In order to prevent the exchange of the fresh air and the indoor air in the fresh air purification device, a plurality of isolation parts are arranged at the positions where the fresh air and the indoor air possibly meet, so that the independence of a fresh air channel and an indoor air channel is ensured. For example, the isolation members are provided at both the upper and lower ends of the heat exchanger; an isolation component is arranged between the exhaust centrifugal fan and the first filtering unit; and an isolation component is arranged between the air exhaust outlet and the fresh air centrifugal fan. The insulation component of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, insulation panels.
The fresh air purification device can further comprise sensors arranged at different positions of the fresh air purification device body, and the sensors comprise but are not limited to a carbon dioxide sensor, a PM2.5 sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a formaldehyde sensor. Therefore, the condition of the fresh air purification device can be monitored in real time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the carbon dioxide sensor is located at the exhaust air inlet; the PM2.5 sensors comprise a first PM2.5 sensor positioned at the exhaust air inlet and a second PM2.5 sensor positioned at the fresh air outlet; the temperature sensor comprises a first temperature sensor positioned at the fresh air inlet, a second temperature sensor positioned above the heat exchanger and arranged in the fresh air channel, and a third temperature sensor positioned above the heat exchanger and arranged in the indoor air channel; the humidity sensors comprise a first humidity sensor which is positioned below the first filtering unit and arranged in a fresh air channel, a second humidity sensor which is positioned near the second filtering unit and arranged in the fresh air channel, and a third humidity sensor which is positioned below the exhaust air inlet and arranged in the indoor air channel; and the formaldehyde sensor is positioned on the upper part of the fresh air purifying device body and is arranged in the indoor air channel. Such overall arrangement can accurately monitor fresh air purification device's operating condition.
The fresh air purification device can also comprise a power supply box and a control module which are both arranged at the lower part of the fresh air purification device body. All power wires and control wires are connected in a converging manner in the power supply box, so that centralized control is facilitated. All sensor power supplies, data lines, control chips, etc. are combined in the control module. The data from each sensor is processed by the single chip microcomputer and then displayed on a screen or transmitted to special software of the mobile phone.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a fresh air purification device of the present invention. The fresh air purification device comprises a box body 1, a heat exchanger 5, a fresh air inlet 12, a fresh air outlet 9, a fresh air centrifugal fan 6, a first filtering unit, a second filtering unit, an air exhaust inlet 8, an air exhaust outlet 10 and an air exhaust centrifugal fan 11. The apparatus of the present invention further includes a power pack 13, a control module 14 and a plurality of sensors 15. The power box 13 and the control module 14 are both arranged at the lower part of the box body 1, and all power wires and control wires are converged at the power box 13; all sensor power supplies, data lines, control chips, etc. are combined in the control module 14.
The inside of box 1 is separated for new trend passageway and indoor air passageway, and the two sets up independently in order to guarantee not to contact each other between new trend and the indoor air. The fresh air centrifugal fan 6, the first filtering unit and the second filtering unit are all arranged in the fresh air channel; the fresh air inlet 12 and the fresh air outlet 9 are respectively communicated with the fresh air channel. The exhaust centrifugal fan 11 is arranged in the indoor air channel; the air exhaust inlet 8 and the air exhaust outlet 10 are respectively communicated with the indoor air channel. The heat exchanger 5 is positioned in the middle of the box body 1, is arranged between the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel, and is used for heat exchange between fresh air and indoor air. The heat exchanger 5 of the present embodiment is a shell and tube heat exchanger.
The fresh air inlet 12 is arranged at the lowest part of the box body 1 and used for leading fresh air into a fresh air channel. The fresh air outlet 9 is arranged at the top of the box body 1 and used for leading out purified fresh air to the indoor. The fresh air centrifugal fan 6 is positioned in the fresh air channel and is arranged above the heat exchanger 5. Thus, the flow rate of fresh air can be increased.
The first filtering unit can provide the first level for the new trend and purify, and it includes primary filter screen 2, active carbon filter screen 3 and electrostatic precipitation sterilizer 4 by lower supreme arranging gradually. The first filter unit is positioned in the fresh air channel, arranged above the fresh air inlet 12 and arranged below the heat exchanger 5. Thus, the purification effect is better, and the blockage of the heat exchanger is prevented. The primary filter screen 2 can filter dust and suspended matters with the particle size of more than 5 mu m in fresh air. The active carbon filter screen 3 can remove peculiar smell in the fresh air and remove harmful gas. The electrostatic precipitation sterilizer 4 can capture pollutant particles in fresh air and kill bacteria and viruses.
