Abstract

本发明公开了一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,包括可转动的转盘和回收机构,转盘上端面沿周向开设有若干卡槽,卡槽两端开口,卡槽通过卡紧装置卡设有检测板卡,检测板卡开有反应槽,反应槽中装有检测液,当样本被放入反应槽内,可与检测液接触并出现显色反应,其中一检测板卡上方设置有颜色传感器和控制电路,颜色传感器读取检测板卡内的颜色变化并将结果反馈到控制电路中,回收机构用于回收检测板卡。本检测回收装置通过可转动的转盘上面开设若干卡槽,卡槽中卡设检测板卡达到批量检测样本的目的,检测效率提高,同时检测过的样本随检测板卡一起回收,使得操作人员被感染的几率降低,提高了安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置。
背景技术
细菌性阴道病(BV)是妇科最常见的疾病之一,其发病原因主要是由于阴道正常菌群减少,某些致病的厌氧菌群代替或其数量超过阴道正常菌群而引起,比如加德纳菌等厌氧菌侵蚀阴道细胞,而厌氧菌可产生组织多胺,所产生的多胺含量与阴道中的细菌数成正比,而正常妇女阴道不含该类物质,因此通过测定多胺能诊断BV。
目前,市场上的BV检测工具主要是BV快速检测试剂盒,有多胺法、酶化学反应、唾液酸酶法三种主要的检测方法,该类产品的主要功能是温育和比色,需要人工进行控制时间和阴阳性判断,操作繁琐,且目测的主观误差和孵育时间手动定时不准均会对检测结果造成一定影响。
现在,BV检测仪开始向集加样、温控、检测、报告输出为一体的全自动化检测仪发展,但现有的BV检测仪自动化程度低,样本检测过程繁琐,检测效率低,检测过的样本回收易使操作人员易受到感染。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,其能使得检测效率提高,操作人员被感染的几率降低,安全性提高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,用于对样本进行检测回收,包括可转动的转盘和回收机构,所述转盘上端面沿周向开设有若干卡槽,所述卡槽两端开口,所述卡槽通过卡紧装置卡设有检测板卡,所述检测板卡开有反应槽,反应槽中装有检测液,当样本被放入反应槽内,可与检测液接触并出现显色反应,其中一检测板卡上方设置有颜色传感器和控制电路,所述颜色传感器读取检测板卡内的颜色变化并将结果反馈到控制电路中,所述回收机构用于回收检测板卡。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述回收机构包括第一驱动机构、推杆和设置于转盘外侧的回收盒,所述推杆设置于卡槽内端且一端对准其中一卡槽,所述第一驱动机构可带动推杆往复运动,当检测板卡完成检测后,推杆将检测板卡推入回收盒中。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述回收盒与转盘之间还设置有导向槽,所述导向槽一端对准其中一卡槽,另一端对准回收盒顶部开口。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述卡紧装置包括安装在转盘上端的压盘,所述压盘下端面上安装有若干与卡槽位置一一对应的弹性压片,当检测板卡卡进卡槽时,弹性压片向下顶压检测板卡使其卡紧。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述转盘安装在一连接盘上端,所述连接盘转动安装在一底座上,所述连接盘安装有驱动其转动的第二驱动机构。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述第二驱动机构包括安装在连接盘外圈上的从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮与一主动齿轮啮合,所述主动齿轮与一电机的输出轴连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述转盘底端安装有加热片,用于对检测板卡加热保温。
本发明的有益效果有:
本检测回收装置通过可转动的转盘上面开设若干卡槽,卡槽中卡设检测板卡达到批量检测样本的目的,检测效率提高,同时检测过的样本随检测板卡一起回收,使得操作人员被感染的几率降低,提高了安全性。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,用于对样本进行检测回收,包括可转动的转盘1和回收机构,所述转盘1上端面沿周向开设有若干卡槽,所述卡槽两端开口,所述卡槽通过卡紧装置2卡设有检测板卡3,所述检测板卡3开有反应槽,反应槽中装有检测液,本实施例中开设四个反应槽,四个反应槽里面分别滴有检测液用以检测样本的过氧化氢浓度、唾液酸酶、白细胞酯酶和PH值,当样本被放入反应槽内,可与检测液接触并出现显色反应,其中一检测板卡3上方设置有颜色传感器4和控制电路,所述颜色传感器4能够读取检测板卡3内的颜色变化并将结果反馈到控制电路中,所述回收机构用于回收检测过的检测板卡3。
所述回收机构包括第一驱动机构、推杆5和设置于转盘1外侧的回收盒6,所述推杆5设置于卡槽内端且一端对准其中一卡槽,所述第一驱动机构可带动推杆5往复运动,当检测板卡3完成检测后,推杆5将检测板卡3推入回收盒6中,所述回收盒6与转盘1之间还设置有导向槽7,所述导向槽7一端对准其中一卡槽,另一端对准回收盒6顶部开口,检测板卡3沿导向槽7被推入回收盒6中。
所述卡紧装置2包括安装在转盘1上端的压盘8,所述压盘8下端面上安装有若干与卡槽位置一一对应的弹性压片9,当检测板卡3卡进卡槽时,弹性压片9向下顶压检测板卡3使其卡紧,所述转盘1安装在一连接盘10上端,所述连接盘10转动安装在一底座11上,所述连接盘10安装有驱动其转动的第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构包括安装在连接盘10外圈上的从动齿轮12,所述从动齿轮12与一主动齿轮13啮合,所述主动齿轮13与一电机14的输出轴连接,实现由电机14控制转盘1的转动,所述转盘1底端安装有加热片15,用于对检测板卡3加热保温。

