立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气污染控制设备,具体地讲,是一种用于消除室内空气中的悬浮物 和有机气体污染、并且调节室内空气湿度的净化调湿装置。 背景技术
人们的一生中至少超过一半的时间是在室内度过的,由于室内空间有效,同室外的空 间交换较少,室内环境本身不仅没有自然净化能力,而且由于室内装演、空调器等使用的 普及以及人们的日常生活,不断地向室内空间排放着污染物质,其中主要是挥发性有机物、 固体悬浮颗粒物和气溶胶等,这些污染物质的存在,不仅使人产生不良感觉,而且还影响 着人们的身体健康,因此随着人们生活水平的提高和空气污染程度的加剧,室内空气污染 问题已经越来越受到人们的广泛关注。目前,室内空气净化的方法目前国内外主要采用单 纯机械过滤式、静电式、化学(或物理)吸附式、负离子式及光催化式等,由于单纯的机 械过滤和静电除尘对于空气净化的效果有限,主要是用于去除悬浮的颗粒物,对于有机污 染的净化程度不高,因此已经逐渐被淘汰。而其他几项技术下的产品也各有优缺点,分别 适应于不同的污染物净化和不同的客户要求,例如吸附式净化器根据所选吸附材料的特点, 可以吸附特定的甚至大部分有机污染物,但存在吸附材料的饱和问题,需要进行材料的再 生和更换,对于颗粒物浓度较高的场合,由于颗粒物的堵塞,将影响吸附材料的吸附能力, 而负离子有利于有机物的分解,使之形成基本无害的二氧化碳、水和其他无机物,并且还 具有一定的空气清新作用,有助于提高空气的品质和舒适度,但反应过程中的产物也在某 种程度上对人体产生不利的影响,其对细菌病毒及化学污染物的控制能力也非常有限;几 年来, 一种快速发展的技术是建立在纳米光催化剂基础上的光催化净化技术,通过纳米光 催化剂的催化作用,在紫外线甚至自然光的照射下,对于有机污染物进行分解,并具有较好的杀菌作用,但由于具体作为一种单元操作过程还是有局限性,例如净化效率比较低, 实际应用时去除污染物能力有限。因此,需要根据日益增长的生活水平,不断开发出新的 功能更多、效果更好、生产成本更低、使用更方便的产品,以满足人们的需要。 发明内容
为克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,这 种净化器结构简单,使用方便,可灭活空气中的微生物并消除空气中颗粒物和挥发性有机气体。
本发明实现上述目的的技术方案是: 一种立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,包括壳体, 其壳体内自下到上依次分为均压室、紫外消毒室和吸附过滤室,所述均压室上部设有均压 孔板,所述紫外消毒室内设有消毒用紫外灯,所述吸附过滤室内设有吸附过滤层,所述壳 体上顶部设有出风口,下部侧面设有进风口,所述进风口连接于所述均压孔板的下方。
本发明的有益效果是:空气自进风口进入均压室后,折向向上流过均压孔板,依靠均 压孔板的作用使各处气流压力和流速基本一致,然后通过紫外消毒室,依靠紫外线将空气 中的微生物灭活,由此实现了对空气的灭菌,同时紫外线还通过对氧分子的作用,生成部 分臭氧分子,对空气中的挥发性有机气体进行分解,由此减少了有机污染浓度,进入吸附 过滤室后,依靠吸附过滤层的物理过滤、物理吸附和化学吸附等多重作用,消除了空气中 的固体颗粒物和挥发性有机气体等多种污染物,实现了空气消毒和净化的目的,这种设备 结构简单,适应方便,但为了减少吸附过滤材料的更换频率,可用于污染物浓度较低的空 气净化。 附图说明

参见图l,本发明提供了一种立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其包括壳体2,其壳体内自下到上依次分为均压室8、紫外消毒室5和吸附过滤室,所述均压室上部设有均压 孔板7,所述紫外消毒室内设有消毒用紫外灯4,所述吸附过滤室内设有多级吸附过滤层, 所述壳体上顶部设有出风口 1,下部侧面设有进风口 6,所述进风口连接于所述均压孔板的 下方。
所述进风口的数量可以是一个,设置在所述壳体一侧的侧壁上,也可以是两个,分别 设置在所述壳体两侧的侧壁上。空气经过这些进风口进入均压室。 所述紫外消毒室内的消毒用紫外灯设有连接电源的线路。
所述多级吸附过滤层由下到上可以依次是粗过滤层、细过滤层和吸附层,也可以是上 下一致的吸附过滤层,所述粗过滤层可以是多层叠制在一起的滤网,所述细过滤层可以是 多层叠制在一起的滤布,所述吸附层或吸附过滤层可以由活性炭纤维棉构成,或者是活性 炭壳体颗粒或分子筛颗粒层。
所述吸附过滤层的上方可以设有带有风机电机的风机,以便形成动力。所述风机也可 以安装在壳体底部或壳体中间任意适宜的位置。
所述进出口和出风口均可以设有条栅和/或多孔挡板,以便起到保护作用。
所述壳体上可以设有控制面板,以便对于紫外灯和风机电机进行控制,所述控制面板 可以设有定时关闭和定期启动电路,用于对本净化器进行定时控制。
所述壳体的底部可以设有支脚和/或滚轮9,以用于本净化器的支撑或移动。
Claims (10)
1.一种立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其包括壳体,其特征是所述壳体内自下到上依次分为均压室、紫外消毒室和吸附过滤室,所述均压室上部设有均压孔板,所述紫外消毒室内设有消毒用紫外灯,所述吸附过滤室内设有吸附过滤层,所述壳体上顶部设有出风口,下部侧面设有进风口,所述进风口连接于所述均压孔板的下方。
2. 如权利要求1所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述进风口的数 量是一个,设置在壳体的一侧侧壁上,或者所述进风口的数量是两个,分别设置在壳体的 两侧侧壁上。
3. 如权利要求1所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述多级吸附过 滤层由下到上依次是粗过滤层、细过滤层和吸附层,或者是上下一致的吸附过滤层。
4. 如权利要求1所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述吸附层或所 述上下一致的吸附过滤层由活性炭纤维棉构成。
5. 如权利要求4所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述吸附层或所 述上下一致的吸附过滤层是活性炭壳体颗粒层或分子筛颗粒层。
6. 如权利要求4所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述粗过滤层是多层叠制在一起的滤网。
7. 如权利要求4所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述细过滤层是多层叠制在一起的滤布。
8. 如权利要求l、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6或7所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述吸附材料所述吸附层的上方设有带有风机电机的风机。
9. 如权利要求8所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,其特征是所述吸附材料所 述进出口和出风口均设有条栅和/或多孔挡板。
10.如权利要求9所述的立式紫外线室内空气消毒净化器,所述壳体上设有控制面板, 所述控制面板设有定时关闭和定期启动电路,所述壳体的底部设有支脚和/或滚轮。
