Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fresh air purifier which can well reduce noise and monitor the temperature and humidity conditions in real time. The invention further aims to provide a fresh air purifier which can reduce energy consumption and has good air purification effect.
The inventors of the present application have found that the following technical solutions can achieve the above object well.
The invention provides a fresh air purifier, which comprises:
the fresh air purifier body is internally divided into a fresh air channel and an indoor air channel, and the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel are independently arranged to ensure that fresh air and indoor air are not contacted with each other;
the fresh air opening is arranged at the lower part of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the fresh air channel;
the air supply opening is arranged at the upper part of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the fresh air channel;
the air inlet fan is positioned in the fresh air channel and used for providing power for the flow of fresh air;
the air return opening is arranged at the upper part of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the indoor air channel;
the air exhaust opening is arranged in the middle of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the indoor air channel; and
the air exhaust fan is positioned in the indoor air channel and used for providing power for the flow of indoor air;
the inner surfaces of the fresh air opening, the air supply opening and the return air opening are provided with hygrothermographs or humiture sensors; the air inlet fan is communicated with the air supply opening through a horn-shaped air outlet, and the air exhaust fan is communicated with the air exhaust opening through an air exhaust silencing tube.
According to the fresh air purifier of the invention, preferably, the air inlet fan and the air exhaust fan are both fans with double-side air inlet modes.
According to the fresh air purification machine of the present invention, preferably, the fresh air purification machine further includes:
the air heat exchanger is positioned in the middle of the fresh air purifier body, is arranged between the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel, and is used for performing heat exchange between fresh air and indoor air;
the first filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel, is arranged between the fresh air opening and the gas heat exchanger, and is used for performing first-stage purification on fresh air from the fresh air opening;
and the second filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel, is arranged between the air inlet fan and the air supply opening and is used for carrying out secondary purification on the fresh air after heat exchange.
According to the fresh air purifier of the present invention, preferably, the gas heat exchanger is disposed opposite to the air exhaust opening, wherein the gas heat exchanger is disposed on one side of the fresh air purifier body, and the air exhaust opening is disposed on the other side of the fresh air purifier body.
According to the fresh air purifier, preferably, the second filtering unit is arranged above the air inlet fan and below the air supply opening; and the second filtering unit is arranged above the gas heat exchanger.
According to the fresh air purifier of the present invention, preferably, the second filter unit includes:
the fresh air filtering channel is of a hollow structure, the top end of the fresh air filtering channel is closed, and the bottom end of the fresh air filtering channel is communicated with the air inlet fan through the horn-shaped air outlet;
the high-efficiency filter screen is arranged at the periphery of the fresh air filtering channel and used for carrying out secondary purification on the fresh air diffused into the fresh air filtering channel by the fresh air filtering channel; the efficient filter screen can remove particles with the particle size of more than 0.3 micrometer in fresh air;
the purifying fresh air channel is arranged at the periphery of the high-efficiency filter screen, the bottom end of the purifying fresh air channel is closed, and the top end of the purifying fresh air channel is communicated with the air supply opening and is used for collecting fresh air purified by the second stage; wherein, purify the new trend passageway and have streamlined wind-guiding wall.
According to the fresh air purifier, preferably, the first filtering unit is arranged above the fresh air opening and below the gas heat exchanger.
According to the fresh air purifier of the invention, preferably, the first filtering unit comprises a primary filter screen, an activated carbon filter screen and an electrostatic precipitation sterilization device which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; wherein, the primary filter screen is used for filtering dust and suspended matters with the particle size of more than 5 mu m in the fresh air; the active carbon filter screen is used for removing peculiar smell in fresh air and removing harmful gas; and the electrostatic dust collection and sterilization device is used for capturing pollutant particles in fresh air and killing bacteria and viruses.
According to the fresh air purifier of the invention, preferably, the air supply opening is arranged at the top of the fresh air purifier body, and the return air opening is arranged at the top of the fresh air purifier body.
According to the fresh air purifier, preferably, the outer surface of the fresh air purifier body is provided with the sound absorption layer.
The fresh air channel and the indoor air channel are independently arranged, so that the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel are prevented from being mixed, and the air purification effect is improved. Furthermore, the invention can well reduce noise and monitor the temperature and humidity conditions in real time by arranging the silencing device and adding the sensor. Furthermore, the fresh air purifier of the invention exchanges heat between fresh air and indoor air, thereby having good energy-saving effect. In addition, according to the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the fresh air purifier has the advantages of compact structure, small occupied space and convenience in installation.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The fresh air purifier comprises a fresh air purifier body, a fresh air opening, an air supply opening, an air inlet fan, a return air opening, an air exhaust opening and an air exhaust fan. The fresh air purifier can also comprise a gas heat exchanger, a first filtering unit and a second filtering unit.