Claims (7)

1.一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,用于对样本进行检测回收,其特征在于:包括可转动的转盘(1)和回收机构,所述转盘(1)上端面沿周向开设有若干卡槽,所述卡槽两端开口,所述卡槽通过卡紧装置(2)卡设有检测板卡(3),所述检测板卡(3)开有反应槽,反应槽中装有检测液,当样本被放入反应槽内,可与检测液接触并出现显色反应,其中一检测板卡(3)上方设置有颜色传感器(4)和控制电路,所述颜色传感器(4)读取检测板卡(3)内的颜色变化并将结果反馈到控制电路中,所述回收机构用于回收检测板卡(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,其特征在于:所述回收机构包括第一驱动机构、推杆(5)和设置于转盘(1)外侧的回收盒(6),所述推杆(5)设置于卡槽内端且一端对准其中一卡槽,所述第一驱动机构可带动推杆(5)往复运动,当检测板卡(3)完成检测后,推杆(5)将检测板卡(3)推入回收盒(6)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,其特征在于:所述回收盒(6)与转盘(1)之间还设置有导向槽(7),所述导向槽(7)一端对准其中一卡槽,另一端对准回收盒(6)顶部开口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,其特征在于:所述卡紧装置(2)包括安装在转盘(1)上端的压盘(8),所述压盘(8)下端面上安装有若干与卡槽位置一一对应的弹性压片(9),当检测板卡(3)卡进卡槽时,弹性压片(9)向下顶压检测板卡(3)使其卡紧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,其特征在于:所述转盘(1)安装在一连接盘(10)上端,所述连接盘(10)转动安装在一底座(11)上,所述连接盘(10)安装有驱动其转动的第二驱动机构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,其特征在于:所述第二驱动机构包括安装在连接盘(10)外圈上的从动齿轮(12),所述从动齿轮(12)与一主动齿轮(13)啮合,所述主动齿轮(13)与一电机(14)的输出轴连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动细菌性阴道病检测仪的检测回收装置,其特征在于:所述转盘(1)底端安装有加热片(15),用于对检测板卡(3)加热保温。