The second filtering unit can provide a second level of purification for the fresh air, and comprises a fresh air filtering channel 71, a high-efficiency filter screen 72 and a purified fresh air channel 73. The second filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel and is arranged above the fresh air centrifugal fan 6 and below the fresh air outlet 9; and the second filter unit is disposed above the heat exchanger 5. The fresh air filtering channel 71 is of a hollow structure, the top end of the fresh air filtering channel is closed, and the bottom end of the fresh air filtering channel is communicated with the fresh air centrifugal fan 11 and used for guiding fresh air into the second filtering unit. High-efficient filter screen 72 sets up in the periphery of new trend filtration passageway 71 for will be carried out the second grade by the new trend that new trend filtration passageway 71 diffused to high-efficient filter screen 72 and purify. The high-efficiency filter screen 72 can remove particles with the particle size of more than 0.3 micron in fresh air. Purify new trend passageway 73 and set up in high-efficient filter screen 72's periphery to the bottom is sealed, and its top is linked together with new trend export 9 for collect the new trend after the second grade purifies.
The air exhaust inlet 8 is arranged at the top of the box body 1 and can guide indoor air into an indoor air channel of the fresh air purification device. The exhaust outlet 10 is arranged in the middle of the box body 1 and can guide the indoor air out of the fresh air purification device to the outside. The heat exchanger 5 is disposed opposite to the exhaust air outlet 10, and the heat exchanger 5 is disposed at one side of the cabinet 1 and the exhaust air outlet 10 is disposed at the other side of the cabinet 1. The exhaust centrifugal fan 11 is located in the indoor air passage and is disposed below the exhaust outlet 10. Thus, the flow rate of fresh air can be increased. The exhaust centrifugal fan 11 is arranged in the middle of the box body 1, the heat exchanger 5 is arranged opposite to the exhaust centrifugal fan 11, the heat exchanger 5 is arranged on one side of the box body 1, and the exhaust centrifugal fan 11 is arranged on the other side of the box body 1.
In order to prevent the fresh air and the indoor air from generating material exchange in the fresh air purification device, the upper end and the lower end of the heat exchanger 5 are both provided with isolation components; an isolation component is arranged between the exhaust centrifugal fan 11 and the electrostatic dust collection sterilizer 4 of the first filtering unit; an isolation component is arranged between the air exhaust outlet 10 and the fresh air centrifugal fan 6.
Fig. 2 is a sensor distribution diagram of the fresh air purification device of the present invention. The carbon dioxide sensor 151 is located at the exhaust air inlet 8. The first PM2.5 sensor 152 is located at the exhaust air inlet 8 and the second PM2.5 sensor 153 is located at the fresh air outlet 9. The first temperature sensor 154 is located at the fresh air inlet 12; the second temperature sensor 155 is positioned above the heat exchanger 5 and arranged in the fresh air channel; the third temperature sensor 156 is located above the heat exchanger 5 and is disposed in the indoor air passage. The first humidity sensor 157 is positioned below the primary filter screen 2 of the first filter unit and arranged in the fresh air channel; the second humidity sensor 158 is located near the high-efficiency filter screen 72 and is arranged in the fresh air channel; the third humidity sensor 159 is located below the discharge air inlet 8 and is disposed in the indoor air passage. The formaldehyde sensor 160 is located at the upper portion of the cabinet 1 and is disposed in the indoor air passage. Such overall arrangement can accurately monitor fresh air purification device's operating condition.
The operation of the fresh air purification apparatus of the present invention is described below. The fresh air purification device is started through the power box 13, and the control module 14 selects operation parameters. Under the effect of new trend centrifugal fan 6, come from outdoor new trend by new trend import 12 by leading-in box 1's new trend passageway, in proper order through primary filter screen 2, active carbon filter screen 3 and electrostatic precipitation sterilizer 4, accomplish the first grade and purify. The fresh air purified by the first stage is subjected to heat exchange with indoor air in the heat exchanger 5. The heat-exchanged fresh air is purified by the second stage of the high-efficiency filter screen 72 and then is led out to the indoor from the fresh air outlet 9. Under the action of the exhaust centrifugal fan 11, indoor air is guided into the indoor air channel through the exhaust inlet 8 and completes heat exchange with fresh air in the heat exchanger 5. The heat-exchanged indoor air is forcibly discharged to the outside of the room through the discharge outlet 10. During operation, the plurality of sensors 15 monitor various parameters in real time.
