线孔二(5),所述顶板(2)内表面连接有剥线组件(17),所述壳体(1)上方左右两侧设有限位孔(18),所述壳体(1)中部内侧连接有过线孔三(10),所述底板(3)中心设有一T形孔(19),所述T形孔(19)内转动连接有旋钮(6),所述旋钮(6)顶部固接有转动辊(7),所述转动辊(7)中间设有卡槽(8),所述底板(3)与壳体(1)卡接,所述剥线组件(17)包括推杆(12)、滑块(13)、刀片(14)、弹簧(15)和限位槽(20),所述推杆(12)过限位孔(18)与滑块(13)连接,所述滑块(13)通过弹簧(15)与限位槽(20)内侧连接,所述滑块(13)一端与刀片(14)连接,所述限位槽(20)端部中间设有过刀孔(16)。