The interior of the fresh air purifier body is divided into a fresh air channel and an indoor air channel, and the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel are independently arranged to ensure that fresh air (outdoor air) and indoor air are not contacted with each other. The fresh air purifier is preferably of a box body structure, so that the occupied area is saved. In the invention, the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel are separated by a physical isolation mode to avoid material exchange between the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel. The present invention may use those physical isolation means known in the art. The air inlet fan is arranged in the fresh air channel; the fresh air opening and the air supply opening are respectively communicated with the fresh air channel. The air exhaust fan is arranged in an indoor air channel; the air return opening and the air exhaust opening are respectively communicated with an indoor air channel.
The fresh air opening is arranged at the lower part of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the fresh air channel. The fresh air opening of the invention is used for leading outdoor air (fresh air) into the fresh air channel. In the present invention, preferably, the fresh air opening is disposed at the lowermost portion of the fresh air purifier body. This saves space.
The air supply opening is arranged at the upper part of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the fresh air channel. The air supply opening is used for guiding purified fresh air to the indoor. In the present invention, preferably, the air supply opening is provided at the top of the fresh air purifier body. Therefore, the space can be saved, and the comfort level of fresh air is improved.
The air heat exchanger is positioned in the middle of the fresh air purifier body and is arranged between the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel. The air inlet fan is positioned in the fresh air channel and is arranged above the gas heat exchanger. Because the resistance of the gas heat exchanger is large, the air inlet fan is arranged above the gas heat exchanger. Thus, the flow rate of fresh air can be increased. The air intake fan is a device which increases the pressure of gas and discharges the gas by means of input mechanical energy. Generally, an air intake fan is composed of a casing, a main shaft, an impeller, a bearing transmission mechanism, a motor and the like. Specific structures may employ those known in the art.
The air return opening of the invention is arranged at the upper part of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the indoor air channel. The return air opening of the invention is used for leading the indoor air into an indoor air channel of the fresh air purifier. Preferably, the return air opening is arranged at the top of the fresh air purifier body, so that the space can be saved.
The air exhaust opening of the invention is arranged in the middle of the fresh air purifier body and is communicated with the indoor air channel. The air exhaust opening is used for guiding indoor air out of the fresh air purifier to the outside. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air heat exchanger is disposed opposite to the air exhaust opening, wherein the air heat exchanger is disposed on one side of the fresh air purifier body, and the air exhaust opening is disposed on the other side of the fresh air purifier body. The space can be saved to such an arrangement, reduces the volume of new trend clearing machine.
The exhaust fan is positioned in the indoor air channel and is arranged below the exhaust opening. This can increase the flow rate of the indoor air. The exhaust fan is a mechanical device which increases the pressure of gas and discharges the gas by means of input mechanical energy. Generally, an exhaust fan is composed of a casing, a main shaft, an impeller, a bearing transmission mechanism, a motor and the like. Specific structures may employ those known in the art. Preferably, the exhaust fan is arranged in the middle of the fresh air purifier body. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air heat exchanger is disposed opposite to the exhaust fan, wherein the air heat exchanger is disposed at one side of the fresh air purifier body, and the exhaust fan is disposed at the other side of the fresh air purifier body. The space can be saved to such an arrangement, reduces the volume of new trend clearing machine.
In the invention, the inner surfaces of the fresh air opening, the air supply opening and the return air opening are all provided with a hygrothermograph or a humiture sensor. A thermo-hygrometer denotes an instrument that can measure temperature and/or humidity, preferably both. The temperature and humidity sensor is a device for sensing temperature and/or humidity, preferably a device for sensing both temperature and humidity. Fresh air and indoor air conditions can be monitored in real time through a hygrothermograph or a temperature and humidity sensor.
In the invention, the air inlet fan is communicated with the air supply opening through a horn-shaped air outlet, and the air exhaust fan is communicated with the air exhaust opening through an air exhaust silencing tube. The trumpet-shaped air outlet of the present invention is shown in fig. 2, wherein a is incident sound wave. The silencing principle of the invention is that the silencing cavity is horn-shaped, so that the sectional area of the sound conduction channel is suddenly changed, the sound wave transmission is influenced, and the noise is effectively eliminated. The acoustic attenuation cavity utilizes sudden expansion (or contraction) of the pipe cross-section to cause a sudden change in acoustic impedance within the channel, such that certain frequencies of sound waves propagating along the pipe cannot pass through the acoustic attenuation cavity and be reflected back to the source. Because the sound wave can not pass through the silencing cavity, the sound wave can not be transmitted out, thereby achieving the purpose of silencing. The air exhaust silencing barrel can adopt the conventional silencing equipment in the field and can also adopt a horn-shaped silencing barrel.