Example 2
The conditions and components are the same as those of embodiment 1 except that the positions of the discharge air inlet 8 and the fresh air outlet 9 are changed to the upper portion of the side wall of the cabinet 1.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and any variations, modifications, and substitutions which may occur to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (6)

the first filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel, is arranged between the fresh air inlet and the heat exchanger, and is used for performing first-stage purification on fresh air from the fresh air inlet;
the second filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel, is arranged between the fresh air centrifugal fan and the fresh air outlet and is used for carrying out secondary purification on the fresh air subjected to heat exchange;
the air exhaust inlet is arranged at the upper part of the fresh air purification device body and is communicated with the indoor air channel;
the air exhaust outlet is arranged in the middle of the fresh air purification device body and is communicated with the indoor air channel; and
an exhaust centrifugal fan located in the indoor air passage and disposed below the exhaust outlet; the first filtering unit is arranged above the fresh air inlet and below the heat exchanger;
the first filtering unit comprises a primary filter screen, an active carbon filter screen and an electrostatic precipitation sterilizer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; wherein,
the primary filter screen is used for filtering dust and suspended matters with the particle size of more than 5 mu m in fresh air;
the active carbon filter screen is used for removing peculiar smell in fresh air and removing harmful gas; and
the electrostatic dust collection sterilizer is used for capturing pollutant particles in fresh air and killing bacteria and viruses; the electrostatic dust collection sterilizer comprises an ionization area and a dust collection area; the ionization region can charge pollutant particles in fresh air and kill bacteria and viruses; the dust collecting area is used for collecting charged pollutant particles and collecting killed bacteria and viruses;
the second filter unit includes:
the fresh air filtering channel is of a hollow structure, the top end of the fresh air filtering channel is closed, and the bottom end of the fresh air filtering channel is communicated with the fresh air centrifugal fan;
the high-efficiency filter screen is arranged at the periphery of the fresh air filtering channel and used for carrying out secondary purification on the fresh air diffused into the fresh air filtering channel by the fresh air filtering channel; the efficient filter screen can remove particles with the particle size of more than 0.3 micrometer in fresh air;
the purifying fresh air channel is arranged at the periphery of the high-efficiency filter screen, the bottom end of the purifying fresh air channel is closed, and the top end of the purifying fresh air channel is communicated with the fresh air outlet and is used for collecting the fresh air purified by the second stage;
the exhaust centrifugal fan is arranged in the middle of the fresh air purification device body, the heat exchanger is arranged opposite to the exhaust centrifugal fan, the heat exchanger is arranged on one side of the fresh air purification device body, and the exhaust centrifugal fan is arranged on the other side of the fresh air purification device body;
wherein, the upper end and the lower end of the heat exchanger are both provided with an isolation component; an isolation component is arranged between the exhaust centrifugal fan and the first filtering unit; and an isolation component is arranged between the air exhaust outlet and the fresh air centrifugal fan.

The fresh air purification device according to claim 1, wherein: the heat exchanger and the air exhaust outlet are arranged oppositely, wherein the heat exchanger is arranged on one side of the fresh air purification device body, and the air exhaust outlet is arranged on the other side of the fresh air purification device body.
3. The fresh air purification device according to claim 1, wherein: the fresh air outlet is arranged at the top of the fresh air purification device body, and the exhaust inlet is arranged at the top of the fresh air purification device body.
4. The fresh air purification device according to claim 1, wherein: the second filtering unit is arranged above the fresh air centrifugal fan and below the fresh air outlet; the second filtering unit is arranged above the heat exchanger.

The fresh air purification device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the fresh air purification device also comprises a carbon dioxide sensor, a PM2.5 sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a formaldehyde sensor which are arranged at different positions of the fresh air purification device body; and the fresh air purification device also comprises a power box and a control module which are arranged at the lower part of the fresh air purification device body.
6. The fresh air purification device according to claim 5, wherein:
the carbon dioxide sensor is positioned at the exhaust inlet;
the PM2.5 sensors comprise a first PM2.5 sensor positioned at the exhaust air inlet and a second PM2.5 sensor positioned at the fresh air outlet;
the temperature sensor comprises a first temperature sensor positioned at the fresh air inlet, a second temperature sensor positioned above the heat exchanger and arranged in the fresh air channel, and a third temperature sensor positioned above the heat exchanger and arranged in the indoor air channel;
the humidity sensors comprise a first humidity sensor which is positioned below the first filtering unit and arranged in a fresh air channel, a second humidity sensor which is positioned near the second filtering unit and arranged in the fresh air channel, and a third humidity sensor which is positioned below the exhaust air inlet and arranged in the indoor air channel; and
the formaldehyde sensor is positioned on the upper part of the fresh air purifying device body and is arranged in the indoor air channel.
