Abstract
The invention discloses a dual-purpose circulating purifier which comprises a shell, an oil fume purifying device and a fresh air supply device thereof, wherein the oil fume purifying device comprises a smoking port, a first air outlet, a grease separator, a smoking cavity, a first fan, a fume purifying chamber and a fume purifying filter layer, and the fume purifying filter layer is arranged in the fume purifying chamber; the fresh air supply device comprises an air suction opening, a second air outlet, a dust interceptor, an air suction cavity, a second fan, a gas purifying chamber and a gas purifying filter layer, wherein the gas purifying filter layer is arranged in the gas purifying chamber. The invention can purify the indoor oil smoke waste gas, can provide purified fresh air for the indoor environment, greatly improves and enhances the air quality of the social environment and the living room, and simultaneously, the invention is used in the indoor environment which is inconvenient to directly discharge, and meets the use requirements of consumers in different occasions by circularly purifying the indoor oil smoke waste gas.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to purifying equipment, in particular to a dual-purpose oil smoke and air circulating purifier.
Background
On one hand, the existing pipeline type oil smoke emission greatly increases the construction cost of society and the use energy consumption of unit smoke exhaust products; furthermore, the common domestic flue directly influences the indoor living environment of people due to common phenomena of unsmooth smoke discharge, backward flow, mutually adjacent odor channeling and the like. Therefore, the research and development of the dual-purpose circulating purifier which can effectively solve the problem of polluted atmosphere caused by restaurant emission and can effectively improve living environment of living rooms of people is put in front of us.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention is to provide a dual-purpose circulating purifier, which can purify indoor flue gas, provide purified fresh air for indoor, and utilize waste heat generated during cooking.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a dual-purpose circulating purifier, which comprises a shell, an oil smoke purifying device and a fresh air supply device thereof, wherein the oil smoke purifying device and the fresh air supply device are both arranged in the shell; the oil fume purifying device comprises a smoking opening, a first air outlet, a grease separator, a smoking cavity, a first fan, a fume purifying chamber and a fume purifying filter layer, wherein the smoking opening is arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the shell, the first air outlet is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the shell, the grease separator is arranged at the smoking opening or in the smoking cavity, and the fume purifying filter layer is arranged in the fume purifying chamber; the fresh air supply device comprises an air suction opening, a second air outlet, a dust interceptor, an air suction cavity, a second fan, a gas purifying chamber and a gas purifying filter layer, wherein the air suction opening is arranged at the lower part of the shell and at the back outer side of the air suction opening, the second air outlet is arranged at the inner side of the upper part of the shell, the dust interceptor is arranged at the air suction opening or in the air suction cavity, and the gas purifying filter layer is arranged in the gas purifying chamber.
The smoking cavity and the induced draft cavity are of a connected structure, and a partition plate is arranged in the middle.
The first fan and the second fan are respectively arranged at two sides of the partition plate.
As an alternative embodiment, the first fan and the second fan form a fan set, the fan set comprises two volutes provided with wind wheels and a shared double-output-shaft concentric motor, wherein the two volutes are clamped on the partition plate, the motor is longitudinally arranged on the partition plate, and output shafts at two ends of the motor are respectively connected with the wind wheels in the two volutes.
The flue gas purifying filter layer adopts one or a combination of a plurality of inorganic cotton filter screen layers, high-efficiency HEPA (high-efficiency HEPA) net layers, active carbon filter layers and nanometer photocatalyst TiO2 layers; the gas purifying filter layer adopts one or a combination of a plurality of inorganic cotton filter screen layers, high-efficiency HEPA (high efficiency HEPA) net layers, active carbon filter layers and nanometer photocatalyst TiO2 layers.
The grease separator adopts any one of a mechanical grease separator, a radial multi-blade turntable and an electrostatic grease separator, wherein the mechanical grease separator adopts a double-layer concave filter screen, and the concave surfaces of the filter screens are buckled into a whole relatively; the center of the radial multi-blade turntable is fixed on the output shaft end of the first fan; the electrostatic grease separator adopts a structure that an electrostatic electric field and a grease bump-sucking unit are arranged in the smoking cavity; the dust interceptor adopts the same structure of any one of the mechanical grease separator, the radial multi-blade turntable and the electrostatic grease separator.
