技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气污染控制设备,具体地讲,是一种用于消除室内空气中的悬浮物和有机气体污染、并且调节室内空气湿度的净化调湿装置。
背景技术
人们的一生中至少超过一半的时间是在室内度过的,由于室内空间有效,同室外的空间交换较少,室内环境本身不仅没有自然净化能力,而且由于室内装演、空调器等使用的普及以及人们的日常生活,不断地向室内空间排放着污染物质,其中主要是挥发性有机物、固体悬浮颗粒物和气溶胶等,这些污染物质的存在,不仅使人产生不良感觉,而且还影响着人们的身体健康,因此随着人们生活水平的提高和空气污染程度的加剧,室内空气污染问题已经越来越受到人们的广泛关注。目前,室内空气净化的方法目前国内外主要采用单纯机械过滤吸附式、静电式、化学(或物理)吸附式、负离子式及光催化式等,由于单纯的机械过滤吸附和静电除尘对于空气净化的效果有限,主要是用于去除悬浮的颗粒物,对于有机污染的净化程度不高,因此已经逐渐被淘汰。而其他几项技术下的产品也各有优缺点,分别适应于不同的污染物净化和不同的客户要求,例如吸附式净化器根据所选吸附材料的特点,可以吸附特定的甚至大部分有机污染物,但存在吸附材料的饱和问题,需要进行材料的再生和更换,对于颗粒物浓度较高的场合,由于颗粒物的堵塞,将影响吸附材料的吸附能力,而负离子有利于有机物的分解,使之形成基本无害的二氧化碳、水和其他无机物,并且还具有一定的空气清新作用,有助于提高空气的品质和舒适度,但反应过程中的产物也在某种程度上对人体产生不利的影响,其对细菌病毒及化学污染物的控制能力也非常有限;几年来,一种快速发展的技术是建立在纳米光催化剂基础上的光催化净化技术,通过纳米光催化剂的催化作用,在紫外线甚至自然光的照射下,对于有机污染物进行分解,并具有较好的杀菌作用,但由于具体作为一种单元操作过程还是有局限性,例如净化效率比较低,实际应用时去除污染物能力有限。因此,需要根据日益增长的生活水平,不断开发出新的功能更多、效果更好、生产成本更低、使用更方便的产品,以满足人们的需要。
另外,现有室内空气净化器往往只为了消除室内空气中的污染物,而由于室内环境条件的限制,室内空气在大部分时间内往往过于干燥,特别是对于采暖季的北方地区,长时间的干燥不仅使人感到不适,而且还带来了空气中悬浮颗粒物和病菌病毒的增多,影响了人们的生活质量和健康。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种带有调湿功能的卧式室内空气高效净化器,这种净化器可以消除室内空气中的各种主要污染物,并且可以同时进行一定程度上的调湿,其结构简单,适应方便,净化效果好。
本发明实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种带有调湿功能的卧式室内空气高效净化器,包括壳体,所述壳体的断面形状为矩形,壳体内依次分为转轮增湿室、臭氧氧化室、光催化反应室和吸附室,所述转轮增湿室内设有环形增湿转轮,所述环形转轮的下面设有可以浸没其底部的水槽,所述臭氧氧化室内设有臭氧紫外灯,所述光催化反应室内设有光催化紫外灯,所述光催化紫外灯的前面和/或后面设有若干光催化剂滤网,所述吸附室内设有过滤吸附层,所述壳体的后端设有出风口,前部的侧面上设有进风口,所述进风口设置在与所述增湿转轮中央空间相对应的位置,所述增湿转轮的轮体由多孔材料构成,所述壳体外设有储水箱,所述储水箱通过自控阀门连接所述水槽,所述自控阀门设有控制其开关状态的浮子或水位传感器,所述浮子或水位传感器设置在所述水槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:空气自进风口进入增湿转轮中间的空间后,折向向后流动,穿过增湿转轮的侧壁,在穿过增湿转轮侧壁的多孔材料时,同附着在多孔材料上的水膜发生碰撞,空气中的污染物颗粒以及可溶入水的有机物被水吸附,同时部分水气进入空气流中,由此实现了空气的增湿和初步净化;由于这种洗涤净化方式的抗冲击能力比较强,在出现污染物浓度变化的情况下,依然可以将空气中的污染水平控制在一定的范围之内,由此保证了本净化器的可靠性,提高了适应性;由于这种增湿方式在空气干燥时进入空气流中的水气多,在空气湿润时进入空气中的水气少,甚至不再向空气中扩散水气(动态平衡),由此实现了对空气湿度的自动调节,不会出现象现有空气加湿器那种过度增湿现象;然后空气经过臭氧紫外灯附近,臭氧紫外灯所发的紫外光照射产生臭氧,形成强氧化作用,灭活空气中的微生物,并使挥发性有机气体氧化分解为无机物;空气流继续向上移动,经过光催化滤网时,与滤网上的光催化剂碰撞,其中的残存的挥发性有机气体分子与光催化剂上的OH反应,继续分解,同时,空气中臭氧也被滤网分解,形成氧分子,由此消除了各种挥发性有机气体,使得进入吸附室的残余挥发性有机气体的污染物浓度大大降低;由于在吸附室内通过过滤吸附材料的物理过滤、吸附和化学吸附,其中的颗粒物和有机气体被进一步除去,由此实现了很好的净化效果;由于进入吸附室的空气已经在转轮增湿室内进行了洗涤和经过了臭氧氧化室、光催化反应室的各种反应,因此进入吸附室的空气中的污染物浓度将大大降低,需要吸附的污染物质量少,因此大幅度提高了过滤吸附材料的使用寿命,避免了因频繁更好过滤吸附材料所带来的麻烦和费用。另外,当空气中存在某些特殊有机污染时,还可以通过在水中添加可以与该有机污染物反应的洗涤剂,以提高对某些特殊有机污染的净化效果,适应不同场合的需要。

9.如权利要求8所述的带有调湿功能的卧式室内空气高效净化器,其特征是所述壳体上设有控制面板,以便所述控制面板可以设有定时关闭和定期启动电路。
10.如权利要求9所述的带有调湿功能的卧式室内空气高效净化器,其特征是所述壳体的底部设有支脚和/或滚轮。