According to a specific embodiment of the invention, the air inlet fan and the air exhaust fan are both fans with double-side air inlet modes. The air inlet mode of the fan is shown in figure 3, and the air inlet at the two sides can enable the air direction of the flow channel around the fan to be more even and reasonable, so that the aims of silencing and reducing power consumption are fulfilled. Preferably, the air inlet fan and the air exhaust fan of the invention both adopt fans with four-gear rotating speed, thus being capable of obviously reducing noise.
The gas heat exchanger is used for heat exchange between fresh air and indoor air. For example, in a room with warm air in winter, warm indoor air exchanges heat with cold fresh air to raise the temperature of the fresh air, so that the indoor temperature is ensured to save energy. For another example, in a room with an air conditioner in summer, the cool indoor air and the damp and hot fresh air exchange heat to reduce the temperature and the humidity of the fresh air, so that the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity are ensured to save energy. The gas heat exchanger of the invention can adopt a high-efficiency gas heat exchanger, such as a tubular gas heat exchanger or a plate gas heat exchanger.
The first filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel and is arranged between the fresh air opening and the gas heat exchanger. The first filtering unit is used for carrying out primary purification on the fresh air from the fresh air opening. Because environmental pollution, the new trend itself probably has the pollutant, consequently needs carry out purification treatment with the new trend. Preferably, the first filtering unit is arranged above the fresh air opening and below the gas heat exchanger. Thus, the purification effect is better, and the blockage of the gas heat exchanger is prevented. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first filtering unit comprises a primary filter screen, an activated carbon filter screen and an electrostatic precipitation sterilization device; the three are arranged from bottom to top in sequence. The primary filter screen can also be called as a primary filter screen and is used for filtering dust and suspended matters with the particle size of more than 5 mu m in fresh air. The primary filter screen comprises a plate type primary filter screen, a folding type primary filter screen or a bag type primary filter screen; the outer frame material is a paper frame, an aluminum frame or a galvanized iron frame; the filtering material is non-woven fabric, nylon net or metal mesh net. The activated carbon filter screen is also called as an activated carbon filter screen and is used for removing peculiar smell in fresh air and removing harmful gas. The activated carbon filter screen adopts aluminum honeycombs, plastic honeycombs or paper honeycombs with a through hole structure as a carrier. The off-flavors of the present invention include, but are not limited to, odors and the like. Harmful gases include, but are not limited to, toluene, xylenes, benzenes, phenols, esters, aldehydes, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides. The electrostatic dust collection and sterilization device is used for capturing pollutant particles in fresh air and killing bacteria and viruses. The electrostatic dust collection and sterilization device can be a common electrostatic dust collector, and ionizes gas by using a high-voltage electric field, so that dust charges in the gas flow are separated from the gas flow under the action of the electric field. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electrostatic precipitation sterilization apparatus includes an ionization region for electrically charging contaminant particles in fresh air and killing bacteria and viruses, and a dust collection region for collecting the electrically charged contaminant particles and the killed bacteria and viruses. In the electrostatic dust collection and sterilization device, the high-voltage direct-current power supply generates a high-voltage electrostatic field to form corona discharge. The ionization zone charges particles in the air and then captures pollutants in the air in an efficient mode; the charged particles reach the dust collecting area and are adsorbed on the dust collecting plates with opposite polarities; meanwhile, the electrostatic tungsten wire releases 6000V high-voltage static electricity, and can completely kill bacteria and viruses attached to dust instantly.
The second filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel and is arranged between the air inlet fan and the air supply opening. The second filtering unit is used for carrying out second-stage purification on the fresh air after heat exchange. According to a specific embodiment of the invention, the second filtering unit is arranged above the air inlet fan and below the air supply opening; and the second filtering unit is arranged above the gas heat exchanger. The second filtering unit comprises an efficient filter screen which is used for removing particles with the particle size of more than 0.3 micron in fresh air. The high-efficiency filter screen can also be called as a high-efficiency air filter, and the removal efficiency of particles with the diameter of more than 0.3 micron can reach more than 99.97 percent. The high-efficiency filter screen can adopt polypropylene filter paper, glass fiber, composite polypropylene-terylene filter paper, melt-blown terylene non-woven fabric or melt-blown glass fiber.