The dual-purpose type circulating purifier has the beneficial effects that: (1) The fume purification and fresh air supply are organically combined to form a fume exhaust fan product, so that the air quality of the social environment and the living room is greatly improved and improved; (2) Not only greatly saves the construction cost and increases the actual area of households, but also ensures that the indoor air of people is fresh for a long time; (3) When the invention is used in a room inconvenient to directly discharge, the use requirements of consumers on different occasions are met by circularly purifying the flue gas in the room; (4) The invention has no pipeline purification emission, reduces wind resistance and energy consumption of the operation of the fan and saves energy.

The invention is further elucidated below in connection with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dual-purpose cycle cleaner of the present invention comprises a housing 1, a fume purifying device 2, and a fresh air supply device 3, wherein the fume purifying device 2 and the fresh air supply device 3 are both disposed in the housing 1, the fume purifying device 2 is installed above an indoor kitchen range for purifying fume and exhaust gas, and the fresh air supply device 3 is installed outdoors for supplying and purifying indoor fresh air. It is worth reminding that the dual-purpose circulating purifier can also be hoisted by adopting an indoor independent space, namely, the dual-purpose circulating purifier can be used as a window type for outdoor suction and discharge and can also be hoisted and used in any indoor space, and the technical scheme is explained in detail based on window type use for convenience.
The oil smoke purifying device 2 comprises a smoke absorbing port 21, a first air outlet 22, a grease separator 23, a smoke absorbing cavity 24, a first fan 25, a smoke purifying chamber 26 and a smoke purifying filter layer 27, wherein the smoke absorbing port 21 is arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the shell 1, the first air outlet 22 is arranged on the upper part of the shell 1, the grease separator 23 is arranged at the smoke absorbing port 21 or in the smoke absorbing cavity 24, and the smoke purifying filter layer 27 is arranged in the smoke purifying chamber 26. The first fan 25 provides a suction and exhaust force, the indoor oil smoke waste gas enters the smoking cavity 24 through the smoking opening 21, grease and gas are separated by the grease separator 23, the smoke is pressed and exhausted to the smoke purifying chamber 26 through the first fan 25, and is treated by the smoke purifying filter layer 27, smoke particles, harmful gas and peculiar smell in the smoke are all purified and exhausted by the first air outlet 22, and the first air outlet 22 exhausts harmless gas.
The fresh air supply device 3 comprises an air suction opening 31, a second air outlet 32, a dust blocking device 33, an air suction cavity 34, a second fan 35, a gas purifying chamber 36 and a gas purifying filter layer 37, wherein the air suction opening 31 is arranged at the lower part of the shell 1 and is arranged at the outer side of the back of the air suction opening 21, the second air outlet 32 is arranged at the inner side of the upper part of the shell 1, the dust blocking device 33 is arranged at the air suction opening 31 or in the air suction cavity 34, and the gas purifying filter layer 37 is arranged in the gas purifying chamber 36. The second fan 35 provides suction and exhaust force, outdoor air enters the suction cavity 34 through the suction inlet 31, dust in the air is separated by the dust interceptor 33, gas is sent to the gas purifying chamber 36 through the fan pressure and then further purified by the gas purifying filter layer 37, and finally clean fresh air is supplemented to the room through the second air outlet 32.
The first exhaust port 22 and the second exhaust port 32 are disposed at the upper portion of the housing 1, and the smoking port 21 and the air suction port 31 are disposed at the lower portion of the housing 1, so as to realize smooth air suction and exhaust without interference. The first exhaust outlet 22 discharges harmless gas to the outdoor and the second exhaust outlet 32 supplies fresh air to the indoor when the machine is used as a window; when the machine is used for purifying indoor air, the first air outlet 22 and the second air outlet 32 which are positioned at the upper part of the shell 1 can be oriented randomly, and the oil fume purifying device and the fresh air supply device can simultaneously circularly purify indoor polluted gas according to the working principle so as to realize the freshness of the indoor air.
The smoking cavity 24 and the air suction cavity 34 are of a connected structure, the middle is provided with a partition plate 5 to form two mutually independent spaces, and the two sides of the partition plate 5 are respectively provided with the first fan 25 and the second fan 35.
As an alternative embodiment, the first fan 25 and the second fan 35 form a fan set, and the fan set is driven by the same motor, and the fan set includes two volutes provided with wind wheels and a shared double-output-shaft concentric motor 251 (351), wherein the two volutes are clamped on the partition board 5, two air inlets of the volutes face the smoke suction opening and the air suction opening respectively, the motor 251 (351) is longitudinally installed on the partition board 5, and two output shafts of the two ends of the motor 251 (351) are respectively connected with the wind wheels in the two volutes. The suction and exhaust structure of the double wind wheel and the double smoke groove driven by the single motor can realize bidirectional suction and channel separation exhaust, and simultaneously ensures that the whole machine product runs stably, has low noise and high energy efficiency.
As a first alternative embodiment, the grease separator 23 is a mechanical grease separator, the mechanical grease separator is a double-layer concave filter screen, the concave surfaces of the filter screen are buckled into a whole relatively, grease mixed in the flue gas forms a high-speed rotational flow in the filter screen, grease particles collide to the concave wall of the filter screen, and the grease particles flow down in a concentrated manner, so that the purpose of oil-gas separation is achieved.
As a second alternative embodiment, the grease separator 23 employs a radial multi-blade turntable, the center of which is fixed on the output shaft end of the first fan, the multi-blade turntable and the first fan are linked to correspond to the smoking port, and the high-speed rotation of the multi-blade turntable and the action of oil-gas collision centrifugation are utilized to realize grease separation.
As a third alternative embodiment, the grease separator 23 is an electrostatic grease separator, and an electrostatic electric field and a grease sucking unit are disposed in the smoking chamber to separate grease from smoke.
It should be noted that the three grease separators described above are equally applicable to dust interception, i.e. the dust interceptor 33 may be configured in the same manner as the grease separator 23, except that the dust interceptor 33 is configured to intercept dust particles, pollen and other contaminants in the air outside the air to achieve primary filtration of the air before entering the gas clean room. Furthermore, the three technical schemes can be respectively arranged on two sides of the dual-purpose circulating purifier (namely the oil fume purifying device and the fresh air supplying device) with different directions in the same mode or in different modes, so that the purposes of separating grease and blocking dust can be realized.
The smoke purifying filter layer 27 adopts one or a combination of a plurality of inorganic cotton filter screen layers, high-efficiency HEPA (high-efficiency HEPA) filter layers, active carbon filter layers and nanometer photocatalyst TiO2 layers to purify or remove smoke particles in the smoke and harmful gases and peculiar smell in the smoke. Similarly, the gas cleaning filter layer 37 may be the same as the flue gas cleaning filter layer 27.

A dual-purpose circulation clarifier which characterized in that: the device comprises a shell, an oil smoke purifying device and a fresh air supply device thereof, wherein the oil smoke purifying device and the fresh air supply device are both arranged in the shell; the oil fume purifying device comprises a smoking opening, a first air outlet, a grease separator, a smoking cavity, a first fan, a fume purifying chamber and a fume purifying filter layer, wherein the smoking opening is arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the shell, the first air outlet is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the shell, the grease separator is arranged at the smoking opening or in the smoking cavity, and the fume purifying filter layer is arranged in the fume purifying chamber; the fresh air supply device comprises an air suction port, a second air outlet, a dust interceptor, an air suction cavity, a second fan, a gas purifying chamber and a gas purifying filter layer, wherein the air suction port is arranged at the lower part of the shell and at the outer side of the back of the air suction port, the second air outlet is arranged at the inner side of the upper part of the shell, the dust interceptor is arranged at the air suction port or in the air suction cavity, and the gas purifying filter layer is arranged in the gas purifying chamber;
the smoking cavity and the air suction cavity are of a connected structure, and a partition plate is arranged in the middle;
the first fan and the second fan are respectively arranged at two sides of the partition plate;
the first fan and the second fan form a fan set, the fan set comprises two spiral cases provided with wind wheels and a shared double-output-shaft concentric motor, wherein the two spiral cases are clamped on the separation plate, the motor is longitudinally arranged on the separation plate, and output shafts at two ends of the motor are respectively connected with the wind wheels in the two spiral cases.