In the present invention, preferably, the second filtering unit includes a fresh air filtering channel, an efficient filtering net and a purified fresh air channel. The fresh air filtering channel is of a hollow structure, the top end of the fresh air filtering channel is sealed, and the bottom end of the fresh air filtering channel is communicated with the air inlet fan through the horn-shaped air outlet and used for leading fresh air into the second filtering unit. The high-efficiency filter screen is arranged at the periphery of the fresh air filtering channel and is used for carrying out secondary purification on the fresh air diffused into the fresh air filtering channel by the fresh air filtering channel; the high-efficiency filter screen can remove particles with the particle size of more than 0.3 microns in fresh air. Purify the new trend passageway setting and be in the periphery of high-efficient filter screen to the bottom is sealed, its top with the air supply opening is linked together for collect the new trend after the second level purifies. The fresh air purified by the second stage is led out to the indoor from the air supply opening. The purifying fresh air channel of the invention is provided with a streamline air guide wall, as shown in figure 4. The wind guide wall can effectively reduce wind resistance, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing power consumption.
It should be noted that, the specific implementation mode that the air intake fan is communicated with the air supply opening through the horn-shaped air outlet may be: the air intake fan passes through trumpet-shaped air outlet is linked together with new trend filtering channel's bottom, then loops through high-efficient filter screen with purify new trend passageway with the air supply opening realizes the fluid intercommunication.
In order to prevent the material exchange between the fresh air and the indoor air in the fresh air purifier, a plurality of isolation parts are arranged at the positions where the fresh air and the indoor air possibly meet, so that the independence of the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel is ensured. For example, the gas heat exchanger is provided with isolation members at both the upper and lower ends thereof; an isolation component is arranged between the exhaust fan and the first filtering unit; and, set up the spacer member between air exhaust opening and air intake fan. The insulation component of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, insulation panels.
The outer surface of the fresh air purifier body is provided with the sound absorption layer. The sound absorption layer is made of sound absorption materials. The sound-absorbing material has a large number of continuous pores reaching the surface and has a large sound-absorbing capacity, such as carpet, wood wool board, soft fiber board, expanded perlite, and the like. The sound-absorbing layer of the present invention may employ those known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a fresh air purifier according to the present invention. The fresh air purifier comprises a box body 1, a fresh air opening 12, an air supply opening 9, an air inlet fan 6, a return air opening 8, an air exhaust opening 10 and an air exhaust fan 11. The fresh air purifier also comprises a gas heat exchanger 5, a first filtering unit and a second filtering unit. The fresh air purifier further comprises a first temperature and humidity sensor 15, a second temperature and humidity sensor 16 and a third temperature and humidity sensor 17. The air intake fan 6 and the air exhaust fan 11 of the invention are both provided with a bilateral air intake mode, which is shown in figure 3. A sound absorbing layer (not shown) is provided on the outer surface of the case 1.
The inside of box 1 is separated for new trend passageway and indoor air passageway, and the two sets up independently in order to guarantee not to contact each other between new trend and the indoor air. The air inlet fan 6 is arranged in the fresh air channel; the fresh air opening 12 and the air supply opening 9 are respectively communicated with the fresh air channel. The exhaust fan 11 is arranged in the indoor air channel; the return air opening 8 and the exhaust air opening 10 are respectively communicated with an indoor air channel. The inner surface of the fresh air opening 12 is provided with a third temperature and humidity sensor 17, the inner surface of the air supply opening 9 is provided with a second temperature and humidity sensor 16, and the inner surface of the return air opening 8 is provided with a first temperature and humidity sensor 15. Therefore, the quality of indoor air and fresh air can be monitored in real time. The air inlet fan 6 is communicated with the air supply opening 9 through a trumpet-shaped air outlet 13, and the air outlet fan 11 is communicated with the air outlet opening 10 through a cylindrical air outlet silencing tube 14. This can achieve the effect of reducing noise.
The fresh air opening 12 is arranged at the lowest part of the box body 1 and is used for leading fresh air into a fresh air channel. Air supply opening 9 sets up at the top of box 1 for the new trend after will purifying is derived to indoor. The return air opening 8 is arranged at the top of the box body 1, and can guide indoor air into an indoor air channel of the fresh air purifier. The air exhaust opening 10 is arranged in the middle of the box body 1 and can guide the indoor air out of the fresh air purifier to the outdoor.
The gas heat exchanger 5 is positioned in the middle of the box body 1, is arranged between the fresh air channel and the indoor air channel, and is used for heat exchange between fresh air and indoor air. The gas heat exchanger 5 of the present embodiment is a shell and tube gas heat exchanger. The air intake fan 6 is positioned in the fresh air channel and is arranged above the gas heat exchanger 5. Thus, the flow rate of fresh air can be increased.
The gas heat exchanger 5 is disposed opposite to the air discharge opening 10, and the gas heat exchanger 5 is disposed at one side of the cabinet 1 and the air discharge opening 10 is disposed at the other side of the cabinet 1. The exhaust fan 11 is located in the indoor air passage and is disposed below the exhaust opening 10. Thus, the flow rate of fresh air can be increased. The exhaust fan 11 is arranged in the middle of the box body 1, the gas heat exchanger 5 is arranged opposite to the exhaust fan 11, the gas heat exchanger 5 is arranged on one side of the box body 1, and the exhaust fan 11 is arranged on the other side of the box body 1.
First filter unit can provide the first order for the new trend and purify, and it includes by the primary filter screen 2, active carbon filter screen 3 and the electrostatic precipitation sterilizing equipment 4 that supreme arranges in proper order down. The first filter unit is located in the fresh air channel, is arranged above the fresh air opening 12 and is arranged below the gas heat exchanger 5. Thus, the purification effect is better, and the blockage of the gas heat exchanger is prevented. The primary filter screen 2 can filter dust and suspended matters with the particle size of more than 5 mu m in fresh air. The active carbon filter screen 3 can remove peculiar smell in the fresh air and remove harmful gas. The electrostatic dust collection and sterilization device 4 can capture pollutant particles in fresh air and kill bacteria and viruses.
The second filtering unit can provide a second level of purification for the fresh air, and comprises a fresh air filtering channel 71, a high-efficiency filter screen 72 and a purified fresh air channel 73. The second filtering unit is positioned in the fresh air channel and is arranged above the air inlet fan 6 and below the air supply opening 9; and the second filter unit is arranged above the gas heat exchanger 5. The fresh air filtering channel 71 is of a hollow structure, the top end of the fresh air filtering channel is closed, and the bottom end of the fresh air filtering channel is communicated with the air inlet fan 6 through the horn-shaped air outlet 13 and used for guiding fresh air into the second filtering unit. The trumpet outlet 13 is shaped as shown in fig. 2. High-efficient filter screen 72 sets up in the periphery of new trend filtration passageway 71 for will be carried out the second grade by the new trend that new trend filtration passageway 71 diffused to high-efficient filter screen 72 and purify. The high-efficiency filter screen 72 can remove particles with the particle size of more than 0.3 micron in fresh air. Purify new trend passageway 73 and set up in high-efficient filter screen 72's periphery to the bottom is sealed, and its top is linked together with air supply opening 9 for collect the new trend after the second grade purifies. The fresh air purification channel 73 is provided with a streamline air guide wall 18 (see fig. 4), which can reduce the wind resistance and further reduce the energy consumption.
In order to prevent the fresh air and the indoor air from generating material exchange in the fresh air purifier, the upper end and the lower end of the gas heat exchanger 5 are both provided with isolation components; a separation component is arranged between the exhaust fan 11 and the electrostatic dust collection and sterilization device 4 of the first filter unit; an isolation component is arranged between the air exhaust opening 10 and the air intake fan 6.
The operation of the fresh air cleaner of the present invention is described below. Under the effect of air intake fan 6, come from outdoor new trend and be leaded to the new trend passageway of box 1 by new trend opening 12 in, in proper order through primary effect filter screen 2, active carbon filter screen 3 and electrostatic precipitation sterilizing equipment 4, accomplish the first grade and purify. The fresh air purified by the first stage is subjected to heat exchange with indoor air in the gas heat exchanger 5. The new trend after the heat exchange gets into high-efficient filter screen 72 through air inlet fan 6, tubaeform air outlet 13 and new trend filtration passageway 71 in proper order and purifies for the second level, and the new trend diffusion that the second level purified is to purifying new trend passageway 73 to it is indoor to be derived from air supply opening 9. Under the action of the exhaust fan 11, indoor air is guided into the indoor air channel through the return air opening 8, and heat exchange with fresh air is completed in the gas heat exchanger 5. The heat-exchanged indoor air is discharged from the discharge opening 10 through the discharge fan 11 and the discharge silencer 14 in this order. In the operation process, the first temperature and humidity sensor 15, the second temperature and humidity sensor 16 and the third temperature and humidity sensor 17 monitor the temperature and/or humidity of the return air opening 8, the supply air opening 9 and the fresh air opening 12 in real time.
Example 2
The conditions and components are the same as those in embodiment 1 except that the discharge muffler 14 is changed to a horn shape.
